Predatory company who will tow you from right in front of your house while you have a maintenance van in your drive way, asking communities and community directors to NOT work with them. They only care about money and will not better the community.
They towed my car unjustly. I was parked in my own driveway way in front of a service van that I called. They don’t give you a reason for the tow and who called. Bad attitudes as well.
Illegal Towing Scam!
They illegally towed my car without proper notice, charged outrageous fees, and left me stranded. Avoid these crooks at all costs.
I already complained to Prince George’s County Government | Department of the Environment I hope they will take some action against them and I request everyone to complain about them to the department.
It says their open 24 hours but their not. Got my car towed around 930pm called them at 940pm they said I had to wait til after 8am the next morning, when they literally just took my car 10mins ago
To Me Its So Crazy That I move my car after I left there come home leave the car there i didnt move it at all right now that I move it all my oil came out and the bottom is so messed up i called but I got told that they didn’t do it money hungry but messing people car is crazy i understand they do there jobs but taking advantage & messing peoples car isnt correct get it together.
if i could give this place 0 stars i would. My grandma came over to visit and parked in the HANDICAP parking with her HANDICAP sticker in FULL display and this towing company towed her car. When asked why they towed her car they said it was because she didn’t have a visitor pass. i’ve been living at my apartment complex for a decade and never have i heard of needing a visitor pass as well as a handicap sticker to park in the handicap spot?? it just doesn’t make sense. I spoke to the apartment manager and they said that all you need to park in the handicap parking is a handicap sticker. This company will do and say anything to get your hard earned money. shame on them.
PLEASE CHECK THE LAWS. Maryland protects citizens against illegal towing. Verify that the proper steps were taken when towing your vehicle. You can request to have this reviewed by the state. I attempted to speak w/the owner via phone & email & they were very rude.
Towed my car even though I had a parking permit. When I called the woman who answered was extremely unhelpful and when I asked a question she hung up on me instead.
The woman that answers the phone ignorantly and pretends to be too busy to do her job but is probably watching her phone all day, is complete and utter trash. Unhelpful, rude, doesn’t know what she’s talking about and tries to avoid answering questions. She was visibly high and/or drunk when we arrived. She raised the price when we came to retrieve the car after I checked on the amount several times throughout the day. They wrongfully tow cars and have zero human compassion. They will no doubt have a complaint filed with the MD regulatory agency in the near future.
