Disgusting area and store. The absolute worst customer service. Everyone behind that counter needs to be fired and I think it's about time the government cleans this area up. 4 hours later for a "ready in 30 mins" order. I call to cancel after waiting and waiting. After 30 mins of being on hold I finally get answered. They say in order to process my cancellation I'd have to speak with the manager, then he just hangs up. I call back 2 more times and for sure the same guy answers and mutes the phone each time. 08/23/2025 2:30 pm Fire everyone on schedule none of them deserve a job. Can't wait for this review to get scrubbed or the managers copy and paste response.

horrific store and CS. I placed an online order for pickup and went to the store with confirmation email after 4 days. They said they cleared out the counters and canceled my order right in front of me, saying its been 4 days when AAuto store policy clearly says 7 day hold for online orders. The lady behind the counter was indifferent towards customers.

Customer service could be a tiny bit friendlier, and the line was long, but it moved fairly fast. I received what I needed, so overall, I am happy.

Used to be my go to store but it isn’t the same anymore, you call and they always put you on hold, it’s just little entitled kids working there at this point.

There were a few issues that I noticed in the store. The customer service people speak in Spanish and English. They would prefer Spanish speaking only. I noticed the way I was treated when I approached the sales clerk. It was not warm and friendly like they treated the Spanish speaking customer. Just my observation .

My daughter's car battery died at school so I called, Advanced Auto Parts, spoke with Jose and he was able to pull the battery and have it ready when my daughter got there and replaced it for her. Great service

Jaime is super knowledgeable and professional. I was stranded in the strip mall where the shop is because my car wouldn’t start. Jaime and his team went out of his way to help answer all the questions I had until I could get AAA to come out and help me. I would definitely come back to this branch and do business with them because their customer service is top notch. The whole entire team was so professional but Jaime is a phenomenal supervisor and he deserves a huge shoutout!!! Thank you all for helping me today and for running tests on my vehicle so I know what to do in my situation. Five stars!!!!

When you come in all you hear is loud music, there was a young lady at the counter who didn’t acknowledge my presence, she didn’t call anyone to the front to assist me, I had to yell in the store Helloooooooo for anyone to come help me after three people saw me standing there and walked away. When the young lady finally came back to he front to help me she couldn’t find my order which was sitting in the front in plain sight. They laughed when the acting store manager read my name because he had to help her close me out. Overall worst experience I’ve had!!!

Thanks to this staff, I found my misplaced wallet. They reached out to my apartment complex to let me know that I left it there, which is above and beyond normal service. They didn't even touch my cash. Thank you for being outstanding!

By far one of the worst Advance Auto Parts I’ve ever gone too. Customer service is horrible, very unprofessional and rude employees. Went on a Thursday afternoon and there were 4 employees there, and a huge line of customers waiting to be helped. The employees were on their cellphones and goofing around while the line kept growing. 2 of the employees were cursing and being loud, ignoring the customers waiting. Someone in the line spoke up and asked to be helped and the employees all laughed and continued goofing around. After a couple minutes One of the guys that was in the back came to help out but honestly I don’t think this place should be operating with immature, rude, unprofessional people. These people don’t seem to care about the customers needs or even about the store. Why continue to hire them when all they do is give Advance Auto a bad name?!

FYI-- they do not change batteries for free. The technician charges a decent fee in addition to the price of the battery, which wasn't clear up front.

Clean store with great employees that know their stuff and got me everything i needed and got me back on my way. They have free battery testing & installation, free wiper blade installation, free alternator & starter testing, And free loaner tool sets so check them out

I believe it was Henry who helped me at the store when I went. I had major issues with my car and needed parts and assistance to fix it and Henry really saved the day. Good customer service all around despite him being busy helping other customers.

Do not patronize this location if you are white! I was first lied to about their return policy. if you buy an electronic item Mr Advance Auto Carlos S. will tell you to take it to the store it was purchased at that they cannot return it at their store. Secondly with the receipt present he will instruct you to do the same!!!Very arrogant. I have patronized stores in this area for 42 years and this is a place I highly suggest if you are white this is no place for you. also I was informed by a good friend of mine that Mr. Carlos has his hand in the cookie jar and as a deterent he takes the heat off himself so the company will think he is a model employee. That is why there are the restrictions on "HIS" policies. very anti white store
