This place is so unprofessional, let’s start off with the response they gave the review below me how disrespectful is that? First of all Why are you even putting someone else information out there, second of all how do you even know they don’t have comprehensive coverage some insurance reimburse you after you make the payments. These people think they smart but they really just money hungry because they come from hard living situations which I am very sorry for. But please don’t come to this place they LIE about everything, when you call and ask for information they give you a different answer then when you come in and get mad because you explain to them what they told you over the phone? Workers are not in on time, they clearly need better management! I feel sorry for whoever is running this business no wonder they are in the worst place of D.C because it suits them, they will never make it out of there.
If I could leave zero stars I would the most irresponsible folks! Worst customer service & to top it all off theythieves!! They told me they open at 9am they didn’t show up until 10am! On their website & on there receipt it said they take card but when I arrived they told me cash only, but on their website it doesn’t say that. They charged me $580 for picking my car up & taking it to there lot for only ONE NIGHT! They changed me for 2 days when my car had only been there for a night! Not even 24hrs, yet they ran up the bill & put unnecessary charges just so I can pay more. All those 5 star reviews are a lie! They’re irresponsible! Late & they are thieves! Please don’t let what happen to me happen to you!!
If shiesty was a company. Nardos Towing is one of them. Type of company to tow your car to their yard and run the storage fees up. Not out here to help, only out here to hinder and be another stress factor for you

Excellent customer service and communication. I provided the information needed to get my car towed. He came within 10 minutes and handled my car carefully. Reasonable prices as well!
