Absolutely did not want my car totaled there was some fender and front end damage the air bags did not deploy but they did have a malfunction.
He had to do alot of extra work with the insurance company and and tech's had it sent to the Dealership, long story short he went the extra miles to get it fixed perfect. He was friendly and attentive with all my questions it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

I was nervous to drop my car off for repairs after an accident, but Sandy and Scott at Hertrich made the process so easy. They answered any questions and kept me updated along the way.
Best off to take your vehicle somewhere else. If I could give no stars I would. I had a 2024 Bronco sport only worth 24k had 19k worth of damages but hertrich just wanted a payout. Hertrich did a half ass job on my vehicle so when I got it back I had to take it back to them once a week with a new issue every week for over a month. And at that it would just be a temporary fix. I got sick of waiting on hertrich to fix my vehicle back to 100% “guaranteed work” that I just got rid of the vehicle altogether.
Refused to work on my vehicle. Lied and said LKQ didn’t have a door for my truck, I left and called the company directly and ordered an “A list” door they are sending it to me directly. Someone will be glad to get the business.
Had my car worked there and instead of doing what's right for the car and customer they just stick to the contract of insurance. Then want to quote an insane amount to make the old match the new. They replaced pinstripes on the nose of my car and looks ridiculous now. I do not recommend this collision. Center at all
Service here has been horrendous! Poor customers service. Had my truck for two weeks without fixing a thing, did not call me to tell me they were waiting on parts in December. Than it to almost 6 months to schedule my repair. They have had my truck since April 17 and it is still not completed. They will not give me a loaner car or help pay for me to rental a car. My insurance rental fees were maxed out because the kept my car for two weeks in December for no reason. They tore up the chrome trim on my windows and did not replace them. POOR SERVICE!!! It is May 25, 2023 and my truck is still not totally repaired!!
Had my ecosport here and come to find out they broke my tail light. I will fight them to get it fixed. If they don't I will be sure to contact whoever I need to in order to have it fixed. The guy didn't even want to do a walk around. Took my keys to rental and left.
Brought my car here after an accident. The whole staff, esp Scott, were very professional and generally cared about me and my car. They put her back in better then new condition. Very please with the service. Thanks guys for all your help getting me back on the road.
I had a minor fender bender and the Hertrich Collision Center here in Salisbury worked with my insurance company and got it repaired quickly with no hassles. Scott was particularly great communicating with me and making sure I was satisfied. Above and beyond customer service! I would definitely recommend.
They've had my truck for going on 6 months now they're rushing me to pick it up! Extremely disappointed with the way they've treated me. Took them 3 weeks to even notify me it was finished!
Terrible experience very unprofessional I would go anywhere but here trust me when I say our experience was a nightmare! Had to bring my car back 4 times and they treated me like the could care less. Be sure to Take pictures and a video of your car before you take it to them they did damage my vehicle in an area they were not even working on!
