Kasey was an absolute gem! I’m grateful that she was dispatched to help me. She troubleshooted several issues and was determined to get me back on the road….on a Friday during rush hour with a heat index of ~ 105 degrees. Her persistence and work ethic were equally impressive and I sincerely appreciated her creative approach handling a myriad of unanticipated, complicated issues. I was really in a bind and she was able to figure out a number of problems caused by a dead battery… including gaining access to my car with a key-fab that was not working and figuring out how to open the hood of the vehicle despite a broken spring mechanism. I feel very lucky that she was available because without her, my whole weekend would’ve been an absolute mess. I wish there were more people like Kasey in this world! I respect the reality that she would not give up despite several challenging obstacles. So, thank you Kasey and Eichelbergers is fortunate to have you on their staff. You’re the bomb! This is a terrible company on June 9 2024 they damaged vehicle during a tow and said they would pay for damages then recanted the and would not pay. Denied claim. I had the manager to state they would pay and they did not. The Driver damaged my vehicle while loading in flat bed and if I had not have been there he would have never said anything. But now there refusing any liability for the damages and my vehicle is still at the dealer body shop. These tow companies are terrible and not to be trusted.

Fast, efficient, friendly, and always affordable. I've had more dealings than I'd prefer to with them recently, and it's always been a better experience for their help.

USE THIS COMPANY! We are not from the area (Michigan) and we broke down the day before Easter and this company was quick to get to us, towed us where we wanted to go even though we changed our minds twice. Haley and Conner were so fantastic, their loving personality and quickness to get to you and take care of us is unmatched! If I were from the area I would call them every time because I know that in my time of crazy, Haley and Conner will take great care of us and our vehicle! Other reviews say their customer service is terrible and that cannot be more far from the truth!! Haley drove all the way out to us as well just to drive us where we needed to go and Conner went out of his way to call his brother who was a mobile mechanic and gave him a heads up that we would be calling. I know this review is long but I hope it helps others realize that this company is legit and wonderful. Great people. =)

We used this towing company through our road side assistance plan that we have with our state farm car insurance. They were quick to respond and so was the driver. Once driver arrived he had a great attitude, was courteous and good at his job. Also he got my truck where it needed to be fast and efficient with no damage to my vehicle. It was my first time having to use this service, very impressed.

Conner was wonderful and such a huge help in a stressful situation. Friendly, compassionate, understanding, and so knowledgeable of how to help. Would recommend him to anyone!

Jay was a life saver yesterday! I had a flat tire on the side of I70 and he was there within 15 minutes! He got out in the pouring rain and had me to the repair shop in no time! I was so amazed at how quick and efficient he was in the middle of a down pour! Thank you, Jay!

My insurance provider connected me with an unspecified towing company, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Fortunately, Matt’s kindness quickly turned around what was initially an unfamiliar (this was my first time getting my car towed!) and stressful situation. Due to a last minute change to my towing destination, Matt had to transport me and my vehicle 20+ minutes in the opposite direction. Despite it being the end of his day, he was both professional and personable. Thank you, Matt, for being patient with me given the circumstances and helping me out in a pinch!

The ONLY local towing company I will use or recommend again! The owners are the most wonderful people you could hope to meet. They genuinely care about you and will do whatever they can to help you out. I called Hallie in a panic because I locked myself out of my running car on my way to work. Despite juggling her own crazy morning, Hallie immediately dispatched her amazing driver, Kasey to save the day! Kasey arrived less than 30 minutes after I first called Hallie, and I was pulling out of my driveway 5 minutes later! Kasey was very kind, professional, and most importantly, prompt! I was blown away at the incredible service I got from every person I have interacted with in this company. Just wanted to thank Charlie from Eichelbergers Towing for helping me out today. We were stranded in Hagerstown this morning and he saved the day. Charlie was on time, courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. He towed our vehicle to the dealership and made sure everything was good before he left. Helpful, caring people at Eichelberger's Towing. They sent help quickly and the tow driver was kind and calm in my moment of chaos. The manager at the office was so helpful in suggesting multiple local companies that could repair my car and they answer the phone all hours. Excellent communication and honest people. I'd call them again next time for sure!!

Amazing people, Charlie was really nice and quick to pickup my vehicle even though he was 130 miles away!!! Charged a reasonable and affordable fee and was very professional. I recommend this place and they are now in my contacts in case i need an emergency tow.

JD was excellent! Very respectful and wonderful group of individuals but I personally was helped by JD. He confronted the auto body repair shop for things they were charging me for that they had no business charging me for. he didn’t have to do that. He could’ve just picked up the car and moved it to the spot. I needed him to. He’s a person type of person, very admirable 10 out of 10.

I had a great experience with Eichelberger's Towing. They arrived right on time, quickly got my car set up on the tow truck, and parked it perfectly right where I needed it. They were very affordable and friendly and I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing a tow in the area. 👍

This was the first time I’ve needed a tow and hopefully the last, but if I ever need it again and I am in the area when I need it, I will definitely call them again! Estimated arrival time was almost two hours with my road side assistance company. Nick from the company showed up in no time (not even close to a two hour wait) and was extremely helpful, very nice and an awesome person to help calm my nerves. I appreciated his assistance and just being an all around awesome person! He knew what he was doing and was on top of everything! Thank you for everything! A great company!

This was an awesome service experience! Connor picked up my car on the side of the highway on a busy day while I was on an airplane to Puerto Rico. Keys were left exactly where I asked. Car was perfectly safe when I came back. Will definitely use you guys again!

Not many towing companies will tow same day at a great price. Eichelberger’s was very quick and extremely professional. They towed my car within an hour after calling them. The cost of the tow was nothing compared to what I've seen from other towing companies. Very inexpensive and they treated my car delicately. I highly recommend this towing company.

Needed towing and my vehicle fixed as well. Brad immediately got the job done and went out of his way to come and get the keys for the vehicle as well. He was prompt to fix my car as well. He was very knowledgeable and took the extra time to explain everything and go over the prices to make sure i was comfortable with them. Excellent service and I also encountered another of his drivers Zach was was polite and knowledgeable as well. If he did have a bad driver at any point I'm sure he's rectified it because he seems nothing but safe and professional. Also prices was way cheaper than others in area.
