I wanted to replace the power steering control unit in my 2008 Toyota Prius. I called A1 and they were very helpful. They called me back to confirm that they had the part available and provided a price. I picked it up an hour later, installed it at home, and thanks to a YouTube tutorial, the installation went smoothly. I want to thank A1 for their fantastic customer service and highly recommend them for their business.
Very helpful and friendly staff. I had called ahead to verify they had my part and to get a price. So when I walked in it was a smooth and quick process. Definitely recommend for your used parts needs. Plenty of parking on the street.
Both salesman Caesar and Justin are worthless and WILL waste your time. Gave me nothing but excused after being late 2 days on delivery. As a body shop parts manager I am disgusted in their business practice and I hope their owner "Mr.Chin" (Only info salesman would give me) takes a hard look at his employees.
They will waste your time and sell your part from under you. 2 days on the phone and email to get pictures and ship the part, than you wait for the part and they say they sold to some walk in.. better look somewhere else for used parts
They had the right parts for a decent price. Not all parts and pieces are tested for quality assurance. Light fixture did not work but there is no replacement capabilities
I found what I needed and the price was amazing and Mr Chang was very nice and Ceaser was amazing as well and I will always use this company to get what I need for my car THANKS A1 AUTO PARTS
