So on SATURDAY to he 14th 2024
I was sent to Earls auto part shop.
As a commenter mention it's very unorganized, All the cashier reps weren't like the light skinned slinder look Bald guy I got. My 1st time there and he's lazy minded. I bring with me all machine if on paper. With all information.
Because I am not a machine so therefore I may not speak machine lango well.
Even though I gave him all the info he's still questioning me so bad I had to call my machine to verify what he sent over Lord! He was dry attitude and took a good while. Even when getting off the phone he still insists on a part I never made point out for his concern.
When done he said someone will be out with the parts
Never directing me to where so I step back and stared around for good minute
B4 a lady finally called out but wasn't sure if it's for me
So I explained my 1st. Time experience to her and how simi dry rude of cashier to half assist and never check with me .
All other workers inside that day were males me and the woman who serives me my parts were the only women even the male customers were more attentive to me.
The only other thing is Earls young middle age machine workers smoking weed on lot were customers come and go not cool.
UNPROFESSIONAL. UNORGANIZED. “CALL CENTER IN MEXICO” YET THERE ARE MULTIPLE PEOPLE STANDING AROUND LOUD AND JOKING . INACCURATE INFORMATION PROVIDED OVER THE TELEPHONE WHEN YOU ARRIVE THEY GIVE YOU ATTITUDE AS IF YOU WERE THE ISSUE !!!!! DONT GO, AUTOZONE IS CHEAPER
Reminds you of an old school, Mom and Pop hardware store. The items that I required, two auto zones and an Advanced Auto parts stores did not have, Earl did. Glad that the Big corporations didnt run all of the independent types out of business.
