The lady that helped me was very helpful and sweet. I had many questions and she answered them efficiently and promptly. Very knowledgeable which was refreshing. Her customer service was top notch. (She did tell me her name and i just forgot )
Patrick at Apple Valley was excellent to work with. He was able to provide a quote same day. A dumpster was delivered after hours and he made sure it was placed where requested. He was in constant communication and made the process seamless. Highly recommend!!
I’ve had my trash not picked up multiple times in two years for reasons unknown. I think the trash needs to be gift wrapped in order for them to take it.
Just had a trash can not picked up yesterday and it only had 2 things in it. A furnace filter and some plastic yard boarder. I pay for 2 trash cans because this happens so often.
Called in about the pictures here that show big Hoppers where you can dump recycling. However when I called in they told me that they didn't exist here and that I would need to go to the dump. Please take these pictures down so people aren't misled.
As a truck driver some people in the office are good but don't ask to use the bathroom we are not allowed to be civilized humans we are only allowed to use a port a potty that is clear out away from the office and your truck but yet they want us to haul their product and be civil to those In the office but we truck drivers get treated like dirt and are not worthy of indoor plumbing and no way to wash hands afterwards.
Decided to update my comment of rating. Ashley/Amber I think is the girls name that answered me was so rude, had no good customer service whatsoever. To the point that I had to hang up on her bc I didn't want to go off on her. She didn't let me finish speaking after trying to explain my situation. She would cut me off and i got upset and she said it wasn't her fault that my bins hadn't been dropped off. Honey your the face of the company, yes personally it isn't your fault but it is the company's you work for and sinceyou work there, yes its your problem maybe not your fault but your problem for sure!
Called back later to speak to another rep who was the sweetest ever her name was Madison. She heard me and my concern, she pulled my information up, she explained to me the issue of why I haven't received my recycling bin and she explained that I was prioritize to get my bin for waiting a very long time. All I needed was to find out what was going on I received it on Wednesday and Today, which is Friday she called me to make sure I received it. Madison bc of you I have decided to continue doing business here. And I will be asking for you everytime I call. Thank you for your customer service and to the owner of the company Madison needs a recognition for going out of the way to please your customers. A promotion or a raise will do great in these times. Once again thank you Madison.
I'm not going to switch my star rating until better customer service is implemented on ALL employees.
Apple valley recycling on night shift with Russell was good until he tried to come at me and then he hired a girl who does drugs in the bathroom and drinks and leaves early and lies and got me in trouble for stuff bc she was feelin Russell and he was walking around shirtless and she was touching all over him and he let's drivers drive the bobcat and other heavy equipment drunk and high and flirts with all the attractive females and tries to do stuff with them but then when we don't he fires us. There is so much more but it is a HORRIBLE PLACE ON NIGHTS . Day shift is good rob is awesome!
