ASJ Towing saved me from being stuck out in DC stranded. Brought me over 40 miles back to drop my car off at my designated shop. Driver was respectful, chill, and just overall a very cool person to have helping me. Anything you need, this is the one to call!
This guy is official and really saved my life. My engine of this used car I bought seized up on me and I was left stranded until I seen Tyson’s sign. I called him and he had the best rates around compared to other tow truck drivers who are just trying to shake every dime out of your pockets. I’ll make sure to keep his info in my phone because overall he’s the best doing in the DMV all and all. This is my first and best experience with a tow truck service. Really helped me on a day I was down on my luck!!
Locked my keys in my car at 2am and was stranded in the middle of nowhere and they came swiftly and got me back in my car in under a minute with no damages to the door thank you! Came in the clutch!
Not that anyone wants their car towed but the experience with ASJ with nothing less than perfect. It was After midnight, the driver pulled up in less than 20 minutes and pulled my car out of the awkward position and towed within 30 minutes. The driver was extremely positive and polite although is was FREEZING outside.

I would highly recommend ASJ Automotive. Our car broke down on the way out of town and we were stuck on the side of Route 50. We are very grateful to Shawn for rescuing us and our dog. He made a special trip to get the tow truck that would accommodate the four of us. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely call Shawn for future needs.
I used this company twice. I had a flat tire after work. I did a simple Google search and discovered them. Gentleman came out and put the doughnut on within about 45 minutes of contacting them.
Fast forward, the doughnut went flat lol. Called them back. Gentleman came out towed my car to the tire place within 45 minutes of contacting them.

I called 5 other tow companies before calling ASJ. They were the only company to answer and I’m glad he did. I texted what I needed and responded immediately. I had to meet him at my car and he beat me there. The service was prompt and efficient. Shawn was so professional and friendly and I will definitely use him if the need ever arises again. Finally a Black owned business that did what they were supposed to do! So happy I could support this company.

Long story here but essentially I was stranded in DC for five hours! Called triple a around 5:30 PM and they said someone was coming to tow my car at 9:30 PM no one came, they said someone was coming at 11:00 PM and no one came. Ended leaving my car over night because I was tired from the heat, they said it’ll be to us by 12:00AM by the latest. My car never came. Called about seven different tow folks until my mom gave me the number to ASJ towing and he literally came in less than an hour! Very professional and nice, will definitely be using this service again! My car got to me in less than hour went it took triple a a half a day! Also, it was very affordable, thank you so much ASJ towing!!!
Spoke with Tyson, he was very nice and professional. He had me send information about where the car was and where it was going. The price was pretty reasonable considering he had to go to a neighboring state. Car drop off was also quick, I think it took less than an hour and he communicated the entire time. Overall 10/10 I would use his service again.

I've had the pleasure of using ASJ_Towing for the first time when my car stalled out on 270 north during rush hour. The tow company showed up within one hour and within less than 30 my car was towed away to the dealership to be checked out. The young man was very pleasant and professional his main concern was about my well-being. Once my car was hooked up and on its way, I asked him what the cost would be and he said don't worry Ms. Adams according to my assessment of your vehicle issues your insurance company will cover the cost, then he gave me suggestions on what to tell me insurance company. At that moment a weight was lifted off my shoulder. The ASJ tow truck driver was so calm and collected he made me feel less stress during a stressful situation.
I called and spoke with Shawn last week to schedule a tow from one shop to another . After a quick pleasant conversation I gave him all the necessary info and he sent me a quote that was far less than what I was expecting. I sent him his required payment and was happy to Tip for his service . Monday morning came and by the time I remembered the job had to be done I got a message telling me the job was done. As far as I’m concerned when it comes to towing any of mine or my family members vehicles , There’s only 1 way and that’s ASJ . Thanks Shawn
