These guys are great.I highly recommend them.I had a problem with my air.And they were able to diagnose and fix the problem within 2 and a 1/2 hours and that included having to retrieve apart. Guy was very nice. Polite, very knowledgeable. Able to answer all my questions and that was about a week and a 1/2 ago. Having a 1/2 an hour haven't had a problem since?
Highly recommend this company. Eddie was awesome! He came within 15 minutes as promised, so friendly and went above and beyond. Our Freightliner semi was losing air, he hooked up his airline to us and refilled our bags. He got us to the Freightliner dealership so we could get fixed up and back on the road. Thank you so much for all you do.
The mechanic Greg was dedicated to getting me back on the road. He went through every adversarial circumstance possible and overcame all challenges to get me going. This company is exceptional. The company I work for calls on Wrenches and Wreckers at least 3-4 times a month for either road service or towing. They are extremely knowledgeable and fair priced. They take care of us like we are one of their own. They will always be our first call when we need help and they have even returned the favor by having some work done at our Body Shop. The business relationship could not be better and the service they provide is second to none!

It is very hard to find an honest and knowledgeable shop in Hagerstown area. Luckily i called the right place. Called a road service for a starter issue. Greg was very professional, showed up on time, had us running within minutes, and explained in details what the issue was. Good to know that there is a place in this area that I can call next time when I need service. 10/10
These guys are the greatest! Truck wasn't getting fuel from auxiliary tank and died in a busy intersection. Hooked me up, pulled me to their own nearby shop, put some fuel in primary tank and got me going again all inside of about 45 minutes. Thanks Eddie and Greg! God bless.
My antique bus/RV broke down on PA Ave. in Hagerstown on Saturday. Freddie of W&W came to tow it to a repair shop. The bus is large, heavy and equipped with Maxi-brakes (effective but antiquated). Freddie knew exactly what to do and did it efficiently while reassuring me he had everything covered. I asked him to pass along to the repair shop some quirks of the bus to the repair shop and he remembered every one. Bill was not inexpensive but very reasonable. Kudos also to Leah in dispatch. I would not hesitate to use them again.
I broke down on I-68 due to a bad radiator. Called W and W. One hour or so later, the nicest and hardest working guy I have ever met shows up. His name is Cody. I've been towed many times in my career but this guy was over the top. Professional, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service. I would swear he owned the company by the way he represented W and W. Not to mention this company charges a very fair price. Thank you W and W. and thank you Cody.
These people are not so good and honest people as they seem, what I experienced with them they told me that they would need one week or more to get it fixed but I went to Main truck and trailer repair look what they were able to do in about 2 hours, what amazing job and service!!!
Had my truck towed on 06/30/2024 tow truck driver was nice, afyer being hooked up and going he took a left hand turn and ripped my airline in half. Said we will fix it, after getting back into my truck and ready to hook to my trailer the airline was not fixed I called they said they sent someone to fix it but your truck was gone. I told them my truck was inside the shop. After all my trailer is sitting in your lot. The owner comes to the shop and says his mechanic will be right down with a new set which was a lie. He then took Amy glad hand and put it on the shortened end of airline and said your good to go. They never had the intention of fixing my airline just charging me $1200 for a 15 mile tow bill
I had a tow from middle of nowhere Pa to Hagerstown MD. Paul grabbed my truck and his co worker grabbed my tlr. Paul was quick and efficient. Took care of me and my truck the whole way. I will be using this company again. Be safe you two :)
I Was driving and my truck started wobbling so I put my hazards on so the truck behind me could pass by, little did I know it was a tow truck behind me. so I pulled over on the side of the road and he pulls over in front of me and told me he could see my wheel was wobbling and it looked like it was about to fall off. I told him I could feel it wobbling and my truck started to lean.
I swear to goodness that was nothing but God!!!!! My front tire is missing two lug nuts and my back tire had three of them extremely loose. I was saved from a car accident

I had a wreck on I 70 at exit 28 when the guys came out to open 70 back up. It was very professional very quick and dealing with everything in general with my insurance company. I read the reviews and these guys deserves every bit of it, they are very professional, polite and honest. Paul I respect you brother I told you my situation (stuck in mud on the side of the road) and you gave me a time and you was right there so I don't miss my delivery appointment, even thought you were in the middle of doing something else.
Just had to get my 2021 FL towed from the loved in Hagerstown to the FL dealer down the road. Paul the driver who showed up to help us was ver polite and friendly as well as well versed in his trade and he had us hooked up and headed down the road in about 15 minutes. While I hope not to breakdown again anytime soon I sure hope that if I do it’s Paul from Wrenches & Wreckers that comes to help me out. 10/10 service.
Had a terrible fuel leak after hitting an object on 81. Greg came out to see the situation and was cheerful and kind even at 02:00. He lined up towing for my tractor and trailer back to the shop. Since I was in PA they had to be towed separately. Matthew and Paul arrived shortly after they came on shift in the morning. They were both professional and friendly and efficient in getting us hooked up and on the road. They took the time to answer my questions. Very knowledgeable. Eddie and Cyle did a great job getting my truck back up and running once the new tank arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we were road ready! I highly recommend this wrecker company!

We were on our way to Hatfield and McCoy trails to go 4 wheeling when the coupler on my trailer broke off, they towed our trailer and repaired it all in the same day ( they even stayed late to help us ), My friends and I can not thank them enough, they saved our vacation and we are very grateful, highly recommend them.
