We had a great experience working with Zac at Ripple's to get rear seat brackets for a passenger van that had been discontinued by Ford. He verified they had the parts we needed, called me back promptly, sent a picture of the parts and set up shipment straight to my door. The platform they use for credit card payments was also super easy to use via text on my phone. My husband appreciated the extra time they took to label the brackets too (see photo). Their name should be RIPOFF. Bought a Engine from them,and less than rew miles later the engine went bad. They don't want to honor the contract. Will have to sue in court. Don't take chances do your business elsewhere. This issue was successfully resolved, on the advice of the warranty service. The was unlocked and starting to work normally.
I bought a pair of wheels from them online and had them shipped to Texas. Ripple's was easy to work with and they helped me place the order.
The photos of the product were accurate, the product is in good shape and arrived earlier than expected.
Called for a set of seats for my vehicle, gentleman answered the phone and checked to make sure it was still in stock. Once he confirmed I made my way down and drove off with the seats. Transaction was quick and easy staff was very polite and helpful.

When buying salvage parts, the concern always exists about if the part is represented properly (i.e. rust, dents, function, missing pieces, etc.). The attitude of the person picking up the phone can be an indication of the establishment's commitment to quality customer service. And even if the price is right and the sales service is ok, you could be in for a shock to find you have to pick up the part in a dirty, nasty, pot hole ridden location.
I am exceptionally honored to say that none of the aforementioned problems existed with and at Ripple''s. Courteous and informed first call-in, followed by same degree of professionalism in person for pick up. Fair price for good parts. A clean and well run establishment. And staff that was remarkably helpful and took care in loading the parts. (Sales rep even gave me a call on my cell phone when he saw me pull out and drive in the wrong direction of his instructions). I would buy parts from this place again in a heartbeat.
