I can't simply *recommend* Seth's Autocare, I *HIGHLY recommend* them! My car needed extensive work, and after they evaluated it, the manager who took me too it and explained in detail what needed to be done was so kind and gracious. He answered all my questions and was so patient.
Now that I have it back, wow, it's like driving a new car. I definitely feel the difference! I can tell you, you won't regret for a minute using their services. Their prices are reasonable, their staff are kind and courteous, and the mechanics are highly skilled and thorough. Thanks Seth & crew for being so good to me, I'm so grateful for y'all! Truly!

The whole team is very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating to my heavy work schedule. They said they'd get it done with no problem and they delivered. They recommended only what they felt was in my best interest with no extras to make a quick buck. All prices were very fair and competitive in today's upside down market.

As long as they stay doing what they're doing, they'll have a customer for life, and I'll be recommending them to friends and family.

Seth’s Auto Care has had my business since my first service with them last year when they put a new clutch build in my ‘13 Civic Si. Not a single hiccup shifting through any gear. Just today had new rear shocks, tires and an oil change done and I left with it running tighter and smoother than when I first bought the car 11 years ago. They’re available and timely. Thoroughly explains the work being done and why. Honest, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable.

Seth to the recuse. Had an issue with my battery as I was leaving work. A coworker helped me jump start my vehicle. Called Seth's Auto Care to see if I could stop by. The response was of course. We have been using Seth's Auto for a while now. Very professional! Today I dropped off my Subaru to have the AC serviced, they took me in and got in completed very quickly. I am so glad to have a really good mechanic so close by.

Came in for exhaust and they ended up doing my break pads and rotors, left the shop and my driver side was scraping the hell out the rotor, they didn’t assemble my breaks right, so I came back, they fixed it, then next day my passenger side was doing the same. I tell him and explain my frustration and Seth won’t tell me what else was the problem and refuses to tell me what the issue was over text. Not going back. An employee that works there is part family with me, Seth knows this, and Seth found out about my review, and tells Dustin to tell me if I don’t take down THIS review that he will fire Dustin. Because I am being honest on my review he is blackmailing Dustin which is ILLEGAL. When I went into the shop where my truck was being worked on i heard a male employee make a sexual joke towards a female employee and she looks visibly uncomfortable. 0/10 experience.

Love this place! Every time I bring my car here Seth is able to take care of me! He takes his time explaining the issues with my vehicle too!! The 3 legged dog makes waiting time fly by toowith his company! Highly recommend this place!

Found Seth on a local Facebook group when I was looking for someone to help with my 2010 F-150. He was super helpful, was somehow able to fit me in the very next day and got me in and out same day. Yesterday the second of April was my second time going to Seth's auto. Each time he accommodated me without prior appointment because I leave far away and couldn't just drop off my car as it is my only ride. He passionately made it easy for me to come in awaited till the repair was done. The waiting was okay and the repair was good. I appreciated how Seth's auto took care of the issue with my car.

Took my car in for a few things such as a tail light replacement and an oil change and when the oil change was done was performed Seth discovered that the tires on my car had been mounted incorrectly by a different tire service, causing premature tire wear. They had been mounted in reverse( if that makes sense), he fixed the problem and rotated them and also took care of a few other issues. Took care of my wife's car as well which is an older model Sante Fe and fixed her right up . He found an issue that the dealerships had incorrectly done causing the exhaust to leak, he fixed it and now my wife's car runs like a champ. We trust Seth implicitly and will continue to take our vehicles to him. He also discovered that her car had been overfilled with oil by another other dealer ! Can you imagine the damage that could have done ? He checked it out thoroughly and determined it was okay. No , we will be using his services from now on. Won't go anywhere else. 5 stars. He and his crew care about the work they do.

Took my Honda to Seth for an alternator replacement. He helped out with the logistics of having it towed to his shop late in the day. Changed out the serpentine belt and and did a oil change. Very transparent and knowledgeable. Seth helped me out a ton, everything was done within a day. Only shop I recommend to anyone

Seth and his crew are some of the most outstanding gentlemen I know in the business. Since moving back to Salisbury 5 years ago I dealt with a few other shops who either didn’t want the work or couldn’t handle the work and Seth and his guys have went above and beyond for every vehicle I have from a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Diesel to a 1963 Mercury Metor.

I use Seth's autocare for all my business fleet and personal cars. They make sure they do all they can to keep us moving whether its a weekend or a 12 hour day trying to trouble shoot and make things happen they always come through. There has been times my guys go with flats or with full rear rebuilds or other issues they handle it. Very honest. I cannot begin to tell you the service I received from this shop! From answering my FB messages (there were a lot) to the almost minute to minute update. If there were more stars to give I would, 5 is not enough! AND, AND, the car air freshner with their logo on it smells AMAZING. Keep doing what your going guys, beautiful work and CUSTOMER SERVICE! It will forever be my go to for work on my vehicle!

Seth and the team were SO helpful and friendly! My car needed some immediate work and they were able to not just fit me in last minute, but they completed my car within a couple hours and I drove away, same day! Prices were reasonable and I was walked through every step of the process - no decisions were made without informing me or getting my approval. They scheduled me for another appointment for tires ahead of time and I am HAPPY to take my car back anytime it needs work!

I've used Seth's Auto Care services on two unexpected services & all I can say is this shop goes above & beyond. First time was a couple years ago when my tire was losing air & the shop was about to close & i had my daughter with me. Seth looked at my tire & unfortunately it wasn't patchable, but was able to get me another tire within the hour & my daughter & i were able to leave safely. Today, 20 minutes before they closed, we're able to look at my car, diagnosed the issue, explained what is wrong thoroughly, gave me a good plan in place with what needed to be done & put more oil in it.. all while another customer was there & a delivery. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs work done! All staff members extremely friendly & happy to help as well.

I’ve had to use a mechanic twice in the last few weeks for two separate issues. First being a water pump and two being in an accident. Both times I was seen quickly and issues were addressed quickly and I wasn’t left for more than a couple days without my car. He even cut me a deal and saved me money. He’s always professional, and able to explain issues in a way I understand. Recommend and will continue to use.

Seth’s Autocare LLC is amazing! He was super affordable compared to other places I called, and he fixed my issues really fast. He was very kind on the phone, explained everything clearly, and responded quickly every time I reached out. Seth is honest, respectful, will drop what he’s doing to help you with the most smallest task. I was confused about the PSI rating for my truck. Tires said 80psi for this LT model tire, frame said 40psi. He informed me of the best option and charged me NOTHING. I gave his employee a few bucks anyway. Real hard working honest Americans working here. Thank you Seth, you got a great crew working with you too! Truly a pleasure to do business with and I’ll happily refer my friends and family to this small business.

I assume the 1 bad review is just some scam artist. Wanting something for free instead of working a honest job and having the money to buy a car battery. How do you expect someone to do a job when you can’t power on a vehicle LOL!! What a joke!

Seth and his guys did a great job on my truck, From new rear to me front suspension and several other parts between. Very impressed with the job. His shop is clean, and my truck and i were treated with respect. Would highly recommend and will use again
