EMS Towing was wonderful about communicating with us after we put in our AAA call. The driver, Andy, was friendly, helpful, and kind. Car issues are never fun, but EMS helped make the situation a bit better.
I had to get my Subaru towed from my residence to get brake work done and to get the battery recharged. Andy came by and picked up the car and was such a great help and I just wanted to leave a five star review to show my appreciation for the business and what he did thanks again.

My car battery went and needed to call AAA for a jump start. EMS was there in 30 minutes and got my car started. Then off I went to get a brand new battery. Excellent customer service.
Horrible experience. Was told my car would be towed same day. Then Called me back 5 minutes after, and said it would be towed next morning first thing at 730AM. Next day car wasn’t towed until noon. Car had been sitting with key in it for 18 hours since they said it was going to be picked up same day. Missed a scheduled service appointment. Cost me a bunch of time and money. They were not willing to give me a break on the price ($250) even though they had told me 3 different times and made me wait around, when they were going to come. It’s clear that this place only cares about the police and insurance contract tows, not the locals. They like to play games. Lousy business practices. Would not recommend at all.
My car got totaled and towed here. Apparently they just let anyone approach your car and don’t lock the doors. So don’t be surprised if anything is stolen from your car.
My car wouldn't start and I couldn't jump it, so I called AAA. They sent Jay from EMS and he saved the day. He couldn't get the car to jump either, but he didn't leave me stranded. He jumped back in his truck, came back with a new battery and replaced it in the rain. Car started right up. Jay definitely takes pride in his work and clearly enjoys what he does. Hats off to EMS management for allowing him the flexibility to provide such excellent service.
If your car needs repairs do not bring to EMS. After being told my car would be repaired in 2 days it sat there for over a week without even a phone call to let me know the progress or I should say lack of progress. In the end the car was not repaired. It actually left EMS with more problems due to them damaging my brakes.
First off Jay needs a raise, and the associate Jay explained our situation to absolutely needs recognition! Our service call orders said we only needed a jump even though we actually needed a tow. They could have just passed it off and made us wait but they listened and fixed the issue. And mind you we were 25 minutes late getting to the site!!!! I was so impressed!!!
Had a dead battery and called AAA. Kaiden replied quickly and arrived within 10 minutes . . . He was polite and responsive to my questions. I highly recommend the service from this location!
There is a very nice gentleman name Sal who I'd like to thank for helping me with my vehicle very nice guy down to earth and to thank him again on help an a young lady who had pulled over due to her hitting a curb he was so cool ool to stop and offer a hand shout out to him from the guy on Lincoln st Toyota highlander need more ppl in the world like him
I recently got a flat on my SUV, my warranty company sent them for a tow. The driver identified himself to my husband with a handshake and proper greeting. They were very professional and got my vehicle to its destination in quick time. Thank you so much for great service. I highly recommend this company.
My car recently experienced serious water leak, these guys replaced busted thermostat housing got me back on the road and fixed my reverse lights within a day.
I called AAA for a battery issue because my car wouldn't start. The AAA representatives were awful, gave me misinformation and caused a lot of stress for me. They sent EMS for a jump-start. When Evan arrived, he was very helpful. He said he could check my battery and replace it if necessary, on site! The battery was bad and he had it replaced within minutes. I will definitely use EMS for future car repairs.
I had a very good experience with this company. I can't remember the tow truck drivers name but he was was professional, efficient, and fast. My vehicle broke down and this company really helped me out. Grateful, and thankful.
My SUV was high centered on a big stump in front of my house and all I could think was what kind of damage did I do? What kind of damage will it do getting it off the large stump? Steve from EMS came out for my AAA and he was definitely experienced! To say the least he got my vehicle off the stump and did with no extra damage I had a piece of bumper plastic pop off when I hit it. When he took it off the stump I put it back on and there were no issues I’m still driving my vehicle can’t tell anything even happen thank you EMS for doing AAA I’ve used it for 18 years and you guys bar-none are the best!
This place was a LIFESAVER I was moving cross country hauling a trailer when my truck had a mechanical failure in the wee hours of Sunday morning. I limped into Pittsfield to find that pretty much everything was closed. Monday morning I started making phone calls and was told everyone was booked at least till Thursday...one place recommended EMS Automotive. Called and explained my dilemma. They were able to get me in and Evan got my truck back on the road! He did not BS me with anything other than what I needed and told me what I would need in the near future. This place is great!
In response to Nathan McBeans Comment Police were called, Cameras were looked over and there was no evidence of theft,, or proof of personal property in vehicle, when vehicles are a Police Tow they are kept behind a locked gate with eyes in the sky,..I'm sorry your upset about the tow, try to be more careful about driving, Be Safe Out There
Don’t get your car towed by this company and definitely don’t have your car stored in their lot. They leave your car unlocked and take no responsibility when things are stolen out of your vehicle.
Steve was awesome got my vehicle quick and easy, very professional, Evan was able to fix it and I beleive her name was ella or elly was so nice too thanks I highly recommend EMS!
