These people are not scammers, if that was true how could they be in business for so long. I'm always looking to support local businesses and I can't say anything bad about this place, we'll maybe the lack of parking. You go here to get your car fixed not to make friends so don't expect hospitality just expect your vehicle to get fixed and mind you im not saying there mean people they're just there to do a job. I've had from inspection sticker to oil change to a sensor repair with no complaints.
Owners told my boyfriend to go to hell when he called complaining that the “fix” did more damage on his car. Owner. His wife. And the mechanic are all deplorable people. Do not give this company your money
They are the nicest, most honest people I have experienced with my car. They went out of their way to assure I'd get a sticker and what to expect if anything went wrong. They are so informative and kind. 10 out of 10 recommend for car needs.
The mechanics here, especially Dennis, work tirelessly while maintaining a welcoming environment, and have always done an exceptional job with my vehicles. Communication is above average with updates on my car. Customer service is phenomenal and personalized. The front desk attendant is a great example of work ethic. She never fails to impress me by her diligence and dedication to satisfy every person who calls or walks in (I don’t know how she does it, but I’m assuming she drinks a lot of coffee) overall 5/5 buuut the place could be a little cleaner but that’s just me and my damn OCD
I've been dealing with Dennis and Ione for over 15 years. They have serviced all my cars and the relationship has always been pleasant, friendly and professional. Never once have I had an issue with the work being done; the time it took to complete; pricing or the end result. He would tell me when things were wrong I had no idea were wrong while they were fixing something else. He always shows me the parts he removes and explains what was wrong with it. I couldn't be happier with my automotive maintenance.
Some how some way these guys manage to mess up a simple oil change ! I brought my car in for an oil change left with my car leaking oil , I noticed oil spots on my driveway so I brought it back to fix the issue. Instead of fixing the issue he held my car there for 2 days did a whole bunch of nothing and returned me my car WITH NO OIL NOT A DROP! This place is absolutely terrible very confident no one knows what they are doing in there because how do you manage to mess up an oil change 2 times in a row !!!!!!!! Complete idiots ! Whatever you do save your money go to jiffy lube or something anywhere besides this garbage auto shop they call an establishment! I’m beyond mad missed work because of no car and also had a chance of blowing my engine because these idiots can’t do there job right!
Do not trust anything Dennis says. He promised to fix car (engine work). I dropped off car in November 2022. They were double the estimate 2k . I paid. Even bogus gas charges. Didn’t make it 5 miles and I had to bring it back. It has been four months of him saying it’ll get fixed. It’s now 4 months he’s had the car. Not fixed . I have to have it towed out. Complete waste of time and hard earned money.
Bought a car here, gave a deposit and traded in my car.was waiting on the check from the bank and they sold the new car I had bought.never again will I give this guy any business.
IF I COULD GIVE THESE PEOPLE 0 STARS I WOULD. He took advantage of the fact that i am a girl and hispanic and dont know much about cars and went on to “replace” the right front axle of my car just for it to completely BREAK OFF WHILE ON THE HIGHWAY even though i told him i heard a new rattling noise in my car after i got it back ! They are REFUSING to help me to fix it to answer the phone and to give me a REFUND. From the bottom of my heart, I BEG YOU STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Please someone tell me how i can solve this i am stranded in Connecticut and i am from Louisiana. My car drove here perfectly fine and after they worked on it , IT WONT RUN AT ALL.
Horrible. They took my car in because I had air in the brake lines. Told me I needed a new brake master cylinder. Doubt it whatever they fixed it. Gave me a car back that had such bad brakes the pedal needed to be pushed to the floor for the car to stop. Told them it wasn’t good and they insisted my car had great brakes. Took it to Honda they told me it was a rusted nipple on front caliper. If they truly bled the brakes they would have noticed this. Had to drive to a Red Sox game right after picking car up and could have died because brakes were so bad. What a waste of time and money.
Extremely disappointed!!!After my car was on the lift and flushed. failed to tell me they didn't have enough oil. Waited patiently. If I didn't ask after an hour no one bothered to say I would be there a while. This was a schedule oil change. Unprofessional
Went to get an oxygen sensor fixed at 9:00 a.m. was told that there were no lifts and that I should come back at 1:15 p.m. in order for them to fix my car. Went back at 1:15 p.m. and then was told that there was still no lift to put my car on and that I should come back another day. This was the ONLY day between this week and next week that I had available. I wasted an entire day with this nonsense when all they had to do was call me and let me know that there was nothing that they could do for my car right at the moment. I only went to this place on the recommendation of one of my best friends who has never had this type of issue.
