We're located in Hyattsville Maryland and sell used auto parts for all makes and models of cars, foreign and domestic. Some examples of parts we sell include used motors, transmissions, alternators, starters, ac compressors, door glass and windshields, batteries, speedometers, fly wheels, window regulators, and much more. We sell body parts including hoods, fenders, bumpers, doors, trunks, body and quarter panel cuts. We also sell new and used tires. Our delivery trucks deliver to auto repair shops in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Almost all of our parts have warranty.

part was shown beat when they said its normal wear and tear. I told them I do not wanna come back for it since its your fault, I request refund and they told me since its replacement, they are gonna replace it and I gotta drive 1 hour each way everytime just to be more disappointed to them. do not recommend these kind of people
Very manipulative, they sell broken parts and manipulate the warranty by intentionally writing wrong dates trapping you to be out of the warranty they claim, even before it begins. Haven't seen such
Very unprofessional i will not recommend any one to buy here i call them before driving 1hour 50 minutes to come pick a part ,i told them I was driving that long ,paid the part there kept me waiting for an hour 20 minutes, and the next sorry was we can’t find it . Please avoid such unprofessional places.
Hello I'm a new customer here and I've ordered a transmission for a 2005 chevy tahoe, the first transmission came and was no good so my mechanic ordered another transmission but he said it didn't look good. So he was told that another transmission would be delivered on Monday January 27th here it is Wednesday January 29th and still no transmission,so I called beltway used auto today and they told me tomorrow I've heard nothing but great things about this place so imma hang in there with these guys and see how it works out. I understand that this is life and it doesn't always go as planned.
The prices and knowledge of the associates here are amazing!!! It’s hard to get good customer service anywhere now. I was helped today by Gloria she was amazing! It’s stressful dealing with any issues when it comes to your vehicle but to have someone so friendly help you relieves some of that stress.
Love calling this place I always get the parts I need the personnel are very friendly and always willing to help you get what you need they are very professional specially Ms. Gloria she helped a me a few times in the past and she is always very helpful and very polite.
The person that helped me was Gloria. She has a great personality. She helped me Knowing that I went to other places, she was the only one I could help me what I need in at a great deal so thank you. Love this place, so glad to find it! Affordable and tested used auto parts. The best part is that you don't have to pull the part yourself like at a junkyard, they pull it for you and even bring it out to your car while you wait. I called ahead and the part was ready and waiting for me 15 minutes later when I arrived. The man who helped me was very nice (I don't know his name unfortunately).
I came here on 7/24 to replace my battery. I had my two sons with me. I was told I could get the battery cheaper if I left the old one. I asked for help to get it out and was told “we are not a repair shop” so I then asked if I could borrow a tool to get it out? Where they replied “we don’t lend out tools”. One clerk just ignored me all together while another proceeded to go back and forth about what they do and don’t do! Very rude while I hold my 9month old in 90degree heat! Make sure if you go bring your own tools or be out of luck like me. Thank God for good samaritans.
No to bad of a drive from Arlington VA, when is not rush hour! Friendly service but super slow to get my part. It took me 40 minutes to get my used part. They surely can improve service by giving a more detailed update on the process.
Was looking for rear knuckles for my bmw. Which are really hard to find locally. I contacted them and they were able to have my part ready same day. Great customer service and great employees. Special shout-out to chase for being the one to help me with my car needs. Definitely would recommend to others.

Great prices, great customer service, and great communication. Asked for a tpms module from an e92 and at the time, they did not have any in stock. Chase said he would let me know when some came in. Shortly after speaking with him, I got a message that the part was in. First time here and definitely not the last time. If you need used parts for a great price, this place is the place to go. They are also very proffessional!

Love this place! It was my first time here but I was looking for a new windshield for my girlfriends 2014 Toyota Sienna. I must have called 50 places all up & down Maryland & into Delaware & Pa. This was the cheapest place hands down & they knew a guy that would come directly here to put the windshield in for us. In all, $185 for a new windshield & another $100 to install it, I felt like I was taking money from them it was so cheap haha. Seriously though, I'm a dialysis patient so I can't really afford a lot while being on disability. This was something I could do & again, since it was 1 stop shopping so to speak it really helped us out immensely.
This might have been the first time I got a part from here but I'm now a faithful customer so I'll return every single time I need a part in the future. Beltway used auto parts is where you need to start anytime you need parts so make sure you check their wide variety of auto parts! I'm sure you won't be disappointed in selection or price!
I drove over 100 miles out of my way to buy an alternator that was bad! Paid the mechanic two different times to put it on and take it back off and they refused to give me a full refund, only store credit! The man that I spoke to said he was the manager he was the most arrogant unprofessional ****. He definitely shouldn’t be dealing with customers!

Came here to get my tires changed due to a tire blowout. The whole staff was very helpful to getting me on the road and agreed to help me mount an aggressive tire on. They were very careful with my rims (Apex Arc-8's) and were able to get the tires on with no damage to the rim. In addition, they had a 335 in the same color as mine on the lot and I was able to purchase a Space Grey fender from them which matched my car perfectly. Overall, I had a great experience and will be back for continued business.
Today was my first time coming to this location. As a woman I always get scammed overpriced by different mechanics. The customer service at Beltway used auto parts is amazing, honest, nice, very professional and they did not overprice their service and they referred me to a great mechanic that will not scam me being a woman. I am so grateful I found this place. They have amazing prices. I encourage anyone that needs Parts, used or new tires to go to this location. I truly encourage women to go here. Ask for Chase
I don’t write too many reviews but I will make an exception for Beltway Used Auto Parts. The owner is a wonderful person that goes out of his way to make sure I get my correct parts. In my business, parts are needed fast and in good working condition. Tim is great. I call him “The Godfather of Used Parts”. Because he makes sure that I get the parts on time and at a great price. Keep up the great work.
So this place seem awesome at first glance but they do straight lie I came in Thursday to purchase a used rim and tire I’m told it will be in next day here comes next week and I finally get a call for my wheel once I arrive I wait for the folks inside to finish talking and eating lunch to have them tell me they didn’t know they were supposed to put the wheel back on the car and start throwing prices for things that were explicitly stated was a part of the service and purchase. Paying for service is no problem but don’t try to mislead for a quick buck.
Great parts, great customer service! Mr. Bobby always gets me what I need and for the right price! He even go above and beyond and search other vendors for me if he doesn't have the part available! I called in advance for part needed and they assured me it would be available within a hour, I arrived to get great costomer service, my part as promised and all for a great price. I actually installed the part on my own....... Within one week the part failed, I admit I was upset but I called back and the guy Ivan told me to "just bring it back" I went back they replaced my part with no problem....... I been dealing with this place since then......if you live in DC or somewhere close stop past....
