My partner and I were visiting from NYC and we got stranded in the berkshires at 7am on superbowl sunday with an overheating car. We called AAA for a tow but not surprisingly, every shop was closed until monday. About an hour later, our hero Ralph showed up with his tow and brought it to his shop. He knew how far out we were so he even offered to drop us to the nearest town so that we had a better shot at getting an uber to a metro north. Our car’s thermostat issue was fixed within 48 hours and I am writing this review as we gleefully drive home. The price for repair was honest and fair. ralph was kind and went above and beyond for us. Would not hesitate sending any dumb city folk like us here if they have a car issue on their weekend away!
I called first thing monday morning. Had a pickup truck with a blown motor. I was dead in the water. I couldnt stay with the vehicle. It had to be moved immediately. We did everything over the phone. Within 20 minutes I had a driver telling me it was on its way to my property. I want to say thank you, to Frank and staff! They were very personable and easy to deal with.
I thought it would be a good idea to take a car through the Sandisfield State forest in the rain on a Sunday. Got the car stuck in mud. Walked a mile to get cell service and in about 20 minutes later help arrived. He had to pull me about 0.3 miles back up the hill to where I could drive. The owner was friendly, quick and was a blessing. Thank you.
Had a flat tire. No cell service by the time I was able to call anyone A&M already picked up car. Towed it 15 miles to their shop and it’s 12 miles from there to my house and they want to charge me $360 for 27 miles. That’s over 100 per mile.
Customer got serviced not customer service
I wouldn’t take a bicycle there for air.
Then they bring the car to my house drive on my lawn and ruin it I send them a bill for $75 an d they don't pay. I would never do business here. If you do bring a lot of lube you will need it
Fair and professional car repair and towing. I had a ball joint fail and needed a tow and repair. Rodney did a great job with towing and a quick repair at a reasonable price.
