First of all, they were here in less than an hour. The person who did the service was great, he was quick. He did an excellent job and I appreciate him making it so easy for me.
Morton’s Towing and Recovery is Awesome. Me TJ called from Eureka Van & Storage to ask for their assistance to get my truck out of the middle of the 270 6 a northbound ramp. They were there in 20 minutes to help. Driver of my truck and passenger were Ladies and they said Driver was very professional. Driver discovered there was no fuel and provided 5 gallons got truck running and followed to fueling station. Excellent Service Morton’s Team
The first time in my life, my car ran out of fuel on the second level of the mall garage parking in the middle of a travel lane. No towing service would come out to get help. Morton’s once contacted, Were there in 30 minutes, stayed with my vehicle until the support truck showed up and subsequently dolly my vehicle, which would not go into neutral out of the garage and to the dealership, I was very impressed with their performance and their professionalism.
Very nice and professional service. From first phone call and then the driver! I hope I never need to call them again but if I’m in another bind with a broken down vehicle… this would be my first call!! Great Experience.
They were able to tow our car to the mechanic, same night. Was about a 90 min wait and the driver was efficient and professional. Cost about $170 bucks all told (it was luckily a short tow). Highly recommend them!!

In October 2024, my classic vehicle's engine wouldn't fire up. I contacted Morton's Towing for service. I had used them in June 2024 and I was extremely satisfied with their service. I called them around 7:30am to make arrangements for tow around lunchtime. I had several meetings so they said that they could accommodate my requested time. I find their team to be professional, courteous, and highly skilled. They are compassionate about their customers. I highly recommend.

Battery died last night, thecar wouldn’t start around midnight, they answered the phone and were at my location within 20 minutes! Way better than calling triple A. We didn’t have to wait long in the cold, and easy quick fix! A little pricey, but would still highly recommend!!

The driver Ronnie was very nice and worked quickly to get my large trucked hooked up. Office personnel were nice and had good communication with me. I would call them if I ever need to be towed again.
My brother was stuck at 1 in the morning with a flat tire out of state (we are in Vermont) I called and they had someone there within 15 minutes to help. Ended up having to call in a second driver well, because they could not get the tire off, they offered to tow him to a tire shop to get everything fixed. All super nice and understanding. And reasonably priced.

He was so incredibly nice and knew exactly what was going on. He even knew where to take it. He made me feel like I did not need to worry about one thing. He is perfection. KATIE, the woman who organized everything was sensational. She got me Josh quickly. She had a great knowledge of the area and she was clear and quick on the phone. After hanging up with Katie I knew everything was going to be fine. I will never go anyplace else. Morton’s is the gold standard.
I needed to have a heavy generator lifted onto a trailer for transport and had been recommended to Morton's by an equipment rental company in the area. I was able to speak with Katie, a courteous professional who promptly scheduled me for a time the following week and quoted me a reasonable price. When the time came to load up the unit, though they arrived on time to load she called and let me know that there would be a slightly higher amount charged due to the difficult-to-reach location of the generator, which I approved. The generator was loaded as planned and I received pictures of it on the trailer, ready to ship. They were great to work with, priced reasonably, communicative, problem solving (figuring out how to reach the generator) and when it was all over I was sent an email with a link to pay the invoice online instantly. Couldn't have been easier. I highly recommend Morton's!!

I was stuck in woods with my work truck and called the roadside assistance for the truck and when they finally showed they said they couldn't help me. They gave me the number Morton's and when I called they young lady in the office was very pleasent and she said that they could help me. She sent out the proper size vehicle to get me unstuck. The tow truck driver was very pleasant and said that he would be able to get me out without any problem. He only needed about 10 minutes to completely get me unstuck. I will definitely use them again. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and reassuring.

Literally the easiest experience ever. I called them and 2 wonderful ladies help me out immediately and had my toolbox on the back of a truck within an hour and to my new shop. If I could give it 10 stars, I would thank you guys so much, you know who you are.
Great tow company, but, first of all, I’m Deaf and I couldn’t do any calls through sound. So, the company has amazing communication in texts. I’m blessed to able to communicate with them and they delivered so fast compared to other tow companies! Amazing Morton’s Towing Company!
Morton’s is by far the best tow on the road. They were quick to arrive and load my truck. The driver was very knowledgeable and gentle with my truck and double checked to make sure everything was secure before we drove off. The driver was very sociable and we held a conversation the entire way to the destination. The dispatch was incredible with their updates on when the tow truck would arrive and they were spot on. 10/10 will recommend over any other company!!
