Today Saturday July 5th 2025 time 11:55am. Called several times someone picked up the call and disconnected more than twice 5-6 times called put me hold without even say hi could you please hold- just held me on hold what a rude company why even still exist in the market terrible customer service unprofessional not a business oriented company
Just left this address and I was informed by a Tesla employee that the junk yard has been gone for 2 year and google will not take the listing down. Nothing here now but collision centers and Tesla unfortunately
I got there right as the parts guy was leaving for lunch. But he went and got my parts before taking his lunch break. Saving me a long wait. There is also Junkyard Ed he was extra helpful in finding the right parts for me a novice regarding car parts.
I highly recommend Junkyard Ed and his crew of friendly, helpful employees.
I called Rockville Autopart’s for a lower control arm on my Volvo S60 they where able to get me the part in less than an hour and to my surprise the part was in good condition. I also asked if they can save the bolts and they sure did . The people are friendly at the counter and the prices are very reasonable I highly recommend.
These people are so rude I called for help asking for a Kia Engine the 2nd time and a guy picked up the phone and Blasted music on the phone like unbelievable these people. How they make money who knows if they don’t wanna help customers. They obviously don’t wanna help me that’s fine
I recently needed a part for my car that wasn't available new. One of the staff members (can't remember his name) went out of his way to find it for me, since they didn't have it there, then shipped directly to me. I will use this business for any future automotive parts purchases. Thank you
I am not typically a salvage parts buyer but Rockville Auto had the parts I needed at a very reasonable rate. They pulled the parts out for me and helped load them into my car. Excellent service.
Anytime I have needed assistance purchasing a used part I have always been able to get the help needed even if I didn’t know the name of the part they are so friendly and give best prices and their location is convenient. I will continue to use them. I even referred my eldest son go to get parts for his first used car.

I’ve been dealing with these guys for about 13 years, they have always helped me out by providing what I needed at a reasonable price. If I ever had an issue they did what they could to make it right. No complaints here.
Was in dire need of a tire and rim today and not tomorrow. Was given the run around by ANOTHER salvage yard in Brandywine but here, they had exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price and helped me to complete my order elsewhere very close as well. Was in the middle of asking a question and was hung up on. They didn't have the part and before I could say "Do you have any idea who might have it" I got "Click"
Also the actual "live person" call was less then a minute, I was on hold longer then that, lol

The tall guy Mike behind the counter is very funny guy. He wasn't able to find the parts I needed at their junk yard. But went out of his way calling several other junk yards until he found what I needed. Didn't even buy anything there and he help me. Will be back next time I need a used part for my truck.
I've dealt with RUAP on and off for many years and they are a great recycler to get parts from. The staff is almost all excellent - just try to avoid the lady who will mess up your order then deny responsibility, I think her name is Gloria. All of my dealings with others there have been superb.
They told me I would receive a check for $100 which included them towing my car from a nearby autoshop to their junkyard. After waiting for more than a week without receiving the check I find out that they mailed it to the wrong address which is one I used to live in like 3 years ago, they won't take responsibility for it and keep bringing up excuses to not send me a new one for the same amount and that if they have to do so that I would only get $65 on the new check. Then when I spoke to the supervisor he wasn't very helpfull either after I was being patient with him, it has been about 3 weeks since then and they keep telling me to wait. The supervisor was rude and hung up the call on me. On Friday I will know what ends up happening once their accountant shows up. Horrible experience I don't recommend doing business with these people
The service was very strange. The receptionist (Gloria) was awful. She would curse, yell and make remarks about illegal substances. Very full of herself. Made it seem like it was a big deal trying to explain what we needed. But the other workers there were helpful and got us the part. Good place to buy parts but just watch out for the receptionist.
