I was recommended this place when I had a screw in my tire, I thought it had gone all the way through but luckily it didn’t. The mechanic quickly realized this and removed the screw free of charge and had me on my way within a couple minutes. The entire time I was treated with kindness by all members of staff who also had a good sense of humor. Luckily I was only screwed🥁, but I would definitely recommend this place for other work as well!

We were given the runaround by the Honda dealer in Waldorf. We are relatively new to the area and with one phone call, they took us in with no problem for state inspection, oil, change, etc. So happy.

We had an inspection and mechanical work done here and everyone we encountered was absolutely incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. They even took care of us immediately when I called the next day to come back in because I thoughy I had broken something. They are honest and hard working wonderful people. We will use and recommend them to everyone while we are stationed here in Maryland!!
I have brought my vehicle to First Choice two times and I have nothing but positive things to say about the office and their staff. As a woman I have to be careful about trusting auto repair shops. First Choice has given me no worries. I will continue to use them as my area auto maintenance shop. Rita is great!
These guys are A-1 in my book. Great customer service and they did a great job on my motorcycle inspection. Very accommodating to my hectic time schedule.
Most reviews are from people that don't know anything about cars, but I'm not one of them. I grew up working on cars in my parent's body shop, so I know a good shop when I see one. They are fast, and their prices beat everyone else. I will always bring them my vehicles for all the tough stuff I can't do.
Made an appointment on Tuesday for a Thursday morning repair.
The car was left early in the morning for an A/C repair. Around 3 pm
called to inquire about the status of the car and was told the tech was
too busy to look at your car. Early next morning stopped by the shop to
inquire about a time framed as to when i could expect the car back.
The answer that I got from Rita was that priority is given to USPS vehicles.The other person at the front desk quickly responded by saying I don't know when it will be ready. I had good experiences with Ted And Rita in the past. I am sure that the new person at the desk has qualities but her skills at dealing with the customers are below mediocre
Have dealt with Rita, Ted, and Bruce at First Choice Auto for a long time now. Always can trust them to give me honest repairs and costs. I will go no where else.
Recently had major engine repairs done at First Choice. Did excellent work. Kept me informed of progress and cost. Work was completed when promised. Great people. Highly recommend.
