Brought a part from them that didn’t work. The guy is going to tell me it’s not the part he gave me. But it’s the only part I had to change on my truck. So I guess I just got beat for my money. I don’t recommend!

Not sure what's up with all the negative reviews. I had a stellar experience with Chuck's! Have a '91 Camaro and needed a T-Top. They fixed me straight up and at a respectable price!
I paid over $13k for a motor. Chuck has promised that he is going to send it for 3 months and now he is not answering my calls. I have proof with text, receipts etc. I tried calling the company for help and they were not helpful at all.

By far the worst customer service I've gotten. do not get warranties from this company because they do not stand by it. I'm still waiting for payment on labor warranty bits been 3 months. they will also not send your parts on time and lie to you about part arrival they over price their used parts. Most of the time they get their parts from other yards instead and have no idea how many miles or info on "their" parts..
anyone got bad customer service it was your own fault. i never had any problems at chucks. i’m very black. and i have been shopping there for years. they specialize in gm parts but they don’t specialize in broke sh!t. so if you ain’t got no money or on some being cheap or broke sh!t, then don’t go to chucks. but if you want quality parts at reasonable prices. call and make sure you know what you want. if they don’t have it they might know who does...
Horrible Communication! As a black customer I felt a total disrespectful tone, as if they were helping me when I was giving my car away. Highly advise you search elsewhere.
Great customer service! I live in Florida and only came across this business because they keep an accurate inventory and list parts online. I needed a door for a rare 1966 car. I had searched for months before finding Chuck, speaking to him directly, exchanging pictures of what I needed and agreeing on a price! And that all happened within a week. The door I needed was crated up and arrived safely to me. This is a respectable man who runs a great business and doesn’t forget how to properly treat customers, which is hard to find. I purchased an engine from this establishment. Chuck was very friendly and helpful. Additionally Chuck stands by his equipment. The engine was priced lower than I expected. Chuck was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in locating a part for my convertible top and shipped it the next day. Unfortunately ups lost the package, but Chuck was kind enough to overnite another part to me not knowing if he would get reimbursed from ups. I would recommend Chuck's auto A+.
