Grace was the tow company that came through our roadside assistance service. The driver and service was outstanding. He first tried a few things to see if he could get the car turned running, but when that didn't work did a great job getting it loaded. The driver (sorry didn't catch his name) was very nice and professional. Next time we need a tow, I'll be asking for them by name.
I called Grace Towing and Recovery because I needed a tow because my car wouldn't start. I couldn't tell if the issue was a dead battery, alternator, or starter since my car had been running smoothly just 15 minutes earlier with no sign of issues. I attempted a couple jumps but to no success.
Rigo, my tow driver (who's also a knowledgeable mechanic) called me shortly after I set up a tow and immediately diagnosed the issue as a dead battery after I gave him the rindown. He showed up a little while later, and with his tow truck with a dual battery setup, was able to give my dead battery enough of a charge to get it started in only a few minutes, saving the hassle of needing it towed to a mechanic shop.
Since the issue was only a dead battery, I was able to replace it and get back on the road the next day at the minimal cost of a new battery. Thanks to Rigo's mechanic knowledge and honesty, he rightfully recommended that I forgo taking it to a shop, and because of that, I saved hundreds of dollars on unnecessary diagnosis and work.

I got a flat tire on June 23rd and parked my car in my driveway until my new tires arrived on the 27th. My insurance company sent a towing driver from this company to pick up my car and take it to the shop. I sent photos of the flat tire to the shop showing no scratches, and the car had not been moved. Unfortunately, the driver scratched both of my rear wheel hubs, which I only noticed after he left.
After submitting all the evidence, which was a long and difficult process, the driver called me yesterday, claiming he didn’t scratch my car and accusing me of trying to steal his money. He even threatened to take me to court. This is both illegal and verbal harassment. To make matters worse, their damage claim company denied my claim, allowing the driver to get away with the damage. Now, I have to spend $610 to fix my wheels and another $300 to rent a car. The company is protecting their employee’s misconduct, knowing I wouldn’t hire a lawyer, which would cost more than the $610 I’m trying to recover.
The towing driver was intimidating, and as a woman, I fear pursuing my money further. This company is clearly unethical. It is highly unprofessional and inappropriate for him to contact me privately and make such threats. If he contacts me again with similar threats, I will not hesitate to involve the police and pursue legal action if necessary.

Late and rude.
They originally estimated to come in 90 mins, but one guy showed up only after 2.5 hours. I have a tire that was completely flat. The guy saw it, but still drove my car (on the flat tire) towards the towing truck. When I asked whether this is going to damage the wheel and do you have a doodle or something to lift it up while moving, the guy drove my car back to its original position, threw the car key at me, and left.
Grace Towing, are you serious? 2.5 hours to arrive when my location is 15 mins away - this is a joke to me for a roadside assistant service. Driving on a flat tire - why do you think I need towing? Throwing at the customer and leaving - I hope your potential customers know how they will be treated.
My suggestion is to stay away.

Yesterday the alternator on my car blew. the first place it was towed to was not able to do the repairs. Insurance arranged for it to be towed to another service location. That’s when Bob called me. He called the first location to find out if I owed them money (I didn’t), he then recommended a place that would better serve me and called them to be sure they could do the work. They can. Now he just called to tell me he had dropped my car off safe and sound. Bob went way above and beyond! I’m so impressed and grateful! I will recommend Grace Towing, again and again. Thank you Bob!!

Had gotten fast and efficient service. The company provides great hospitality and communication, compared to other towing companies I have dealt with in the past. Rigo was phenomenal! He was really patient and explained everything he was doing. They are specialists in large trucks, they disconnected the transmission to be able to pull the truck, I hired other tow trucks in the past and they did not disconnect the transmission. Thank you! Mike was an EXCELLENT tow truck driver! The place we originally were supposed to was closed, and he brought the car to my house without a fuss or a problem. Amazing Service. Had car towed driver was prompt, on time, professional. Driver even gave me a call to let me know he was 10 mins out so I could be ready for him which was a nice touch. Got me quicky from where I had my flat tire to the shop very quickly and safely. Def recommend giving them a call if you need a tow. Will be using there services again in the future if I need a tow.
Grace was contacted by my insurance company's first towing service decided that they could not come to tow me as it was out of their range (this was over 2 hrs after they said they would take the job). Grace contacted me and provided the towtruck driver's contact number-which I called to confirm where my car was. My driver "Dave" was awesome!!! Dave was friendly, listened to me, and worked with me on the towing instructions!!

A few nights ago I had a screw in my tire and I was in a tight parking spot. The driver was very nice he called to give me a notice that he was five minutes out. He gave me good advice on weather or not the spare could be repaired. He went the extra mile and topped off my spare once he saw it was low. Very pleased they were who my insurance sent.
My Hyundai broke down yesterday, 6/8/21 at Carmax in Gaithersburg and Grace Towing & Recovery came out through my insurance provider. Anthony was the driver and I have nothing but good things to say about him. My man was super quick to arrive there, to hook up the car and drop it off at my mechanics. Super courteous and nice. I feel bad because I didn’t have a single bill in my wallet at the time to tip him but he is very deserving and I would definitely want use him again next time. Good looking out after me brother.
Called grace towing for a tow I initially was gettin the car towed to one place but has to switch the drop off location 2 or 3 times before the car was picked up. Each time I called the staff was very patience and respectful. I have never dealt with a tow trucking staff that was more respectful. After getting the tow the driver was early and efficient with getting the car. The price was cheaper than expected and I will definitely recommend this company!!!

Grace towing and recovery provide exceptional service. I was stranded on the coldest day of the year. So I called to confirm the ETA. I explained my situation of being cold and alone. The dispatcher showed empathy and ensured they would do their best to get to me as quickly as possible. They did exactly that and showed up prior to the scheduled ETA. The Driver Mike was professional and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this towing company.
This is the first public review I've ever written for any business...that should tell you how good they are. After being let down by two very unprofessional tow companies, Grace Towing Company saved my day. They had amazing communication skills, were courteous and clearly cared about my well-being as a person. From the lovely woman that answered my call, to Matthew my tow Angel, who communicated with me his whereabouts and even waited when the impound lot that had my car refused to unlock the gate. He even offered to be a witness for me so I wouldn't have to pay extra fees because the lot was at fault...it is honestly so refreshing to deal with real people who care about you. After he patiently waited for my car to be released he sent me a courtesy text to let me know that my car was dropped off safely. If you have any questions about hiring this company, DO NOT HESITATE. Wow. Not enough nice things to say about these folks! They rescued me from a nightmarish experience with another towing company assigned to me by my insurance company.
Michael was quick, professional, kind, and efficient. When he called saying he was close by, I indicated I had gone to a nearby coffee shop due to the extreme heat (and I had a baby with me). He said it was no problem (unlike the other company) and by the time I arrived about 10 minutes later (as I had to put the baby in the car and drive back), he had my car up on the truck and ready to go. No fuss, no nastiness, just professionalism and kindness. He drove my car to the repair shop and what had started as a horrible day fighting with another company ended very pleasantly due to the humanness and professionalism of this company.

We had a great experience with this company last week when we broke down on 270. After calling their office we only had to wait about 25 minutes for the truck to arrive. We were off the road in 5 minutes and at our mechanic shortly afterward. Super polite and knowledgeable, we definitely recommend Grace towing to our friends and family.
