Cars here were really stripped down so it was hard to know the makes and models of the junked cars on the lot. Good thing their computer inventory is up to date so I was able to ask the assistant if my car parts were even on the lot. And they weren't.
Gary was great, responsive every time even when I had a difficult issue with my transmission - always kept his cool and professional. As was manager Greg for helping me out - thank you.
Buyer beware untrue listings. Two weeks ago, I found a paint-color match for a lift gate for my vehicle on car-part.com. It was listed with no damage, the gate was on the car, and the picture looked good. So I decided to make an impromptu 2.5 hour trip to this place to get it. Right before I left I got a call that the spoiler was gone - they sold it. No problem, I thought, I can reuse that piece from my current vehicle. Then I make the trip down, and go to take a look at the gate. To my surprise, it was now off the car, which seemed great at first until I realized it was just thrown onto some gravel which had the bottom edge all scratched up. But even worse, there were now some NASTY gouges in the paint (down to the primer). These gouges were very apparent and ugly and definitely NOT disclosed. My hunch is that they happened after the gate was removed from the car. Needless to say, after giving up a whole day off work, I was very upset. To their credit, they agreed to negotiate the price, so I did end up buying it, but very reluctantly. Now I need to decide if I want to touch up the scratches or pay like $1,000 to have it painted. Anyway, this experience was much less than ideal, and I give 2 stars only because they agreed to reduce the price.
I have bought used parts for my 2000 Honda Civic EX Coupe I've restored. I just purchased a condenser to fix my a/c. I have been there looking foreign car parts over the years.
I was on a search for months trying to find a piece for my rear quarter window. With no success, I ended up at the Brandywine Junkyard purchasing a whole window with the piece included because that was the only option. I was referred to the Foreign Auto Part location for installation. Everyone was very professional and explained why I had to purchase the window and not just the piece. The price was reasonable. I definitely would return and recommend them to others.
The batteries may have Low cells. The price was right, but the selection was limited, and the battery will not hold a charge. Buyer beware. I guess you pay for, what you get.
Patrick the owner is a crook using washable markers instead of paint marker so he doesn't have to do returns... asked him to prove to me that his paint market wouldn't just wipe off and to mark the part again he refused.... then he told me it wouldnt stay cuz of the oil but still refused to refund my money even though my recite was well within their refund time frame according to their return policy .. do not go here just order parts from ebay or go to another yard.... and Patrick is the fat Fred durst looking dude..
Those guys are f'ing awesome!! It's important to have a lot of knowledge, but way more important to have a great sense of humor about everything! And they have both. You really can't go wrong with them!
How can this place get 5stars with so many negative comment??Not a good place to do business WAY TOO LAZY to assist, will lie to get you in.

I contacted this location about a part and was told the part was available. I drove about 20miles one way to get the part. When I got there I was told the part was broken. It was a waste of my time. The part should have been checked before my arrival. Gas is too high to be driving somewhere and not get what you were looking for.
The people were so nice my friend was getting parts from there and my kids had to go to the bathroom but they were really nice about it I can't tell you anything else but I'm pretty sure the parts really good she got a lot of parts in there so it had to be good
They are irresponsible people. My husband bought an engine and the engine came out bad from the time frame. They did not want to respond with the guarantee that they say they will respond. I do not recommend it because apart from the people who answer the phone are rude they hang up the phone. I'm sure my husband doesn't spend another dollar on car parts at that store.
Worst attitude so rude, to the point they don’t wanna help. I called the guy he hanged up before I even finish, drove to the place the guy trying to charge me entrance fee calming he can’t find the part on the system but still wanna change me the fee so I can look. Good luck to get anyone with this attitude. Don’t recommend
Employee said they didn't inventory wheel rims; however, they have them hanging in an organized manner on site and did not offer to show or assist with identifying some that would match my model. I will not be back and will not recommend.
This is excellent and give great prices. The employees great and kept laughing the whole time I was waiting for my parts. They treat everyone with respect and friendly. They look as family not just a customer. I've always recommend to my customers and you should too.
Bad service. They quoted us a higher price when we got there compared to the price quoted to us on the phone. Then they were supposed to load my tire in the trunk instead they just left it on the ground in front of the gate. Very unprofessional. I won't be back at this location.
I would not recommend anybody to go to this location. They sold be two bag engines. I was in the army fixing vehicles and serving our country. And all they did was laugh when I complained. Its sad how treat people.
This was my first visit to this establishment and found the experience problem free. A helpful sales person and a yard worker were able to produce the part needed for my vehicle. I would contact them again, if needed. There's the added plus of getting the part right away.
Overall I have received a very good customer service from this junkyard. Will definitely go there again.
As I have previously mentioned that I will go back to this location to buy more used parts. I went back last tuesday and received similar customer service like my first visit. The representative that helped me was polite and friendly. He took my in info. run it thru their system quickly and came up with the exact part that I was looking for to buy. The whole process took about fifteen minutes .
To make a long story short, I will definitely go back again.
Went looking for a replacement brake fluid cap for 2012 Mini Cooper. Became upset while in the yard then found 1 Cooper with a brake fluid cap on it. Then went to check out and was asked did I find everything and was I satified...I replied, "Yes!" Then was told, "Have a great day!" The cap was free! I WILL be back!
Spend a lot of time on the phone on hold at least an hour between all the calls. Send them all the info they want. Said they would call back in 20 minutes, no call. Part was already pulled and on the shelf, now they tell me it will not ship till Thursday, original call was late Monday. It even gets better I was typing this while on hold and waiting for the guy that was handling my transaction. The guy picks up the phone and says he is with another customer. Before I could even get a word out he hung up. Was just trying to cancel my order. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!

The hours on the door say 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. but I found the doors locked at 4:30 p.m.// The only place to get used European car parts that I have found. Good inventory the cars don't seem to be too picked over. Engines and transmissions that are reusable are already pulled which drives the price up a bit. But at least you're not rolling around in the mud trying to get an engine out of a car. Would have given 5 stars but the cleanliness and professionalism is not the best I've seen. The employees however are not rude or unhelpful in any way .
