I highly recommend Autobahn, they go above and beyond any other shop, their “routine” inspection of your car is absolutely the most thorough and detailed I’ve ever seen! They check everything and give you photos to prove it. Quality and workmanship unheard of today!! I can’t rave about them enough, thank you Dom and crew!👍👍👍👍

The shop is whole place is clean and organized. We have had our vehicles maintained and when needed repaired at Autobahn they explain what needs to be done and then they DO what you want.

Had a flat tire last night on my way home from Boston and needed to get it fixed so I can get to an appointment in NYC today - Autobahn squeezed me into their busy schedule, replaced all tires, did an alignment - even gave me a lift to the office while they were working on it. Much appreciated to have this kind of emergency service.

Concern about the battery brought us to Autobahn. Dominic & team checked that but also did a quick overall checkup. Turns out rear brakes were quite bad. They scheduled repairs promptly & did a great job! So lucky to have their knowledgeable, professional and caring team looking after our cars.

The team keeps you updated on progress and gets your ok on any additional services needed/recommended. I took my car in for an oil change. They noticed it was due for an inspection, and took care of it for me. That's great service!!
I blew out a front tire 2 days before I needed to drive my car to JFK airport, in New York. I called Autobahn and they said they could get the tire the next day, and did! Dominik and Kate were so helpful during this stressful time. The tire delivery truck broke down and couldn't get to Autobahn until 7 pm. Dominik met him there and called me early the next morning to tell me the tire was delivered, mounted on my rim and I just needed to get there for them to change it on to my car. I will be using Autobahn for my servicing, inbetween my dealer's contract. and certainly after my warranty and contract expires. They're Great!
I'm certain Dominic will respond to this review so will try my best to explain my position on the low rating. The 1-star reflects the fact that I was denied the privilege of bringing my vehicles to this establishment. Let's start with my 2010 Volvo. We had last brought this vehicle to the shop in 2022 so when I called this week to ask if they could help us assess the car for a state inspection I was quickly asked "where have you been taking the vehicle since 2022?". Well, we were taking it to a licensed Volvo dealer about an hour away to first fix the catalytic converter issue that Autobahn had diagnosed...but couldn't fix. Now we wanted to bring it closer to home for ongoing maintenance and to re-establish our relationship but nope, there's no soup for us as it had been too long since we had it serviced at this very exclusive shop. Ok...I get it but the next interaction is why I'm compelled to write this review as Dominic's reaction was completely ridiculous. I have a very well cared for Mercedes GLC-300 that has been exclusively serviced at Springfield Mercedes for over 4 years. As I've grown weary of the commute and have a squeak in my suspension, I quickly flipped to ask if he would consider assessing the problem. A very rude response along the lines of "I won't take it because you are already very emotional about the diagnosis" had me completely floored.
Do the community a favor sir and simply state you are a concierge auto shop with a select set of customers. It will save many folks the hassle of thinking you are open to new (or even established) customers. Ready for your defensive response so shoot!
I'd rather not give a good review because then more people will come here. Which would make it more difficult to get a spot when I need service ... But they're probably the best act in town ... Five star service… Incredibly detailed reports given on the vehicle and expert technicians. They do a fantastic job.
It’s a pleasure finding a group of true professional mechanics who know cars exceptionally well (including Porsches!!), and are diligent, knowledgeable and reliable. Their work is top notch. They communicate exceptionally well and there is never a doubt about what they saw, what they did and what they charged for. I am a huge fan of Dom and the rest of the crew.

Everyone from Kate at the front desk to Shawn who delivers you wherever, to of course Domenic was courteous , professional and efficient---uniquely so. I couldn't have been more impressed. Needles to say my auto issue was resolved promptly.
I’ve been coming to AutoBahn for 18 years and always have a great experience. My cars last for years because of the great care they take of them. I get a call for any service beyond what is scheduled. I get driven to and from dropping off my car. Everyone who works here is friendly, polite and good at their job. I have referred anyone who asks for where to get their cars serviced. The waiting room is immaculate, there is coffee and other treats. Autobahn is a local business, not a faceless chain. Excellent customer service. Autobahn did ann oil change as well as the necessary maintenance (filters and lubricants) for my 10 yr old Subaru Forester. In addition I asked that they evaluate the car. Staff listens are are very courteous.

We had an emergency with our Volvo while in the area skiing and Dominick and his staff went out of their way to help us get the car started again so we could drive back to NJ and fix the issue instead of leaving the car there and having to get a rental and then coming back to get car. He also gave us a loaner to use so we could still enjoy our vacation. Great shop, nice people and great work. Highly recommended!
