I know you don’t get to choose where your car gets totaled, but anywhere nearby Cityside Towing is honestly ideal. Fast service picking you up, loading the cars, and all that. On top of that, so friendly! Not to pick favorites but Rob and Bob are the best!! They’re the most iconic duo you’ll ever meet. Their jokes will put you at ease, easily the best company to have when you’re coming down from the panic of a crash. I even learned a little something about tow trucks, those things can pull massive weight; I really appreciated how accessible they make their expertise.
After telling them i was standed and could use some help, the guy couldn't even hold a conversation long enough to see what my request was or what help I needed. Simply cut me off half way said he "aint doin it" and hung up.
I was located less then a mile from their shop and needed a tow of less then 12 miles to the dealership to get a new key.
Great service! My car broke down and the man that towed my car was so kind. I had my kids with me, and he installed my daughter’s car seat in the tow truck so that he could bring us all to the tow lot.
My 2023 Hyundai Tucson car was ransacked before going to this location. The driver failed to take a full inventory of the items in my car. So it is going to be more than likely difficult for me to sort these thefts out in the situation that they have caused for me by their short comings of at Cityside Towing, smdh!!!
Cityside towing is very friendly was in and out let me get anything out of my car and they didn't steal and they have the cutest highly trained professional attack dog who's the cutest puppy in the world
I bought a vehicle from Cityside recently and the whole experience was fantastic. The vehicle was as advertised, their responses were quick.
There's one thing that stands out the most about them that separates them from all the others. They are kind.
Nowadays, that means more to me than anything. It would be a joy to deal with them again.

My 8 month pregnant niece was in a car accident the police had her car towed here. The person working at the time was nice & helpful enough & told us the car was drivable.
I followed as we headed back. We had to pull over because the brake line was gone completely. My had to follow me in the vehicle for the duration in case she could not stop so the car would only hit me! Way to go guys!!
This may be the worse tow company in America. This tow company will not show up no matter what time you call and will make every single excuse not to show up. I spoke to the manager “Bobby who said they would be there in a hour and calls me 20 minutes later saying the owner does not want them towing residential..... the last time he was busy with the police for 3 hours. Do not do buisness with this tow company they are terrible and you will be wasting your time. I wish i could give them 0 stars. 1 is a favor do not do buisness with this company
I work for a security company on a private site and for the past three years I have called Cityside Tow and I am not exagerating when I say they were not only rude but did not show up at all. I have tried without success to get the property manager to use another tow company. Theseb guys are horrible and extremely undependable. If you are a propertty manager and are looking for a towing company I personally would look elsewhere.
If you need a tow then join AAA and use your free tow. It's cheaper than this group and you get all of the other benefits for the entire year. If you didn't ask these guys to tow you but they did it anyhow, be sure to report all damage and make sure they don't get away with haphazardly and quickly putting your car on a wrecker while your not overseeing.
