They gave me a very good price to scrap my 20 year old Honda Civic. My old civic was having more and more issues as it got older. So when it broke down again, I'd already pre-decided to tell the tow truck to take it to Champion Auto to scrap it. The lady at the front desk was unbelievably nice! She had already told me what paperwork I needed to bring when I turned in my car (ID, Title paperwork, keys, etc.). The process of signing over my car to Champion Auto and getting paid that same day was super quick.
Huge thanks to Lucas who took care of everything - quoting the parts, invoice, payment, ensuring parts were ready for collection and being courteous and professional throughout. Parts were a fair price (they are a business with overheads etc). The lady who answered the phone was also super nice. Highly recommended.
Very misleading very rude didn't tell the truth told you to go back there and come back and didn't tell you something different don't trust these people
Lucas was an excellent person. Helped me on the phone and did exactly what he said he would do. I live in DE and will use these guys again dont mind the travel.
I dealt with Lucas mostly, and I have to say after calling around to 2 or 3 other places champion is the only place that will get my business. They where not only professional but polite!

They didn't have what I needed but the staff was friendly and helpful. Even gave me a suggestion as to where to check since they didn't have what I was looking for.
Very horrible experience. Workers were very rude and didn’t care about anything I asked for. I came to get one thing and they took about 15 minutes just to even get to me and there were no other customers there. One employee came up to me saying it was going to be a few minutes when it literally takes 2 seconds to grab a part so I can leave. They gave me the wrong part so I was coming to switch it for the right one. The employees sit down and watch YouTube videos instead of doing their job. Not to mention their nasty attitude, foul languages in front of the customers, and lack of good customer service. I don’t think anyone should come here.
I had a very stressful and dissatisfying issue with champions the manager John towed my van ... Toooo his junkyard my van which was legally tagged and legal insurance ... my van was parked at Christmas tree trailer park off of Saint Andrews Church Road ...I had permission from the gentleman who was renting the trailer at that time ... The renter of the trailer is the one who parked it there for me.. it had broke down because the oil blew out of it in the meantime when I was trying to get my van towed to my home the property owners grandson had Call champions junkyard to tow my van to the junkyard ..I had to find where my van was and when I call champions auto John the manager insist on it was his van that he purchased it for $150 after arguing back-and-forth I told him that he didn’t have permission by me to take my van or had my title to my van he told me That he had canceled the check and to come pick my van up when I went to come pick it up the front end was halfway ripped off and the tags are missing off of it.. I asked him to put my bumper back on because it was not off when I parked my vehicle at the residence ,and I clearly cannot drive it out of there with the bumper off and the tags missing .. The manager John told me that he would put my van back in his yard ...double charge me for towing and charge me for five days of storage and then told me to get off his property ..they did put my bumper up with security ties all over the place hanging off the van I asked him to tow it to my home which they did but while they were dropping the van off ... the tow truck driver tore the street all up dropping my van in front of my home now the county has to come out and fix the street where are The tow truck driver tore the street up in front of my home that they just put new asphalt down A few months prior redoing all the streets in our neighborhood.. this was a very emotional experience for me as the manager John told me over the phone that my van was junk 😞
Had the part I needed and wondered if I could come back tomorrow cause it still needed to be pulled from the vehicle. But when I told them I live 2 1/2hrs away, they didn't feel the need to have me come back so they pulled it while I waited... and did it in the pouring rain!
Good prices, rude staff.. they have a "give me your money and get out" kind of attitude, as if you're wasting their time by buying from them. That being said, they do negotiate prices. Dont let them put seats on the top of their van though (for transport from yard to your vehicle) . Dropped prestine leather seats right in the mud.
Gave good service and didn't charge me extra for changing my mind on a part after their technician had removed it from one of their vehicles. I would do business with them again.
Had the parts I needed
I called them up & asked if they had certain parts for my vehicle & they did so I gave them a time frame of when I would be stopping by & they had my parts dismantled very quickly! They are also willing to negotiate their quoted prices!!!
Overall super friendly staff. Answered all my questions with professionalism and respect. This little hidden gem had my part when Brandywine didn't. I will definitely be returning for any potential needs before making the trip back to Brandywine.
Only by the grace of "GOD" did I find the right parts at Champion. Even though it looks like a Salvage , the concern is no different than going to a grade A+ royal garage. the owner John, is friendly, the price is reasonable, and guarantees the parts, others don't. being a single female, and not knowing nothing about cars is frightening in itself, but to find help like theirs makes it nice. when my driver side window fell down, I was alarmed but knew right away where to go. John, takes the customers problems seriously, and does something about it when possible; what could had been a frightening experiences turned out with delight. a person is treated
royally with respect, and care. you can't find nice people like that much
anymore, if you want service with care; GO! there. thank you guys. Yours
