Me and my family have been to parks now for the past 5+ years and we have came there for oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, tire patches, battery replacement etc. each time i go there my car feels brand spanking new every-time i get my maintenance done. A huge shout out to Kevin for getting my teenage son back on the road. His truck broke down nearby and he was 4 hours from home. Kevin not only made sure to work him in when AAA dropped the truck off, but made sure that he was able to drive the truck home despite not being able to get all the necessary parts for a full repair. Kevin made what could have been a very stressful and inconvenient situation smooth. I doubt I’ll ever be back in that area, but if I were I wouldn’t hesitate to have them work on my vehicles.

I took my 2012 GMC Sierra 2500hd w/200,000miles for engine diagnostic. Fast forward, a Jasper engine was installed and also installed a lift kit and wheels. Great service and a very satisfied customer. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend these guys. I was traveling to Delaware beaches, when my tire pressure indicator went on b4 reaching Bay Bridge. After praying I make it to other end w/o tire failing, I immediately filled tire w/air on the other side. 15-20 mins later indicator came back on. With much anxiety nearing intersection of Rt 50 and 213, I fortunately found Parks Tire using Google Maps about half mile away. Although I waited for about 30-40 mins, these guys spent the time necessary to properly diagnose the problem... not a puncture leak but a loose fitting pressure sensor. They tightened it up and got me on my way for less than $20! These guys were life savers!!!

These guys are awesome! I had an bad fall on Thanksgiving and ended up in the hospital, over an hour away from my car. Add in that my car needed time critical servicing before the fall and this had become a huge, painful problem. Let me tell you, trying to coordinate all of the things in your life from the flat of your back, an hour from home, using just your cell phone is a challenge to say the least. Getting my car towed and serviced by Parks Tire was the one thing that was easy to do. They answered right away, not putting me on hold at all. They coordinated with me the best time to pick up my car. They found the place (no small task!) They showed up EXACTLY when they said they would, not some bs window of time. They got my car towed without a scratch and handled the service I required. They didn't overcharge or hit me with bs fees. They did all of this with professionalism and grace (things often hard to find.) If you ever need towing and these guys operate in the area, don't bother wasting time and stress calling anyone else. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE YOU WANT.

Had a great driver, dropped us off at our work place. Made polite conversation entire 45 minute drive. Very skilled with loading and unloading our vehicle, it's a large diesel pick up and a tight spot to drop it.

Towed my vehicle with roadside assistance right away. The driver stayed with us until our Uber arrived. Great communication and customer service. Fast diagnostic report. I would give them 10 stars if I could. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

They were friendly and prompt. We needed a new set of truck tires after two of our tires were popped on a curb. They were busy but were able to squeeze me in for the repair on the same day it happened! Thank you again!

I would advise against using this company. My truck broke down a mile from their shop and I had called to have it towed and diagnosed. I explained from the very beginning that my family and I just sustained a total loss house fire and had some decisions to make if we were going to fix it or not. I was told numerous times that I was fine and to take my time and let them know which direction I wanted to go. The truck sat there for 10 days while my wife and I have been scrounging to get the money available to fix it after we just lost everything. I offered multiple times to pay the balance due while it sat there and was instructed not to until I made a decision. I get a call today and was told “ I need to pay a deposit to fix the truck or remove the truck from the property TODAY or pay a $50/day storage fee. Then the manager tried to argue with me with no regard to what I was previously told. I also said I do have someone interested in buying the truck from me and was told I couldn’t sell the truck on the property and that I needed to remove it. I offered to pay the 1 day storage fee but was told I needed to remove the truck. All in all , bad business and in my opinion poor management. I have family in the towing business that’s a much bigger facet than they are and they said they’d never do that to their clients. “ They just kicked you while you are already down , that’s down right wrong” is what my uncle said. I will never use or recommend them to anyone! If you need a tow call Grants ! Great bunch of people and phenomenal service and FAIR.

These guys helped us out of a jam when our car broke down as we were traveling through. Everyone we spoke to was very pleasant, patient and courteous. The facility was very clean and well kept. I would highly recommend Parks Tire and Auto Services.

Yesterday I found myself stranded with a dead battery in my driveway, blocking in my other car from exiting the garage. I called AAA and within an hour, Parks' technician arrived, troubleshot the situation, and installed a new battery in just a few minutes (he called ahead for the battery specs). The serviceman was amazingly polite and competent. The battery cost me less than half of what I paid at the Volvo dealer a little over two years ago.

I have used Parks as our trusted ship for vehicles for many years. Most recently it was brought in to replace a strut and get an alignment. The staff communicated everything and the timeline of the process clearly to us. They ordered the part and scheduled us as soon as it arrived. They are priced fairly and their work has always been top tier. We will continue to use Parks and refer our friends and neighbors to do the same!

Cleanest professional tow service I've ever seen! Tractor trailer sunk on shoulder they were able to winch out. Wasn't even 30 minutes from time of call to when I was pulled out. They have new proper equipment. Not some bo gater. Definitely a number to save for drivers east of bay bridge.

We are from out of town and had a flat tire on our motorcycle on the side of Rte 50 on a Saturday afternoon. Parks was quick to come out to tow the motorcycle an hour away to the closest Harley dealership because they were the only place open on a Sunday to fix the bike so we could go home. The owner personally drove the truck out himself to the dealership while his worker took us to his hotel. The tow truck was very clean inside and the worker was very friendly. We feel for the distance and time, the rates were very fair.

We have been customers several times for almost two years for both tires as well as other general mechanical needs. They are very responsive and do not overcharge compared to other places. I noticed that I had a screw stuck in one of my new tires on a vehicle I had recently purchased and was told I needed a replacement by a place closer to home since it was near the sidewall. I was quoted $328 (to be done the next day). I called Parks and they quoted me $240 for the same tire over the phone without seeing it (could be done later the same day). Upon arrival that afternoon, they quickly realized the screw was just wedged in between the tread without a puncture, no leaks. They flicked it out and said have a nice day, no charge. The first place could have easily realized this but did not make the effort.

What a GREAT experience ! My fully loaded pickup truck lost a fuel pump on my way to Ocean City,MD. I made a call to their office and only moments later a rollback arrived, I couldn’t believe it. They towed my vehicle and quickly gave me a diagnosis and estimate. I made arrangements to pickup a rental truck, once again I was amazed the rollback driver took me about 8 miles to pick up my rental, several mechanics came out and voluntarily helped me unload and reload the trucks. I returned three days later, job was completed, with even an extra requested, drivers side window module replacement. Here’s the best thing ! The price I was quoted was EXACTLY what I was charged. I couldn’t recommend this company any more HIGHLY. Thanks Park Auto team!

I had a break down on Christmas Eve not far from this shop and when we had troubles communicating with AAA, this company went above and beyond to make sure my car got towed back to my house! They were amazing to communicate with and stayed in contact with me for updates and to let me know when a driver was coming or close by. Super friendly gentleman I spoke to on the phone and was so kind! I am very thankful for this companies help and kindness!!!!

We broke down 10 minutes from this shop. We are from out of state and AAA dispatched this company. EXCELLENT service from the start with the tow truck driver who was so fast, friendly and informative and in the middle of the night. They called the next day to tell me the problem which my own garage had just missed. They were accurate and fair with their pricing and I feel like their timing was reasonable as well. I’m so thankful that this is where our car decided to break down. They fixed the problem and added a future solution as well. Highly recommend their services!

I dropped off my zero-turn tires for a swap they removed the old tires and installed the new tires I had purchased online. The staff was friendly and promptly swapped out the tires for me at a very affordable price of $20 bucks for both. I am very pleased with the service and based on this experience I would recommend and now I know where to go if I need tire help.

Recently had 4 new tires installed here along with an alignment. The appointment / service went perfectly. The mechanics are very helpful and thorough, they alerted me to some issues with the vehicle I should’ve been aware of. Highly professional service, along with fair prices and a good warranty. I will come back for future vehicle maintenance and will recommend this shop to others.

Got a flat tire was able to go there within 30 minutes and get a new tire. They were great they even had a play thing outside for my daughter and toys inside for her to play with. That’s the best experience I’ve had an auto place.

I visited 4 times in one month. Very honest pricing. I went to get a second opinion after visiting another auto shop in Centerville. Let's just say always always double check what people tell you what is wrong with your car. Most car mechanics think that we are all dumb and lazy. Two weeks ago I got a flat tire traveling from Fl to NY. It happened at ~11:30 at night. AAA sent a tow truck from Parks Tire & Auto Center. The driver was great. He showed me where the garage was, suggested a few hotels and drove me to one. The next morning I met with Alison(I believe). Her and the staff were fantastic. They worked incredibly hard and fast to get me back on the road. They also gave me a great price. They made a terrible situation into a positive experience. Thank you!
