The tow truck driver was so fast and efficient. It’s freezing cold so I was more than happy to see him. It’s rush hour but he got that car out of there without blocking residents. Amazing. Thank you Hannan Towing!
Amazing company they will beat all heavy tow truck prices. They give me a price of $1000 when my truck got stuck that beat all the competition CHD towing tried charging me $6,2000 for a 10 minute recovery which is criminal. Thank you Hannan Towing you guys saved me.

Hannan Towing provided my family with Excellent Service today! The dispatcher was incredibly professional, courteous, and had a friendly demeanor. The dispatcher kept me apprised both through phone calls and text messages as to when the flatbed tow vehicle would arrive. Hannan’s Towing professional personally contacted me to let me know that he was only Minutes away. He took great care and getting my vehicle safely Onto the flatbed tow truck and secured it properly, ensuring that he did not damage the undercarriage front in or its Wheels. He drove smoothly and cautiously as we are Recovering from a snow and ice storm. Upon arriving at the dealership, the driver showed the same extreme care and consideration for my vehicle as he lowered it off of the tow truck and made sure that it was damage free.Hannan’s Dispatcher then alerted me that my vehicle had arrived safe and sound, and the dealership confirmed that fact. I am greatly appreciative for all that they did during this unprecedented weather cycle in the Washington area and highly recommend them.
H & H towing is great company. The person that came to change my battery was so kind and nice and respectful too. I gave it a 4 star because I had to wait for about 3 hrs. Other than that, good company. I will recommend.
What a wonderful experience. My car wasn’t turning on and they came out within the hour to help me . They got my car started checked in to make sure I was okay and then followed up with me to ensure that everything was okay.. it was excellent service.

The driver arrived promptly. The company was communicative and kept be abreast on time of arrival. The driver was friendly attempted to give me a jumpstart in case it would have avoided towing. Once we confirm towing was needed. He moved quickly. I’d refer them to anyone. Great experience!
Such a good experience! I requested roadside assistance through my insurance and H&H accepted the request. Within a couple minutes of accepting the request, H&H called me to verify my information and the pick up and drop off locations. The tow truck driver showed up within the estimated time and called me to let me know he had arrived (I was not with the car). He also called me when he dropped my car off at my mechanic. And after everything was done, H&H called to check in with me about my experience. Overall, H&H was courteous, timely, responsive, and communicative.
Roberto absolutely rocked. He was responsive, timely, friendly, and professional. I lost the only set of keys to my car, and I felt reassured that everything would be handled in getting my locked-out car to where it needed to be. Roberto turned a very stressful day for me into a much better one! I highly recommend this service. He has multiple years of experience in this field, and you can tell by the way he handled the job so smoothly. While I hope I don’t lose my keys again, I will be coming back if I ever need another tow.

Outstanding Customer Service, communication was superb, when you need an emergency tow it is great to recieve consistent realtime updates. The Tow Driver treated my vehicle with care like he was towing a high end Rolls-Royce. As a Military Veteran it is great to experience such amazing Customer Service. Excellent service! Jim coordinated everything and made it super easy, and Omar was the driver who picked up my car. Both were professional, helpful, and easy to saves talk to. The tow was handled smoothly with no issues. I really appreciate the great customer service—would definitely use them again.
The technician was prompt, and knowledgable. He was able to take the tire off, I’d the issue, repair it and put the same tire back on my car, which saved me an incredible amount of time. From the time he arrived to completion was amazingly quick in 19 degree temperatures. Excellent job!!!
The estimated time of arrival for help was 1 hour but they came 30min faster. Great service. If you have car insurance some of their services are covered already.

The service was incredibly prompt—the tow truck arrived remarkably fast, which was a huge relief and highly appreciated. This quick response is definitely worth five stars. However, the experience with the driver was disappointing. He was unfriendly and unprofessional. There was no greeting, and he didn't engage in any conversation. When I asked if I could ride with him to the destination, his response was quite grouchy. I am deducting a star purely based on the driver's poor demeanor and lack of customer interaction. If the service speed was matched by a friendly attitude, this would easily be a 5-star review. Overall: Highly recommend for speed and reliability, but be prepared for minimal and perhaps grumpy interaction with the driver.
Excellent service!!! Ned and Shaq were great. My car was towed to a body shop after a car accident. They did an awesome job of keeping in contact with me from when they scheduled the tow to when they dropped off my car at the collision center for repairs. A different towing company did not show up on the day of my accident. So having courteous, reliable and timely service after that was a relief. I recommend Hannan for your towing needs.

The driver showed up in just 10 minutes, way earlier than the initial 45 minute estimate. Super friendly and professional. He loaded my Tesla with the flat tire really fast and made sure not to scratch any of the wheels. Unloaded it just as quick. Great service!
