These people are thieves they will rummage through your car and take what they want God forbid it takes time for you to come get your car because they will tell you it's been taken to the junkyard when I'm sure they've sold it I had a 2009 Nissan that was stolen for me police recovered and had it towed there naturally it took me time to come up with the money to get it call yesterday and found out it was jumped. J&J gave us a few good tows, then towed a 80k GVW $300k pump truck from the rear bumper, almost lost the truck on the tow (ripped 1/2 the bumper clean off the truck), did $10k + worth of damages, and refused to give us their insurance information until we payed a heavily inflated tow bill. Incompetence and totally unethical/disreputable operator.
Don't call these crooks. Took my car to the lot instead of the dealership to run up the storage bill after all tires were stolen. Then they turned around and stole the whole car to extort more money.
An unfair situation occurred where my truck was towed for alleged “violations” due to dead tags on my new car, which expired 05/2024 compared to the other two cars. I’ve been unable to update the tags because I’m dealing with a fraudulent issue with the dealership.
Meanwhile, on both sides of my car, there are not one but two vehicles with dead tags that have been sitting for months, covered in dust their tags expired 09/2022, and the other 04/2023 yet they haven’t been towed.
Let’s be very clear I had my parking sticker in the window and car is insured!!
Can someone explain why? I had to pay $275 y’all know these people with these cars ? They family or something ? and I have pictures for proof. Make it make sense !

The service was horrible parked at the seven eleven did not have the money for my purchase ran across to the bank came back car was gone , watched the footage from the seven eleven the tow truck driver came into the store to ask the clerk was the owner of the vehicle in the store , clerk responds that they ran to get money tow truck driver then hooks the car up and takes it not abiding by the seven Elevens 15 min parking grace period the car was picked up within 5 mins of parking it the the video was time stamped from the videos at the seven eleven BE AWARE !!! They are stealing cars for the money and not abiding by rules clearly posted it’s disgusting

Driving mom's car to the shop for repairs but it broke down before we could get there. Turns out she didn't have any roadside service. Called J&J and the truck was there in about 30 minutes. Driver was polite and the person in the phone was too. They made what could have been a very frustrating situation, a little easier. Thanks J&J.
I ran into my babysitters house to get my SICK kid. Came out shortly after to see my car towed. I called immediately- The signed states 250.00$ But when I called the man was extremely rude and stated it would be 280.00$… I rushed right to the lot to find they still weren’t even there with my car! I called and they stated they would be another 20-30 mins!!!!!!!! Unfortunately I waited a whole HOUR and still waiting with a sick child at 12:24 am. If I could give them zero stars I would!
They’re customer service was terrible! They were insulting, rude and disrespectful. The person that was there told us we were idiots for not mowing how this business works. He told us he has been doing this job for 16 years, and no one has ever been this stupid then we were. He told us he does when ever he wants, including texting while driving, and going triple digits when ever he feels like it. I would not recommend them unless you were LITERALLY dying and had NO other choice.
News places unbelievable with the customer service how they operate they operate they messed up my car I want to admit it I love minute I literally have to get an attorney involved Don't ever trust him with their car your car they chose my car with the brakes on dragging in I will be reporting them to a Better Business Bureau to the governor and Aint going after the license

The dispatcher was courteous and helpful. He got me taken care of quickly. He called back and kept me aware of when the driver would get there. The price was $40 cheaper than other tow companies. The driver was very helpful and knowledgeable about cars.
