These guys STOLE my car! I had to get a tow, they offered 300 for my 98 Camry. Said they would meet between 4-5pm and give us a call 45 minutes prior. Mind you, hours say they close at 5. So after around 5:19 with still no call I went to get the rest of the stuff out of my car, and my car was GONE! No phone call, un drivable car with a snapped axle, so it had to be towed. But it just wasn’t there. No answers, no phone call. Nothing g
Two weeks ago I got a quote over the phone for a used car that we were trying to get rid of. We made an appointment over the phone and send them all the details they asked for. Not only did they not show up or call once or twice but four times. We explained the situation to the lady over the phone but nothing was done. If they are not trying to do business or won’t come they should at least call and say something. Definitely not recommending this company to anybody.
I gotta into a car collusion about a week ago, long story short, my car was basically totaled loss I guess , so I end up calling this company to come and tow the the car for free. They offered me 300 dollars for my 2004 honda accord and no cost for towing !!! I agree to the deal , when the guy arrived at scene he was very rude with a bad attitude, He told me remove your tags , so handed me a screw driver like I was his helper I proceeded to remove my tags, after I had removed my tags , I asked him if there was possibility to take my belongings out the trunk !!! Very agrecive he told I have to go I don't have anymore time !! I WILL ADVISE ANYONE OUT THERE NOT TO DO BUSSINES WITH THIS COMPANY . Desafortunada mentioned no entre nosotros Los hispnos nos queremos que Mala compañia no agan negocio con ellos!! Si pudiera retroseder el tiempo les regreso sus 300 dolares y ustedes me regresan mi carro !! Practicamente me robaron todo lo que andava en el trunk!!!
