Rude and super unhelpful. I left this store and drove up the road to other store where they were much more helpful and not complaining about someone coming “in late” when you have two hours left. If you don’t wanna work clock out and go home.

Get away from this place, people have an attitude of extreme laziness and don't want to help you. I wanted to test my battery before buying a new one. They told me to wait outside and I waited there and they never helped me. This store is frustrating full of lazy people.

The cashiers are less helpful with informing the customer to the Isle to find what they are looking for and even MORE sarcastic and rude when asked an question. I mean, it is your turn to be waited on and there is no one else behind you ... And the cashiers don't want to work ... Especially just answering a question. And it's not just one or two of them acting this way ... At four times I just throw my hands up in the air and walk out and head to an auto zone which is further away just to get accurate service plus with an smile .

The store close at 9:00 I was told if I got there by 8:55 I could get it it was 8:50 the doors locked and security say all computers are shut down that bullshit

extremely disrespectful staff i came to return a sparkplug gauge because i had forgotten one for a job and didnt need a second one after i had finished it so i came to return it and came to be met with a lady who didnt even welcome me went straight to saying “your returning this?” with a attitude and i proceeded to say yes and she speaks under her breath “really coming for $4” basically shaming me saying im broke? i find that extremely disturbing and disrespectful and she calls a manager over for a code to make the return im guessing and the manager goes with the same comment under her breath with the associate saying after her “thats what im saying $4??” under her breath but loud enough so i could hear i found this experience extremely disgusting and disrespectful this was on 3/20/25 around 12:35pm please train ur staff to respect customers no matter the circumstance horrible location.

I purchased a battery in June 2022 for my vehicle. After 2.5 years, it went bad, and I had to get my car jump started. Luckily, the battery came with a 3 year replacement warranty. I stopped by the store and let them know the battery was bad and needed a replacement. Although they weren't able to take my report from AAA (which indicated the battery health was at 3%) to get a replacement, they took it out of the car and ran a test. The test showed the battery was indeed defective, and they replaced it on the spot. Great customer service!

My experience with salesman, Cameron was helpful and great salesman. Cameron was committed in placing my batteries into my keys. He was devoted to ensure my batteries were replaced and working. Great experience of meeting Cameron.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the disrespectful treatment I received from one of your employees during my visit to your Auto Store Located at 6300 New Hampshire Ave, on November 25 at approximately 11:00 AM. While I was entering the store, I was in the First row and waited for 7 minutes. Another customer behind me waiting was given priority by one of your associates. I was trying to tell her I was the first to be served. She disregarded me and kept serving the other guy. I feel neglected and complained about their service as disrespectful. The guy who was served triggered and sent by your associate came against me, yelled at me and insulted me. He displayed a dismissive attitude and rude behavior against me. I called the store manager. While I was attempting to describe the issue to the Boss. She was normal at the beginning, But she tried to defend the associate interrupted me repeatedly, and spoke to me with a high tone The whole situation I encountered left me feeling neglected and frustrated, and I believe it is discriminating. I value the company and have had positive experiences shopping here for the last twenty years. However, this recent encounter has seriously impacted my perception of your company and has made me hesitant to return. I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly take appropriate action and train your associates properly on how to handle your customers.

I purchased a $280.00 Die Hard battery on 11/20/24. The next day the battery started smoking badly. I called back to this branch and the phone was answered by a rude female employee. I asked can they bring out a new battery for me since they deliver parts. She said no we don't do that and hung up. This is why I go to Autozone.

I needed a battery checked, they used a testing device that checked: starter, alternator and battery. Was able to help me find the right battery to buy and even helped me remove and install the new one. Amazing service from the staff. Thank you!!!!

Rosalina was the agent that was “helping” me. If a store opens at 9am, I’m assuming all services are open as well. I bought a headlight set, that one of your employees recommended, for my car. Come to find out it was the wrong set. The package was still not open. I came back to return it when they open , they told me to come back later with a nasty attitude. “Oh why are you coming here so early, already returning something, come back later when we got more people”. Excuse me? Don’t open the store if you guys are not going to be ready to provide service. I didn’t get the managers name since she was hiding her tag and also Rosalina was trying to hides hers. Terrible customer service.

Worst customer service on the planet. There are always several "employees" there, but they're typically not actually working. Just lollygagging and looking bored even if there's a line of customers waiting to purchase items. Save your time and just go to the Autozone right up the street. Night and day difference.

Awesome customer experience. Needed a battery changed on a Jeep compass and received great support. There are two batteries in these cars and the team members diagnosed the failing battery and did an efficient install. Thanks!

This store was an good efficient store before the COVID pandemic but now it gives the same service as other low bad inefficient stores, I placed an online pick up in store in “30 minutes ready “but a whole day passed and it was still in process and never received a confirmation email. I gave 1 star cause I did not have a choice but I would give them 0 stars. No more Advanced auto parts for me, advertising promises of service is just promises, I placed other home deliveries that have not received yet according to their 3 to 4 days delivery, more than 3 days and no updates in my orders.

I called in to verify if they had 2 parts in stock Rosy places me on "hold" then shouts out she has all these calls to see if they are on the shelf and it was too much for her. She places me on actual hold. Comes back and says what's the part number. I give it to her and before I could get to the 2nd part number I was already on hold. Really rude. If you are not happy with your job get another. I really like Advance but I already did half of your job. I would hate to stop going to Advance due to their rudeness.

It took a while but they found the part I needed. Employees seem to be sleepwalking but that's normal for auto part stores. But one employee was very helpful even though he had already clocked out for the day! Overall good experience.

Bad customer service, not friendly at all especially the security guard. Upon my arrival almost at closing time, security guard was on a power trip, telling me where to park and told the clerk (Bryan)to not render any service. The parking lot is not well lit, the parking space markings are also barely visible, paint has faded. I was the only vehicle in the middle of the lot. Security guard refused to give me his name.

Went in today for a battery the service sucked. It was staffed with older women everyone seemed not so friendly or helpful. There was a gentleman by the name of Derek that was on the other hand very helpful. He provided great customer service.

I had a good experience thanks to Joshua and Denz (may have been Benz). They helped me with getting a new battery , explained the warranty options and installed it quickly. Both these guys deserve a raise from their professional and efficient work! Good job guys

I needed to replace a battery. I went into the store and there were no employees so looked for a battery myself. Security guard was messing around with the staff in the back room and started yelling at me that I was in the wrong part of the store. Seems like from the other posts the security guard is not friendly to customers. I went to AutoZone down the street - much better experience!

I came in with a dead battery to get a new one installed. Bryan D was super helpful, not only did he install the new battery quickly but went out of his way to look up the warranty on my old battery. It saved me a lot of money and I honestly wouldn't have thought to ask. Much appreciated!

Customer service was great. Walked in and was greeted by security. Walked around the store and an associate who was stocking the shelves stopped to assist me without me asking. We were in and out within 15 minutes. Great experience, I'll definitely shop there again!

Store needs more knowledgeable help and know when to cut the transaction, waited 30 minutes and was #4 in line. Employees were very nice. Customers trying to get stuff for free holding up the line. Some regular customers cutting the line as well and being taken care of ahead of us.

Needed wipers. Put my car info in and got a list, with part numbers, to choose from. Easy shopping experience and they installed it for me.
