Absolutely wonderful guys! I called about eight different towing companies and none of them could help me (my car was in a narrow parking garage with a low clearance height). These guys were the only ones that figured out a way to make it work without leaving me stranded! They were super nice and friendly, and I could not be more satisfied with how they took the time to figure out a way to help instead of turning me away like every other company did!

This was my first experience with an impound lot, picking up a car that was completely out of gas and wasn't mine. My wife was able to reach someone on the phone who explained the process and went through everything we needed to pick up the car. We arrived very close to closing time and the gentleman working was so patient! He even assisted in getting the gas into the car. Who knew those little red cans were so complicated. We were also pleasantly surprised at how low the cost was. Highly recommend this service!
I'm so happy I found Guzman Towing. Usually when you go with the most economical option, you get what you pay for. But Guzman has both reasonable prices and exceptional service. Kevin was so helpful on the phone, and Jason, who came to pick up the vehicle, was professional, courteous, and took care of everything for me. AAA sent a Guzman truck after a previous tow company abandoned me with my car. Since the issue revolved around a detached shifter cable, my car couldn't be put in neutral. Guzman Tow are awesome. I've had the pleasure of meeting Pop and 2 sons as well as a couple other employees. These guys are professional, comforting and ease the stress of having to be towed. I thank God for the Guzmans. You guys again are awesome
they are VERY fast at reaching you and getting you from point A to point B. They’re also pretty cool people unlike most of these tow companies that will look at you dumb and just be insanely rude. Also if you got a problem like getting your keys stuck in the truck, they will get your keys even if it takes them 2 hours. Therefore my point being, you now have a VERY valid reason on why you should call them for anything instead of another company.

When you have to call a towing company or your car gets towed you end up having rude employees who do not care regarding your vehicle. Not Guzman Towing Inc. They are the kindest and most efficient towing company. I have never come across people and a great towing company such as them in this type of business. They allowed me to feel at ease, comfortable, and gave me assurance with my car and the services I was being provided. I highly recommend calling them for anytime you need towing or off road services, they are the best in the area.

Guzman Towing is the best! I couldn’t unlock my doors and I wasn’t sure whether it was because my car battery died or if it was my key fob not working. They arrived within 5 minutes of making the call. They solved the issue in a matter of 10minutes, they were able to unlock my doors and give me a jump start. The driver was very polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend using them.

We have a one lane driveway. He moved the working car out, backed the wrecked car in, and then put the working car back in front of the broken car so we can use it. That saved us a lot of time and effort. We truly appreciate his kindness and expertise.
I called Guzman towing requesting a tow truck because my brakes in my vehicle gave out, I was told by Mr. Kevin Guzman, that even though they were busy at that time, he would try to find someone to come and take my car. Within 30 minutes of calling Guzman Towing, the tow truck arrived and was able to take my vehicle. The driver of the tow truck was very helpful and friendly and showed a great attitude. Our car was unfortunately towed without warning by the county, and we were forced to unexpectedly pay the car to get it out of the impound, and knew we needed to pay tow fees due to expired registration.
I have had bad experiences with tow trucks in the past- long wait times, uncommunicative drivers, but that was not the case with Guzman Towing.
I saw they were local had 24 hour service so I called and got a quick response! they knew where my car was taken to and coordinated a time so that neither of us were waiting too long.
There was an inconvenience that happened that morning, and they were very patient and friendly!
This all happened in less than 24 hours!

I’m currently reside in Pittsburgh and needed my Mercedes Benz CLS 63 towed to mechanic for repair. They made my life easy and did their job. Everything was done by phone without me being present in MD. Thanks again.
We were unfortunately forced to utilize Guzman towing through the insurance company of an at fault driver just a day or so after an accident when the driver was injured. We were encountered by an incompetent, lazy and incapable tow truck driver (Overweight white male with unkempt shoulder length hair). The driver refused to accommodate the injured driver who was recovering and on bed rest by refusing to enter in an open garage area to remove the vehicle. He told the injured driver he would not tow the vehicle. After much resistance and discomfort the injured driver had to drive the vehicle out of the garage to accommodate. On the returning tow from the body shop whom provided the estimate the same tow truck driver refused to drop the vehicle inside the garage after lying and saying he was in front of our building waiting( We were outside already and the driver was nowhere in sight.). The owner of Guzman towing then called us with what we thought would be to develop a solution. He was un professional rude and refused to drop the vehicle and took it back to the body shop. The next day Guzman Towing after being urged by the insurance company of the at fault drive to retrieve the vehicle and bring it to us. The driver upon return never got out the car and rudely yelled the keys are in the car while stuffing his face with chips. I would strongly discourage anyone from utilizing this tow company even if it is the result of an insurance claim. USE ANOTHER TOW COMPANY!!!

Kevin and Tony help me with a complex move quite quickly, making my life easy, and handling it professionally. Never mind the fact that they seem to be pretty fun guys, and I enjoyed chatting with them as they dropped it off. If you're looking for a professional, family run, reliable tow service in the DC area, I recommend giving these guys a shout.
We just had absolutely amazing experience with Julio and Kevin from Guzman Towing! A relative's car broke down on a major street and could not be moved. We called several tow services but when I spoke with Julio he was very nice and transparent about their towing services. They beat everyone's quotes and showed up promptly. Kevin even asked if we would like to wait in his truck for our safety and comfort as he prepared the car for towing. Everything went smooth and they towed the car exactly where I asked them to. They take cash and credit so no worries. If you need towing service in Montgomery County this family operated business is the absolute best in the area.
