B&G is awesome. Used them 3 times now through State Farm and they have consistently arrived on time or early. Especially tonight. Car battery died, jump wouldn't work and when I put in a request for the roadside assistance, they came within 20min! That's insane!! Jay was the tech and he had us home super fast. Awesome service and absolutely recommend!!
Using State Farm roadside assistance and After waiting over 90 min I called and Nate was rude about even told me to cancel . I have escalated with State Farm to remove them from the dispatch list for their roadside assistance as they clearly do not care about the business
We hit a deer late last night (and waited a while for roadside assistance to figure out where to send help) but minutes later, MOOSE came along and saved the day! He handled everything super well and even made our little daughter feel at ease. We were laughing all the way to the auto shop, and even though it was getting late, Moose drove us home, too. He waited to make sure we got in before he got going. Getting a great tow made an unfortunate accident less difficult and more like an adventure. Thanks, Moose!
I recently broke down on I81 in Pa. Blue & Gray assisted me in a very timely manner. They towed me to a close by dealership for a repair. The driver was very kind and helpful in a very stressful situation.
I wish I could give negative stars! I set up a tow last week to have my car towed from my house to the dealership for service, today comes and no tow truck arrives, I call them, they are immediately rude and begin lying, saying the driver was here and knocked and I refused to come out.. I have been sitting outside waiting, no one has been here! I was met with more attitude and rudeness, I was kind and calm, I stated that maybe they went to an incorrect address and still nothing but rudeness. If I were you, I’d use any other towing company!
I will never use this service ever again and I've used them reliably for the last 15 years. I was told today it was going to be $175 to go 4 mi. What a freaking joke and I was going to have to wait 45 minutes meanwhile ended up calling another tow company they dispatched a person out there immediately since there was kids in the car and it only cost me $120 bucks and they were the most pleasant people I ever dealt with. I will never use blue gray towing ever again and I will be telling everybody. The worst thing they ever did was tried to explain to me that added features to the towing and other things were the reason for upcharge without them even seeing the vehicle. Meanwhile the other tow company came out got it on their truck brought it to my house and had it off in less than 30 minutes. Don't use these guys they were rip off they're trying to make a bunch of money off of everybody else's misery.
My Husband needed a tow they said 90-120 mins they came out; it did rain that day the guy came out didn’t pick the car up and then proceeded to come back again later the same day and still didn’t pick the car up never notified us of anything. Terrible communication with this company when we called asking about what happened they lied to us saying they rejected it and never came out. Where we left the car had cameras the owner himself showed us the cameras and told us himself that the driver was being very combative and didn’t seem like he wanted to do his job we had to call another company and thankfully they were amazing and did help us. if i could rate it 0 i would ! very disappointed for someone who loved out here only a few months ago
when my husband got back from work, it was 8 PM. He went back to the tire place that his car was at and his car was still there so when he called you guys and asked what happened to y’all picking up The car he spoke to a lady and she said that they rejected the car and that they never came out, which was a lie the manager at the tire place showed us the footage and y’all came out not once but twice and still didn’t pick the car up so therefore the communication was very terrible. His car shut down at 2 PM. We had to call a second tow truck to come pick his car up around 9 PM because y’all never pick the car up.
After being involved in an accident on I-70 near Hagerstown, AAA was having difficulty finding a towing company and almost dispatched a driver from BalaCynwyd, PA until I stopped them. The the MD State Trooper and a nice gentleman from the MD accident assistance team, sail call Blue & Gray. AAA was advised to send Blue & Gray, and that's when a very bad day became a lot better. The Blue & Gray tow driver, Jason (aka "Moose") was fantastic: polite, very knowledgable, friendly, helpful, and went way above and beyond what I expected of a towing service to assist me. He towed my car and me to Alexandria, VA to my designated collision repair shop, then dropped me off at my home. If I'm ever in need of towing in that area, Blue & Gray is definitely the service would call. And when telling my friends about my experience, Blue & Gray is highly recommended. I simply can't thank you all enough!

My truck broke down on the side of the road The driver of the tow truck was very nice and polite. He could tell that I was very upset and told everything would work out it looks worse than it really is . they did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone that needs tow. I didn't get his name but thanks for the help and advice.
Thank you Katrina and Deanna for making a difficult situation easier. They arranged for our non-working car in Hagerstown to be towed to our home in Frederick and we were able to pay remotely, saving us a trip to Hagerstown on an already too busy day!
DO NOT RECCOMEND! USAA dispatched them at 340pm. They accepted the job and I received message ETA 60-90 minutes. At 5:07pm, I called check status. He tells me too busy to get to us and will tell insurance dispatch another company. He could have declined the job at 340pm, or contacted insurance at any time before 5:07 instead of leaving us there waiting. Unreliable and poor business practice. You shouldn't treat customers that way. I've filed complaint with USAA Roadside assistance provider and suggest no one use them.
I was out running errands a fw dys ago when my car suddenly refused to start. My insurance (Usaa) dispatched a tow & or battery check fm Blue & Gray towing.
I had the pleasure of meeting Dennis (D2), the tow driver. He was quite knowledgable, professional & friendly. He had a tough time getting to my battery but he didn't give up. He finally got the car started via cables (tks to a concerned citizen). I was able to drive my car to the nearest repair shop & the battery was replaced the next day.
Dennis followed me to the repair shop and ensured that my dropbox info was done correctly and deposited. He was such a pleasant young man whom seemed to enjoy his job because he came out to help me on his off day. I had to give him a hug bcuz it was freezing cold out & he came to my rescue. God bless you, D2. Great service.
Just want to compliment the driver that helped me yesterday with my tow. He took great care to not damage my motorhome when towing under adverse conditions(cars and trucks going closely by while hooking up) wet road that he had to crawl around on. Very personable, professional and obviously knew what he was doing! He gets an A plus in my book.

Driver and co-driver were very courteous and professional. They made the best time that they could to pick me up that day. The dispatcher called me to make sure that I knew their truck was on the way to me; and gave me an accurate window when the truck would show up. The equipment that Blue Gray towing provided to transport my car was the correct unit (rollback wrecker) for my car. The drive back to Harrisburg from Hagerstown, MD was good in that it was uneventful for the 75 mile trip home. Blue Gray towing certainly made my situation better now that my car is home safe.

I have AAA and I called blue and Gray towing because we had had an accident and the car was in a ditch. They told me they would be out soon when I called them at 447pm and I believed them. An hour later I was still standing there, my son-in-law and a neighbor were able to get the car out of the ditch and I called them to cancel. They told me that they still would’ve been another hour to get to me.
Great service, helped me get to where I needed to go, not only looked at the problem going on with my car and assessed the damage (which was correct) but also helped my carry heavy stuff out of my car so I could take it home with me which he didn’t need to do at all, All around great service, thank you so much!
Driver went above and beyond by welcoming our two 100lb huskies into the cab, and made sure they were comfortable by cracking the window and turning on the air vent. Didn't even mind the shedding. Super nice and helpful driver. What could have been an extremely stressful event (getting stranded with two huge dogs) turned into a good little adventure. Very impressed with the service.
