I was strandedundecided, the road in Maryland. I call up Ted’s towing. They were able to come fast pick my car up and take it to the required mechanic shop so that I can get it fixed. Mohammad was extremely help from the 1st time we met him. He allowed us access n2 the lot even though it was 10 mins from closing, explained what I should do next, & patiently waited for us to clear out the totaled car almost an hour after access time. He is very friendly & extremely professional.
Jay and Pappy were exceptional easy to deal with. They were so full of good energy. What is usually a bad type of experience was quite pleasant. We were in and out in very quickly. I was so pleasantly surprised!!!
