Labor is $165 an hour, which is ridiculous for an NTB. Guy at the desk is going to sell you a load of nonsense for the car that you don’t need, and before you leave, he’ll sell you a credit card where he promises some cash back that doesn’t exist. Stay away from this place.
The team was very knowledgeable and responsive, and provided context into each charge. When my tire popped, they were able to take me in immediately. Great customer service and quality of work.
Got a flat later at night while on the way out of town and this place was close. I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy of the staff and their willingness to do what needed to be done to get me back on the road, even though it was close to closing time! I appreciated them staying later to fix my car and get me on my way speedily!
I brought my Tacoma to get an alignment and Alex helped me out with the entire process. His knowledge about everything is impressive and it made the experience top notch!

Very professional and courteous service. Alex, Service Advisor/Manager was great. The only takeaway was that the tech who pulled my car out of the service bay didn't remove the plastic protective seat cover and paper floor mat / carpet protector. They also forgot to affix the sticker indicating my next oil change mileage and date. Minor things, but overall, great service
The service was provided in record time! I was impressed by the fact that there was no long wait time. I was also impressed by the very clean restroom! Alex is the best!!!
My experience at 9011 Annapolis Rd. Lanham Md was very Dissapointing and I will never return or recommended this location. The only good thing that comes out of that shop is the assisting manager Carlton, he's extremely welcoming and entertaining and I enjoyed my time there with him. The service workers on the other hand are very unprofessional and needs to be re-trained or dismissed. My car had been detailed a day before my service that included an oil change, tire rotation along with an alignment and wipers.I got there for my appointment at 9:45 that was scheduled for 10am, the alignment employee didn't show until after 12pm so i didn't get done until after 1pm. I went to get inside my vehicle when it was ready I had grease all over my vehicle exterior & interior and white salted shoe dust & prints on the side panel of my door by the Driver side, so I was very pissed with the lack of care that I received for my vehicle. The asst manager asked the person that did the oil change to get it cleaned up and he came back with a dirty oil rag to make matters worst but Carlton stopped him immediately to get something different, in which he asked Why? Carlton stated because it's an oil rag!" At this point I wanted nothing else to do with this location and was offered a discount for my frustration as an apology for the terrible service. When I left my car immediately started going off to the left extremely hard as the steering wheel was going on it's own towards the left, so now I'm really Hot & Irritated because it wasn't doing that before they did an alignment. I called Carlton when I got home and told him about this and there was No accountability for his workers actions!" Took it to another location that I normally go and showed them the print out of the alignment and they re-did that service and it was back to normal. Their alignment print out numbers was totally different from the Lanham location and I was told that the Lanham service center numbers were way off. Either their machine needs calibrated or they have an inexperienced person doing the work. I called the Lanham location today once I got home to inform them of what's needed to be done with their workers and the alignment machine and I got" Uhmmm Okay!" Way to go in the customer service department NTB Lanham Md. But never again" and they have the nerve to ask customers for a survey to help keep this location open" absolutely Not it needs to be closed or a whole new team of experience customer service employees that take pride in what they do and to keep their customers coming back Satisfied. Sn: and with all of that they didn't put my wheel lock in the service bag after they finished and had to look for it inside the service area. These ratings & reviews must be from a previous Team of workers because what I experienced is Definitely Not it!"
It's snowing and my wind shield wiper came off. I pulled over and happened to see this place. The guy was so helpful and friendly. Fixed it quickly with no charge.
Carlton Simpson & Alex are superstars ! They were extremely busy but still found time to take care of my needs. Stayed after hours to finish my service . Highly recommend this location .
Had a great experience. Came in with a nail in my tire, but unfortunately because I have an all wheel drive vehicle, I had to buy all 4 new tires. Carlton warned me that was likely the case when I walked in, and after reviewing the vehicle, his assumption was correct. Tires were too worn down to fix the nail. Good thing is his humor made the best of the situation.
Worked with Carlton & he was super helpful. I felt a pull on my car & he was attentive answered all my questions. Give me the proper steps to handle my maintenance needs. I appreciate having someone that talks to & not at me or down to me.
Our family vehicle broke down on the highway, and while it wasn't a service NTB was able to assist us with, the manager at this store is TOP NOTCH! He is just a really good human trying to help people where he can. I got amazing help from Alex today. I ended tired last minute and helped me get it sorted out in the exact time frame given. Told me what else needed work but didn’t pressure me to go beyond what I wanted to get done. Couldn’t ask for better help!

I went in for a busted tire and they weren’t able to get me in right away with no appointment. Alex had great costumer service. He recommended some services, which I’m glad he did because I was long overdue. As a women I feel safe to come here alone and not feel pressured or intimidated to get Services I really don’t need. I would recommend this location.
