Called for an emergency Lock out of a vehicle on a Saturday afternoon in town 7 mins from their office, waste of time, they told me couldnt do a lock out. They were recommended by the Pittsfield Police department. Dont waste your time, their website is obviously wrong too.
The tow drivers that I dealt with weren’t bad. The one girl I talked to on the phone was decent but the one guy that answered the phone was a complete prick if I ever have to talk to them again it’ll be too soon!

AAA left us hanging, I called Sayers directly and they were out to help us within MINUTES! Very fast service. The tow truck driver TONY went above and beyond to make sure my fiancé and I were safe. Big thanks guys!
Great towing place they accept AAA members just make sure you have your membership ID and License and they will take care of the rest no more calling my insurance to cover my tows
DO NOT USE!!!! During an 8 degree snow storm my vehicle got stuck and the driver refused to tow us because we were three people. He said he would only take one of us and the two others had to figure out how to get home. He said he didn’t care if they froze before he’d make multiple trips. I offered to pay any amount to get us home safe and he had no care about anyone well-being
Sayers towed my car to shop for me. Young man was polite & actually cared compared to EMS. If you have AAA you can still have Sayers. Just call them directly.
I called AAA and 2 hours later they still didn't have a tow truck out for me, I called sayers and they came right away and still took my card, these guys are awesome!!!
Vehicle was involved in a minor accident, arrived on scene and was talking to local police and explained that I wanted the vehicle towed to my house, five minutes later the driver leaves and takes it to their local storage facility, which is run by a total thief! Not only was my vehicle towed to a facility that I did not want it towed too but when I arrived the very unpleasant individual told me that my vehicle was totaled and I should just sign over the title to cover the cost of the towing. Absolute BS! I looked at the vehicle and saw it needed a few things to fix it up, ( which I did myself). I didn’t bother with the owner there, due to the fact that he was blatantly lying to me. I then called over to sayers to explain that I wanted it towed to my house and his driver took off and basically was told “ oh well “ you’re not getting your car until you pay $150. In my opinion they work together and are very dishonest.
I had the pleasure of meeting up with Tony who took care of my truck tow. He was pleasant, courteous, caring amd made sure I was completely satisfied from beginning to end! Tony and Sayer's get an A+!!
Car was towed and out at Rays Auto in Pittsfield as it is their storage lot. Long story short l, while my vehicle was in Rays possession all of my tools and work jacket were removed/stolen from the vehicle as well as my license plates. Just came to the RMV and was charged $50 for the plates when trying to register my car again and get new plates. When I called to speak with Hal at sayers I was met with nothing but hostility and confrontation in dealing with the situation and I absolutely refuse to ever use them again. Worst possible outcome and it has cost me money back when it was towed and also down the road now that me vehicle is back on the road. Terrible people and business.
Prompt, professional, and polite. They managed to get to me to take my car away even though they were having a busy day -- they worked with me on scheduling the pickup and did what they said they'd do.
Worst experience I have ever had with a towing or scrap company. Very rude. Overpriced. Laughed at me and my vehicle. Poor business edicate I will never be using them again for sure.
This is a special note and expression of my sincere gratitude to Henry Sayers and other members of Sayers family for their towing and recovery of a salvage truck on the property. The drivers also member of Sayers family went out of the way to recover the salvage truck. It took 2 men and 2 tow trucks to do the job right. So thank you Henry and your outstanding staff ! Highly recommend these guys any day or night.
