I just wanted to say if your vehicle ever breaks down and you need a tow Croppers towing in Berlin is awesome. My husband and I were coming home from Ocean City on Sunday and broke down. Called Croppers towing and they were there in 30 minutes or less. Shawn our towing guy was friendly and amazing. I'm so glad i chose them and will use them again if need be. Amazing costumer service.
I was n such a jam. Got my wife’s car stuck on top of a tree stump. But low & behold, the tow truck driver was knowledgeable & very careful w/my vehicle, & got back on the ground. I’m VERY pleased w/the service!
I called for a tow, this shop has done alot of work on my vehicles. This was a mvc, where 2 of my female friends were involved. Shawn the driver was quick to respond , and kept me updated on his progress in traffic. Once hooked up, he explained, better than I, what the nexts steps would be, towing, contact insurance, etc. The ladies were comforted by his demeanor.
