Extremely fast service! Called ASJ Towing to get my car towed, and Tyson arrived in less than 10 minutes to the destination. Not only was he very professional from start to finish, but he was an overall nice guy. Definitely will recommend ASJ going forward.

I would highly recommend ASJ Automotive. Our car broke down on the way out of town and we were stuck on the side of Route 50. We are very grateful to Shawn for rescuing us and our dog. He made a special trip to get the tow truck that would accommodate the four of us. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely call Shawn for future needs.
I called them the day before i needed the owner stated that he was busy but he will make it work. I didnt know what to do cause everyone else was saying the same thing. I used this company twice. I had a flat tire after work. I did a simple Google search and discovered them. Gentleman came out and put the doughnut on within about 45 minutes of contacting them.
Fast forward, the doughnut went flat lol. Called them back. Gentleman came out towed my car to the tire place within 45 minutes of contacting them.

I called 5 other tow companies before calling ASJ. They were the only company to answer and I’m glad he did. I texted what I needed and responded immediately. I had to meet him at my car and he beat me there. The service was prompt and efficient. Shawn was so professional and friendly and I will definitely use him if the need ever arises again. Finally a Black owned business that did what they were supposed to do! So happy I could support this company.

I had clearly forgot on 7/29/2022 at 7am my street was being paved. I was in need of a Tow Truck ASAP. I reached out to ASJ Towing Company and they was able to assist me immediately. Thank you Jesus! Long story here but essentially I was stranded in DC for five hours! Called triple a around 5:30 PM and they said someone was coming to tow my car at 9:30 PM no one came, they said someone was coming at 11:00 PM and no one came. Ended leaving my car over night because I was tired from the heat, they said it’ll be to us by 12:00AM by the latest. My car never came. Called about seven different tow folks until my mom gave me the number to ASJ towing and he literally came in less than an hour! Very professional and nice, will definitely be using this service again! My car got to me in less than hour went it took triple a a half a day! Also, it was very affordable, thank you so much ASJ towing!!!

Spoke with Tyson, he was very nice and professional. He had me send information about where the car was and where it was going. The price was pretty reasonable considering he had to go to a neighboring state. Car drop off was also quick, I think it took less than an hour and he communicated the entire time. Overall 10/10 I would use his service again.

I've had the pleasure of using ASJ_Towing for the first time when my car stalled out on 270 north during rush hour. The tow company showed up within one hour and within less than 30 my car was towed away to the dealership to be checked out. The young man was very pleasant and professional his main concern was about my well-being. Once my car was hooked up and on its way, I asked him what the cost would be and he said don't worry Ms. Adams according to my assessment of your vehicle issues your insurance company will cover the cost, then he gave me suggestions on what to tell me insurance company. At that moment a weight was lifted off my shoulder. The ASJ tow truck driver was so calm and collected he made me feel less stress during a stressful situation.
This company is so unprofessional and ghetto. They made me waste two hours in the cold as they were busy watching the football game. The driver was allegedly within a 20 minute distance and never showed. After the second hour when I tried to reach the business, 6 phone call attempts were made and nobody answered nor did they bother to respond to any text messages. Do not use them as I was insulted when I mentioned reaching out to report them to my insurance
It's hard finding a good tow company but I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Professional, good pricing, and took care with my vehicle. If you're looking for a good tow company give them a try!

I called and spoke with Shawn last week to schedule a tow from one shop to another . After a quick pleasant conversation I gave him all the necessary info and he sent me a quote that was far less than what I was expecting. I sent him his required payment and was happy to Tip for his service . Monday morning came and by the time I remembered the job had to be done I got a message telling me the job was done. I needed help with a bad tire and a other issue i had Early in the morning. I was stressed, my family, tire centers...Nobody was answering the phone. But ASJ Towing did! They responded immediately and gave me multiple options of actions i can take. I felt soo much better and calm. Thanks Again!
