Spoke to a nice guy on the phone, set up a time to remove a car, and they arrived when they said they would. good people, worked hard. i don't understand some of the negative reviews, i had nothing but professional service! Thanks again!
Sold my broken truck to them for scrap price. The removal process was prompt and easy but they never gave me a receipt.
I cancelled my registration and insurance and did my part, handed over the title and truck to them.
Come to find a month later they never updated the title, they assured me in September when picking up the truck they would take care of that.
I got slapped with an excise tax bill for a junked vehicle I no longer own and owe nothing on aside from this random and new excise tax bill, and this concerns me.
They told me to call back several days later. Hoping this situation gets fixed!
*update, edited to remain fair* The title still shows under my name, I believe this might be due to covid-19 delaying paperwork.
They are totally disrespectful on the phone have zero patience act like you are inferior if you don’t know exactly what to say. Only reason to use them is bc they are only show in town for the cape. I will probably never call there again.
EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE. Asked two questions and got shooed away cause they didn’t have the year car i asked. Told me no and walked away. Do not suggest going there what so ever.
jack and i have been auto care a long time used parts are tough u cant tell if have if its good spin the wheel he offers new stuff too he also has to pay his help to remove it he is not making a killing customers dont care they want it cheap not his fault he been good to me and backs his parts auto work people dont know the problem and think they are master minds leave it to a good shop and keep their hands off the car and stick to door knobs SLIDE
Arrogant disrespectful attitude, I asked for a black hood and radiator, and they gave me grey, rusty(!) hood and busted radiator. When my mechanic figured that this radiator was leaking, I came over and they gave me another one, which was also leaking! So now I had to pay my mechanic 3 times more for labor of replacing the radiator for me. But the worst thing is that these guys charge 1.5 times more for used details than I could have bought on eBay brand new! Never go there again
