This was an amazing g experience! Andre and Like from Junk King checked in with me and were able to arrive an hour early. They had to remove furniture from two different places. They were organized, efficient, and professional. The entire loading of the furniture was handled quickly,. And the price Andre quoted me was significantly lower than anything else I had received. I had to clean out my son’s apartment in DC. I tried calling other junk removal companies. Either they didn’t answer their phone, or they quoted ridiculous rates. I had dealt with Junk King before in Chicago — all good experiences. They’re a professional national company, with good customer service. I wasn’t onsite, as I had already left town. They nevertheless did the job for a very reasonable rate and sent me a photo of the stuff in the truck. They are a responsible company, and only discard items that can’t be donated or recycled. I won’t waste my time in the future calling anyone else. Junk King is my go-to.

It's less than 300 while other companies are 500+ ... Meanwhile service is the same in all the places, except size of container changes. They do have the smallest out of all the choices, however the size is plenty for a whole house worth of stuff. And if you have more... Order another one it's still cheaper than getting other ones just 1 time.
Very capable courteous crew. Showed up 15 min early and they called 15 minutes ahead. They did an excellent job getting a couch through a narrow basement stairs. They were extremely careful not to touch the walls and made sure I was satisfied.

I highly recommend Junk King for dumpster rental. The folks I spoke to when I reserved the dumpster were knowledgeable and responsive. I initially ordered the dumpster to be delivered for a week from when I called but was able to reschedule with no hassle for an earlier date when our plans changed. The guy that delivered and picked up the dumpster was pleasant and showed us the features of the dumpster and how best to load it. The dumpster came with back doors that opened and allowed us to walk in and better place the trash. We were over weight by nearly half a ton and the excess few was very reasonable. I would most definitely use them again.

I had a last minute large junk removal job I needed taken care of ASAP. Junk King had next day availability and their pricing was ideal for the amount of work to clear the house. It would have taken me at least 10 trips to the dump and 2+ days to complete the work they did in less than 2 hours. Efficient and friendly crew!

I had a great experience with Junk King! They made themselves available when they weren’t initially able to in order to meet my scheduling need. They were also efficient. They followed directions well to get find my entrance and get what I needed removed. They were kind and professional. They took no time with the job. I will definitely use them again for my junk removal needs!
On time with delivery. I had one scheduling pick-up that cost me a little money and to top that off, one very unpleasant over-the-phone rep. I had multiple orders and spoke to 4 reps. 3 where very professional, the other one...yea not at all. The bins are a bit pricey. Junk King is not for large removals. Overall, 2 stars for the mishap and unpleasant phone rep

This company is great! I have used them twice now. Both times they were able to get a team and truck out to assist in less than 24 hours. Prices are reasonable and the entire team is friendly, helpful, and supportive. They take the time to ensure they won’t ding up your walls, scratch floors or stairs. Highly recommended.
I could have ran it to the dump with my husband but limited hours, stress, and likely bickering and fighting along the way. This was peaceful, easy, and well worth the price!!! Best - I didn’t fight or bicker with my husband! Nobody has time for that!
I just so happened to be driving down Route 3 in VA and saw the big Junk truck this morning. Called in the car and they had an appointment the same day. They showed up early and removed an outdoor daybed and an old grill from my backyard. The woman who booked the appointment for me was incredibly friendly and efficient. She gave me a quote that was exactly what the junk movers quoted me when they arrived. After they completed the job — which took about 15 minutes — they came to the door and offered me a discount. Very friendly, fast and efficient team. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone!
