Great service, needed a tow for my car that had got hit by someone. They called in advance and came within 25 minutes of that call. Took pictures and was put within 20 minutes as well. I went through insurance, but have used them in the past and never had problems.

Greetings, this company was so professional. The driver, Ray, arrived in a timely manner and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend using their service.
Excellent service, the technician arrived for assistance before ETA and demonstrated quick and perfect skills in changing the tire. This quick response to my flat tire helped me go where I was going faster.
Called Geico support and they said 45 minutes then canceled after an hour. Finally called 2 other services and they said they couldn't get anyone out but Hannan Towing said they could get to me in 15 minutes.
They were fast, professional and very pleasant. Hopefully I never have another flat tire but if I do I'm calling Hannan Towing. Great experience!

Mohammed was the incredible person who answered my initial call when my truck was dead and desperately needed a repair shop. He didn't just take down my information; he immediately sprang into action to help me solve my problem.
He went above and beyond by helping me locate a repair shop that would take my truck in. When the first one failed, he quickly offered another excellent suggestion. Because of his persistence and resourcefulness, I was able to secure a facility that could handle the repair, leading to my "happy ending."

I was initially sent a mechanic to assess my battery and alternator. I was told my alternator wasn’t the issue, but that my battery needed to be replaced. Got my battery replaced at a repair shop and they said my alternator did indeed need replacing. Instead of sending just a mechanic, they should send a tow truck as well, which I requested, in the event the issue was something that the mechanic couldn’t repair. I waited an hour for the mechanic to arrive and then another 30 minutes for the actual tow truck.
The customer service was fine, but the preparation and technical knowledge can be improved.
Great experience!!! I would rate more than 5 stars if I could. Driver was very helpful and patient with my low leveled garage and successfully delivered my car. Would definitely book again!
They were fantastic! They were quick and careful with my car. The one thing that stood out was the extra effort to place my car exactly where I needed them to in my driveway so that I didn’t have to push it up a hill and into the spot I needed it. This was a big deal to me and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The pricing also beat other towing companies that I have used in the past. I highly recommend them.

Do not have them tow your vehicle. They are scammers. Refused to put a car in a parking spot and called the customer to tell them we wanted them to put her vehicle in an illegal spot that would get towed. We told the driver it's the only open spot we had and he needs to turn the truck around so it won't get towed. He refused and called the customer and lied to them. The picture is the spot we asked him to drop it in. No red curb. No, no parking sign. Just a lazy tow truck driver. Then we call the office and the secretary answering the phones made up every excuse and lie in the book and then hung up on us. Very unprofessional.
This is the most reliable tow truck company I have ever used. I required towing services twice, and Roberto arrived both times within less than 10 minutes. I was able to ride with him to my destination and I was treated with kindness, patience, dignity and respect. I highly recommend this company. They exceeded my highest expectation.
