Keep cancelling my order, zero customer service and inventory management system that doesn't work. Showed 15 in stock, made the order, order cancelled. Y'all deserve to go bankrupt and close more than 700 stores.
It was such a great experience. Steven was a great help on getting parts needed for my car. He knows so much on parts and just in cars in general and helped understand more for what I needed. I would tremendously recommend Steven. I will be looking foward to returning back.

Manager on duty or whoever Luis is had a poor judgement on a defective rotor situation case. Didn’t proceed with taking care of my situation and did not even bother to make a call or even pull it up transaction
Check your charges because in this place they charge you guarantees that you do not ask for and they tell you that because you are registered it is free but they charge you for it. It has never happened to me, I had heard of that and I realized that it is true in this place they do it
The store manager decided to go on a power trip and decided not to sell me a distributor under my corporate account. I’ve only used it here at this location for need based items, as I run a shop in Alexandria, VA but live in this area. Before I needed this distributor, I purchased a heater hose and a distributor o-ring which were sold to me under that account. And then told I couldn’t get the distributor..which makes no sense. I’ve called corporate and am looking to get this resolved.
To make this long story short I'm never coming back to this place the guy at the counter tried to sell me the wrong thing when I asked if they had cans on freeze on for my car's a/c he insisted that the one he was giving me it was the right one but I told him that that's not the right one because I purchased one and couldn't get a refund then he finally checked on the computer asked the details of my car make and model and goes oh yeah I don't have the one you need to which I replied and yet you tried to sell to me.
It's such a shame that they only care for selling and not helping.

There is 2 types on freeze on cans if you get the wrong one it won't work for your car make sure you check which one you need and no you don't need a mechanic to refill it.

Solid chain auto parts store. This one has a good selection of inventory. However, lots of stuff is in locked cases and they won't accept returns for those things.
Went here to get new windshield wipers, looked up the correct size and installed them for free. Excellent and fast service.

Selection okay, but absolutely lousy service. Lines tend to be long and every time I called to check on an order, I was put on hold for so long, I just gave up. When I was able to get through I was initially told the part I ordered had arrived. Then, when I went in a few days later to pick it up, they couldn't find it, and gave some story about how their supplier had cancelled the order. Then a half hour later, somehow it was found.
Our favorite Indian restaurant in the same shopping center closed recently, so now I have zero reasons to shop there
Worst experience ever! Do not shop here they do not provide any type of customer satisfaction. They made me go an hour away just to return an item they could’ve easily returned for me, and my car isn’t even running I had to get a ride. Blindly sales-driven and worry more about their own numbers than they do with trying to gain repeat business. Will not be shopping here. The girl who first told me to go back to Gaithersburg was not even in work apparel, nor was her mask over her mouth, she was wearing a random graphic hoodie and the “manager” Luis was not helpful either. Unprofessional and Unhelpful... After years of going here, never again.
9/19/20 1:45pm The worst service that I received I went to this place because I was in the area, I went to buy an oil for my car I arrived at the register and the 3 ladies on the cashier take for ever to attend the people they was on the phone doing jokes and playing with each other they don’t care about their job.
There was a line of almost 12 people all annoyed there was a man who insulted them and they also insulted them back, about 6 people threw their things and left. It took me 45 minutes to buy an oil seriously
I will never return to this place, if i could i would give them 0 stars this place is a joke.
If you Arent Hispanic i would recommend you to not go to this store i went their 10 minutes before they close and they locked the doors and didn't even acknowledge me at the door while they was helping 2 Hispanic males very unprofessional ... wouldnt recommend going to this location !
In 2020 it's unacceptable for your computer system to show parts as available to customers that are not currently in stock. I ordered a part online and drove almost an hour out of my way to get a specific part I needed. When I arrive they tell me not only is it NOT in stock but to get it rush ordered would be DOUBLE the cost i had already paid since they needed it shipped. Told them I drove an hour to get here I want it shipped to my local store, they told me to go to my local store and order it or order it online myself. Basically drove an hour for them to tell me to order it online myself. Thanks for nothing. I suggest calling to verify they have your part before even getting in your car. Employee was friendly, but I accomplished nothing by going there.
It's a joke every time I walk into this store. I'm always met with attitude, most likely due to the fact that I'm not Spanish. I had to set up the bench tester FOR them because no one in the store knew how to do something as simple as test an alternator off of the vehicle. If you're white and don't speak Spanish don't even bother stopping here.
