A companion needed new battery for vehicle but all car shops were closed. Call up this place as the only 24/7 service available. All I had to do was provide info of the battery and choose whether to meet up or have him come over to our location.
New battery worked and his availability was top notch.
A couple of months ago(Oct 29th) I was in serious need of a battery. All the regular places were closing and I found Car Batteries 2 Go online. So I contacted them and spoke to I believe Jay who told me he could do it at their home location since he was there and not far from where I was driving from. He gave me a couple of options to choose from but ultimately chose it for me since I didn't know any better.( It actually turned to be for cars that are push to start) He got to work and about 30 minutes later he was done and I was on my way home with a big problem being avoided. The battery they installed died the next day. After figuring out the problem, it turns out the battery they installed was 3 years old and had a bad cell. The battery casing even indicated it had been installed in another vehicle previously.
The company refused to replace the battery, and refused to allow me to return it for a refund. The warranty they kept mentioning is only a manufacturer's warranty, which is worthless on a used battery.
Check the manufacture date on any battery before you let these guys install it in your car, or you might get ripped off. If they say its a new battery, it shouldn't be more than 3-6 months old. Also, make sure you get warranty paperwork, or else the warranty is worthless.
This company was very fast, affordable and cooperative. They helped me save alot. The name of the man who serviced my car was Jay. He was a very nice worker, he fixed my battery in the rain and didn't take long at all! The battery also comes with a 40 month warranty and jumps! I would really recommend this towing service to anyone that needs to tow a dead car because this company will come and change your battery on site.
This company was quick and very helpful. It took all of 15 minutes to get to me to replace my battery. The technician jay was very professional. He tested my battery before just snatching it out and taking my money. He also hooked the new battery up to show me that it was fully charged. After installing the new battery he also ran diagnostics and sent me a copy. I'm am extremely pleased with the service

Jay got there in the time we were told. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing. We thought we would need a tow but he fixed our car right in the parking lot where we were stranded. He saved us time and money. I highly recommend him and this company. I will definitely use them if needed in the future.
So convenient. They come to your house or wherever your car is and change your battery. Very professional, thorough and friendly. The price was very reasonable too. I would definitely recommend them.
