The customer service manager and the employee are not helpful at the job site and they stop working with you then they leave you with an other employee who is not helpful either to attend her bodies. I left the store very disappointed because what I experienced is not what a customer expected from any employee at that store.

The cashier was very calm, professional, friendly, and was able to help me with the few items. The young male was a fast typist signing me up for the rewards program and asked was there anything else needed there. I miss the kind of professional service. Awesome and outstanding service.

I’m writing this review because the owner of this establishment had my previous review taken down, There is an associate named Victor who is rude to literally anybody that walks in. I came into buy a filter and oil and I overheard him being rude to 3 or more customers while I was there. I paid no mind to it but when it was my turn to pay he started being rude to me too. I triggered him and told him what he needed to be told to get humbled and he almost attacked me. His female coworker had to hold him back to prevent him from attacking me, could you imagine the lawsuit that would’ve been? Anyway it’s a name I’m not coming to this store anymore even though it’s right around the corner from my house. Victor you still suck and I hope you and your manager know it !

I can't say enough good things about the Gaithersburg Advance Auto location! Every time I visit, they go above and beyond to help. I’ve been to the Germantown location a few times, but unfortunately, the experience there has always been disappointing, they’re often dismissive and unhelpful, and I’ve left without answers more than once. Most recently, I needed a battery for my car remote. Germantown told me they couldn’t look anything up or help at all. I ended up driving to the Gaithersburg location (even though it's further from my home), and as always, they delivered excellent service. They opened up the remote, figured out the right battery, and replaced it quickly. I was in and out in no time. Martha and a gentleman whose name starts with “U” (sorry I don’t remember the full name) were all incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. This team is always patient and polite, and I truly appreciate their help. I highly recommend going to the Gaithersburg location…you won’t be disappointed!

I just try to return couple items I buy it on store but their refuse to gave me an store credit even when the policy says I can get it if I don’t have original receipt, even I shows him and he basically yells me I front others like “you don’t understand” rude people and it’s not my fault their works on Black Friday.

Advance Auto Parts has great service! The staff is knowledgeable and always ready to help, and the guys there are top-notch. Prices can be a bit on the expensive side for parts, but the quality of service makes it worth it if you need solid advice and reliable products.

On Thursday I ordered 2 pieces of Ap exhaust hanger,a exhaust pipe,and bolts for pipe online that my mechanic told me to order because he was guiding me when I placed my order,I go pick it up ,the lady on front sent the tall boy to grab the order that I have to pick up, i go back to mechanic in German town, he told me these parts were not the one we were looking for,because they gave me 4"steel exhaust clamps,instead of rubber exhaust hanger and bolts were not of proper size,today on Saturday sep /28/2024 I got back the parts they gave me, instead of admitting that they gave me wrong parts they start telling that you don't bought these parts from here and that they going to call police I told guy on the front desk go ahead if you want to call police ,after 5 minutes of more talk he agreed to to refund my money back, i wanted to do business with you, but if you don't want any customer ,than why you opened shop ,i. Am extremely disappointed with your attitude ,they don't know how to talk to a person.i am not 🚫 going to your shop anymore, you can keep your attitude to yourself.

My customer service experience at Montgomery Village Store#07753 was very terrible.The associate JENNIFER S. was very rude and helpless.The battery for 2016 RAV4 remote control was dead so I went to the store for a replacement battery. I asked for help for battery type but she told me she cannot help find the type of battery I need.. I google the battery type and figure out I need CR2016 so I told her due to my poor vision I can't read the serial number and that I will appreciate if she can help locate serial number since batteries are located next to the Cash-Register She told me she cannot help and that is my responsibility to look for it. I mentioned to her I know the battery serial number but I can't read the numbers on the shelve due to my poor vision. She was yelling on me saying is my responsibility to look for it .A gentlemen walk from the back room thinking he was coming to help.He introduced himself as the manager and told me if she cannot help I should go to other store for my purchase. Advance Auto Montgomery Village these are the people you are paying them to serve customers around this neighborhood. Unfortunately they are driving us away by telling us to go to other store. My experience at this location was very terrible. My transaction numner was #Z2QTW1DCNS1LMFand the incident happen on July 2nd around 18:30 to 18:39 Eastern time.

We recently visited this auto parts shop to purchase a battery for my car, and had an excellent experience. Dominik was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He took the time to help us ensure we purchased the right part and patiently explained the different options to us. We are so glad we chose this place for our purchase and will definitely return for any other automotive needs.

Do not by batteries from this place. I have had to buy one every year. The last one I paid for I got the warranty and I went there today and their battery tester is not working. When they called another store for me to get it done there they said they don't come out in the dark. The second place she called said they would test the battery but they will not install it. The worst service ever.

She was a person that showed honest concerns and interesting not only with my car also my health. That mean so much to me. Its hard to find people today to show professional and caring all in one. Walked into advance and saw this young man named Diego Batres. He walked me around the store to find stuff I needed and told me that blinker fluid wasn’t a real thing and that some kids were just messing with me. Glad to know Advance has smart people 👍🏻👍🏻

I purchased a headlight a few weeks ago. I never opened the device! And I had my receipt, with a full barcode. “Walter” who might I add had NO IDEA what he was doing!!! Scanned my receipt once and said “it’s not scanning”, so they had to do it manually-resulting in me having “store credit”. I wanted my money back. I don’t shop there for real 😒 Walter needs more training. He was all over the place. And “Iris” She was professional!

NEED more cashier's available at checkout. out of 4-5 employees only one is available at the checkout line. ALSO Need to have online order ready for pickup!! 5 out of 10 times, order is not ready.

Severely understaffed...always a minimum of 30 minute wait in line...Employees are mostly Spanish and Spanish customers get more attention than other customers. On the good side, the parts I need are always in stock.

The so called pro's recommended a part, it turns out that I didn't need the part. Went to return it to the same person that gave it to me 45mins later, it turns out that the part he recommended was not returnable. Awesome business practices.

Came in for a simple battery replacement and turned into a hassle. First 2 older reps were just rude. Young guy, can't remember his name, seem to be the only competent one amongst them.
