I had an extremely disappointing and honestly unsafe experience with this roadside assistance service. My car broke down and I was stranded on the side of the highway during a cold wave with temperatures at –3 degrees. I was freezing and stuck outside for an extended period of time, worried about my safety and possible frostbite on my feet from being in the cold so long. When I called customer service, they were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Every time I asked for an update on the tow truck’s arrival, I was told “within the hour,” but no specific or realistic time was ever provided. I kept calling for updates because I was literally freezing, and instead of empathy or urgency, I was met with attitude. Being stranded in extreme weather is not just inconvenient — it’s dangerous. In situations like this, clear communication and compassion are the bare minimum, and this company failed at both. I would not recommend this service to anyone, especially if you value your safety and timely assistance in an emergency. The tow truck driver was great however, they need to work on their customer service.
The gentleman was polite. He explained what he was doing and options I had moving forward. The engine did not start and the car had to be towed. The end result was the battery had to be replaced. I was connected to this company through AAA.
Blue Gray Towing responded within an hour of my request for assistance. The representative was very efficient in resolving the battery issue and was also professional and courteous. Thank you!
Wow!! The young man that came to help last evening to get our van off the exit was top knotch. People aren't very nice when you are holding them up getting home. I get it! This man put me at ease in a very precarious situation. I was towed quickly and safely. Thank you

Called when I accidentally locked myself and my daughter out of the house and car…in the bitter cold. They were super friendly and sent someone right away. Arrived in minutes and opened the house door for us quickly. Even let us sit in their truck to wait so we wouldn't keep freezing. Quick, friendly and good! Recommend this place 100%! Thank you!!
Short wait for driver to arrive. He was able to get the car to start so I felt better knowing it wasn't totally dead. I have used this tire company many times before and they've always proved great service and the drivers were always polite and helpful.
Prompt service and friendly driver. I used AAA because I had a screw in my tire and needed it replaced with the spare. They are lucky to be partnered with this company.
The only thing was the ETAs on the root app were a little spotty, but nate was nice! He did call twice to let me know when he'll arrive. He even helped me figure out what was wrong with my car and gave me a ride to the garage! For doing this for 11 years, he knows his stuff!
Christmas Eve I was in the middle of picking up a DOORDASH delivery n locked my keys in my car. Thank you to Brandon for coming so quickly & doing a great job.
Service was expedient. Granted, I was pretty much in the area, but still less than a 20 minute wait time. Was locked out of my vehicle, and the service tech had me back in my vehicle within four minutes of being on the site. Very professional, very respectful, and generally just nice to talk to.
Fast response with constant communication as to arrival time. Listened to me when I explained what was happening & safely got my car up & on the truck and over to the shop. Driver was awesome!
Tech was friendly and arrived very quickly. First thing he asked was if I was ok which speaks volumes to me. Within minutes I was back in my car and on my way. (locked my keys in my car while last min Christmas shopping)

My wife totaled our car and this was the company that was called to come tow the car away. The next day when I went to clean out my car the lady up front was very polite and even offered to get me a bag for my stuff. And when I couldn't get my plates off one of the drivers went and got a kit from his truck and got my plates off for me. Everyone was very polite
I have neuropathy and I ended up sitting outside in the cold with no heat. They told me the first it was 55 then it was 45 and then it was four minutes they were on their way and then it was another 20 minutes before they arrived.
Nathanial was amazing. He was polite and professional. He updated me the entire way about how long he would be and an estimated time of arrival. He arrived on time and was efficient with getting my car loaded up on the tow truck.
He got to me incredibly fast. Loaded up my car and delivered it perfectly at my mechanic's lot. He was very proficient at his job. I forgot his name but he was great.
Got stuck on the side of 70 today. Charles was dispatched & arrived within 30 min. This was the first time I’ve ever broken down on the hwy & he was so nice & reassuring. He legit took care of everything while I was able to be picked up by a friend & taken home. If I ever have to be towed again I will be calling Blue Gray for sure!
B&G is awesome. Used them 3 times now through State Farm and they have consistently arrived on time or early. Especially tonight. Car battery died, jump wouldn't work and when I put in a request for the roadside assistance, they came within 20min! That's insane!! Jay was the tech and he had us home super fast. Awesome service and absolutely recommend!!
