Outstanding customer service! Towed my car from DC to Frederick - all coordinated in one phone call! I received an estimate via email, updates via text during transit and pick-up was right on schedule! Even paid my final quote online. Everything was simple, no complaints!
Very good job only thing though was when it came to track to where my truck was that was going to do my tow, the app given to me for the tracking was not working other then that fantastic people, company I very much with now doubt in my mind will do business with this company for as long as they will be around…we/I appreciate this team… thank you from my self and my team REMAC
The driver Ronnie was very nice and worked quickly to get my large trucked hooked up. Office personnel were nice and had good communication with me. I would call them if I ever need to be towed again.

My brother was stuck at 1 in the morning with a flat tire out of state (we are in Vermont) I called and they had someone there within 15 minutes to help. Ended up having to call in a second driver well, because they could not get the tire off, they offered to tow him to a tire shop to get everything fixed. All super nice and understanding. And reasonably priced.

Mortons is the ABSOLUTE BEST. Friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, capable and super quick. JOSHUA is amazing. He got my car running and towed so quickly. He was so incredibly nice and knew exactly what was going on. He even knew where to take it. He made me feel like I did not need to worry about one thing. He is perfection. KATIE, the woman who organized everything was sensational. She got me Josh quickly. She had a great knowledge of the area and she was clear and quick on the phone. After hanging up with Katie I knew everything was going to be fine. I will never go anyplace else. Morton’s is the gold standard.
I needed to have a heavy generator lifted onto a trailer for transport and had been recommended to Morton's by an equipment rental company in the area. I was able to speak with Katie, a courteous professional who promptly scheduled me for a time the following week and quoted me a reasonable price. When the time came to load up the unit, though they arrived on time to load she called and let me know that there would be a slightly higher amount charged due to the difficult-to-reach location of the generator, which I approved. The generator was loaded as planned and I received pictures of it on the trailer, ready to ship. They were great to work with, priced reasonably, communicative, problem solving (figuring out how to reach the generator) and when it was all over I was sent an email with a link to pay the invoice online instantly. Couldn't have been easier. I highly recommend Morton's!!
If you have an exotic, classic or just personally valuable vehicle that you need transported for any reason, Morton's enclosed transport is the ONLY way to go. The enclosed transporter (as well as their other units) is top notch and Jason - the operator of the enclosed transporter - is simply excellent at what he does.

I called Morton's after my wheel came off while driving. The dispatcher was great and helped me figure out what to do. The driver was professional and handled everything while I waited in the cab. I highly recommend.
Josh arrived on time, check the car’d problems for solutions and carefully put it on the flatbed for towing to FitzMall. While there he discussed probable issues with the service team while we closed out the service ticket. He has a great personality and I enjoyed the time spent with him. He’s a one of a kind, a treasure!

I was stuck in woods with my work truck and called the roadside assistance for the truck and when they finally showed they said they couldn't help me. They gave me the number Morton's and when I called they young lady in the office was very pleasent and she said that they could help me. She sent out the proper size vehicle to get me unstuck. The tow truck driver was very pleasant and said that he would be able to get me out without any problem. He only needed about 10 minutes to completely get me unstuck. I will definitely use them again. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and reassuring.
Excellent in every way. Dispatch was friendly and helpful. I was able to track arrival time of tow truck, which arrived less than 20 minutes after I called. The driver (Thank you, Joshua!) was very friendly and professional -- he took perfect care of our car, gave me a lot of great advice on its condition and my repair options, and generally diffused a stressful situation with humor and expertise.
My driver Jason was able to get the judge out the garage into to the covered flatbed with no issues, even around the disabled truck that was in the way.

Had a flat tire on my bike this morning. Progressive took forever finding a towing service and majority of others that I called didn’t pick up. I called Morton’s and Joshua showed up in under 15 minutes. He was very professional and courteous. Joshua went out of his way to find a shop for me for repair which turn out to be very nice as well. I hope I will never need to use them again but if I do and if you do as well, definitely give them a call first.

I have never seen a quicker service to get to the site where my car was then they use people. What a wonderful wonderful company they are. They’re all over the area and they came within 50 minutes. I love the tow truck driver. I wish I could remember his name, but he is just so awesome as well. He really got my car out of a jam. I would recommend these people and I already have them in my favorites in case I need them again hopefully not.

Literally the easiest experience ever. I called them and 2 wonderful ladies help me out immediately and had my toolbox on the back of a truck within an hour and to my new shop. If I could give it 10 stars, I would thank you guys so much, you know who you are.
Great tow company, but, first of all, I’m Deaf and I couldn’t do any calls through sound. So, the company has amazing communication in texts. I’m blessed to able to communicate with them and they delivered so fast compared to other tow companies! Amazing Morton’s Towing Company!

Morton’s is by far the best tow on the road. They were quick to arrive and load my truck. The driver was very knowledgeable and gentle with my truck and double checked to make sure everything was secure before we drove off. The driver was very sociable and we held a conversation the entire way to the destination. The dispatch was incredible with their updates on when the tow truck would arrive and they were spot on. 10/10 will recommend over any other company!!
