I am very dissatisfied with this towing company (Uzoma Okoronkwo Towing) they were dispatched through my auto insurance company on December 19th at 4 pm. As I waited for their arrival between 4 pm and 6:15 . I received several ETA updates 45-75 minutes, 33-63 mins, 3-33 mins, and the last being 20 minutes. At 6 pm 120 minutes later I contacted another company that arrived in 20 minutes, a few moments later Okoro finally arrived approximately 150 minutes later. For 2 hours plus I waited for assistance in the freezing ? cold. Luckily I was in front of Walmart and safe from highway traffic, but what if I was stranded on the highway ?️ and forced to wait for this long. This company has to do better and be more reliable for the customers ( including insurance companies).And insurance companies must realize this is not acceptable for stranded motorists.
