I would give zero stars if that would be possible. Probably worst experience in car service shop of my entire life.
I needed to change the engine in my car. They did not have enough money to buy that engine, so they came to get money first. After I gave them money they purchased the engine, and when I get my car towed to their place, they changed the price for labor for engine change.
They put me to situation, where I did not have anything else to do, just agree. Engine was purchased for my money, and If I want to get car fixed in different place, I have to pay for towing again.
And the best of the best was, when they charged me 30 USD for gas, when they come to pick up money for purchasing engine. I gave them a favor, that I gave them money in advance and they charged me for that. I never saw in my life a dealer, who does not have enough money to purchase parts for repair.
Walk away from this Puerto Rico and Albania (Which PRA means, as they told me) cheating couple.
