Bought a used car from nice people that had over $5000 in reciepts from repairs done at this place. Only to find out the car had overheated and nothing done to see what damage from the overheating. Warped headgasket. Then they lie and tell these people your passenger door is causing the issue. Two lessons learned never go here cause Justin is a hack and never buy a car off Facebook marketplace
Went for an oil change and to get a new sticker. After 40 minutes (don't mind the wait) they come in and tell me my check engine light was on and I'll get a fail. My check engine light was NOT on before I took it there. I ended up having to take it to a different shop because my oil light and check engine light were on and needed a sooner appointment than what I made with this shop. Come to find out my oil filter housing has something that broke inside it. I find that really crazy since they were the ones that did my oil change that something broke that has to do with the oil change. I am not saying they intentionally did this at all, just think it's pretty crazy they didn't tell me. As I am not a mechanic I'm not sure if this is noticeable when it happens. Either way I have to pay the other shop I went to 1100$ to fix. Pretty frustrated. Aside from my experience, the people there are really nice.
Never a worry with the work Justin and his team do. Alway have a full explanation of why what and how regarding the trouble thay are addressing. Trust is a necessity when it comes to service on any of my cars and they have my complete trust in their capabilities.
My custom car shredded a belt on the highway and I managed to land at Morrison Autoworks where it seemed the whole crew hopped on to help fix the issue. Everyone was very helpful and they had me back on the road after sourcing and fitting the new belt and the worn out tensioner. I would recommend the crew at this garage to do a good honest job on your vehicle.
10/10 would recommend. Justin and his team took my 1983 Blazer from a leaking (exhaust/oil/tranny fluid) mess to the perfect daily driver. The team installed manifold back exhaust, custom fabricated for the perfect fit. A new fuel system complete with tank and lines, and fixed the transmission leak and finished with dialing in the carburetor tuning. Pricing was reasonable, and the service was above reproach. Will be using them again in the future for all other repairs and needs.
Two months ago I went to get a sticker they told me I had a bad upper ball joint and exhaust leek I believed them ended up getting a ticket went to another shop and they gave me a sticker and said there's nothing wrong with your truck be careful they are total ripoffs
Great mechanic, honest and competent . Respects the vehicle, does exactly what you ask. He did an excellent job on my GMC Sierra pickup, which was difficult and took 2 days. No whining or crying and he did the job for a fair price. Highly recommend Justine and his crew.

She was so kind, hilarious & helpful! We had a payment issue and she helped us resolve it & made us feel like we were not a burden to her. Justin the owner was so kind when I showed up stressed out and thought my engine was about to blow up. He calmly put me at ease by offering to check it out right away. Justin and his crew are friendly, efficient, and best of all, honest. They've done a few repairs on my vehicle, and saved my wife from some nonsense one of the area dealerships was trying to pull. I've been really happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic in the area.

We brought our car in for a noise in the front. Morrison diagnosed it as the wheel bearings and we paid Morrison to replace them. Shortly after the repair, we noticed the same noise, during our road trip, to and from Florida, so we brought the vehicle back, when we returned from our trip, and were told that it was not the wheel bearings, but that the transmission was failing. We brought the car to the dealership mechanic as there was no reason for the transmission to be failing. Their mechanic told us that the transmission was fine and that it's unlikely a non-certified mechanic would even be able to get into the transmission, to diagnose it, as it is proprietary and, therefore, only accessible by the dealership's mechanic. The dealership mechanic replaced the wheel bearings and we no longer hear the noise.
The problems with my 99- 911c4 were too many to list. But here goes....replace water pump was the main problem. Oil change. Tune up . checking leak .ignition . and on and on. They stood by their quote and the date the car would be completed. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!
Good service can only exist if the human behind the company is a decent, honest person. That’s Justin. From the moment I reached out to him about installing a grille on my camper van, he was responsive and kind. The grille got delivered late and he hung on to it for over a month until I returned from a cross country trip. Upon my return, he got me right in. His team mirrors Justin’s qualities. I will use them again when a need arises.
If you were like me and have lost faith and trust in auto mechanics then call Morrison. I brought my suv in here to be fixed and instead doing the work and making the money (like the previous mechanics did) they called me and went over some pretty scary safety issues about my vehicle. They will be my go to auto mechanic's from here on out.
I had an excellent experience with Morrison Auto Works this past week. The staff took the time to explain the probable cause for the check engine light, and how to handle the situation in a cost-effective way if the light came on again. They will definitely be getting my business in the future.
We are vacationers with a problem and limited time to sort it out. Justin helped us figure out a problem with our Subaru in a very timely manner. He was very helpful and had a strong technical understanding of our car's problem. He was very fair. Am very glad we found his shop.
I am an engineer by trade and I have a German car and German cars are fantastic until something brakes... You can go your brand dealership (and be in a world of financial pain) and even then the techs are so isolated from you by the management that you'll never find out what really went wrong with your vehicle.
Or can save yourself a lot of pain, money and headaches and simply go see Justin at Morrison Motorworks! Justin is polite and an engineer at heart! He will go through every single detail with you, point out (literally) exactly what's wrong and provide future recommendations - all without trying to upsell you on any other services.
This time around Justin has replaced all my belts, idler pulley and a water pump with coolant. The engine bay was as clean as a whistle when picked up my Audi.

We had our car towed to have our surpentine belt replaced and tensioner pulley repaired. They had our car for entire day and no calls were made to let us know what was happening. We called at 4 and were told they just wanted to get out of the heat. The following morning we called and Justin was not even there and car was still not fixed. We had it towed to another repair shop and it was fixed in 2 hrs. We were on the road back to NY. By 1 p.m. Very unprofessional shop.
10 days ago i get check engine light. I buy scanning tool and check codes. I call this garage to inquire about appointment. Get appointment. I come 1 hr early and walk to mall to wait for a call. Hours go buy then i call and they tell me to come back. Report is intake manifold needs replacement. Ok. Cant do it now. Ok. Will call you with estimate. 10 days later no call, vehicle is surging rpms. I am stuck afraid something will break and will end on side of road. Thats garage for hospital employee in Hyannis. Thanks bunch guys, i will not be back.
Justin and his crew were so helpful! We had an emergency truck repair while we were at the Cape Cod Boatbuilder's show in Hyannis. He was able to squeeze our truck in and we were back on the road in no time! I can't thank him enough! He was kind, helpful and knowledgeable.
