The drivers were on time and professional, they tried to help do some troubleshooting before towing. The service center we went to didn't really have a place for them to drop off, but again they were very professional and figured out a way. Would highly recommend and will use again if need to.
We blew out a tire on the camper on Rte 13 in Salisbury, MD. This caused the other tire on that side to fail because it couldn’t hold all the weight on its own. So one spare but two flats. After about 10 calls to service stations and tire centers with no help- some even told us ‘we’re closing soon so we can’t help’ - Salisbury Towing came to the rescue!! They not only came to us, they drove to Tractor Supply and bought a tire and brought it to us. They helped change out both tires and made sure we were good. True heroes! We made it home safe around 10:40 last night- but without Salisbury Towing and Ian and Joe we may still be there. Thanks guys!!
No one likes having their car towed but this family business took some of the pain out of the experience. They are prompt, courteous, and helpful. Their number is now saved in my phone.
