Great folks to work with. I needed a vehicle removed from my property and Charlie came out the next day. Towing service was free of charge and made some cash in return. Customer service is top notch, would recommend for anyone needing salvage services.
Got a great used battery here for $40. Staff & owner were nice enough to help me put the battery in the truck & take my old one for a few bucks. I highly recommend checking them out for batteries or other car parts you may need
New management. Absolute rock bottom, lowest scrap prices I've seen. Now have the audacity to charge an entry fee to walk a yard that they have no inventory of, just to see if they MIGHT have what you're looking for. (They don't.) Also buys 5 star reviews by giving discounts on parts in exchange. There are much better options in the area, just drive a little further.

Had to quickly get rid of a non-running junker of a car due to moving out of state in 2 days. Asked what kind of vehicle it was and offered a quote. Came out the very next day and handled everything.
Found this junk yard on google. All the guys who work there were very helpful. Brody at the front desk was very fair with the price and very helpful. The forklift operator helped me get the hatchback open on the car I needed a part off of. I would try this junk yard to anyone.

Despite how helpful all the reviews say they are, the kid at the front showed little interest in helping. Asked if they take names and would call if a model came in. I got the slogan read to me “you pick it you pull it”. Yes I know. Thanks. I would have liked some help finding a replacement wheel but it was clear that wasn’t going to happen.
At least half of the vehicles there were missing wheels. I get that it’s a popular item, but waste of time to go there looking if there’s little chance of finding something and they won’t ping anyone if a particular model comes in.
The staff is great. I was selling off my fathers car after he passed away. I’m very thankful it was an easy transition. The manager Lauren Harris really went above and beyond. They offered me a fair amount to the vehicle, and were able to pick it up the next day.
Must say Charlie and Lauren along with all staff very knowledgeable and friendly. They pay the most for scrap and cheap parts and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Waist your time if you want to, but this is the one scrap, parts, stop shop. Without a doubt...

I was at Hollywood Auto Parts this week (8/25/23) looking for a part for my Prius. This is a true family-owned and run business. The people were polite and accommodating. I was treated like a customer. That doesn't happen much at Used Auto places. They gave me directions to the car from which I needed the part, and when I did not find it, the OWNER and his son took me to it. Not only were they great to work with, I got a $60.00 part for $20.00. No haggling. That is just what I believe they do.
I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a part to start there first.
Went up there looking around and found some nice towing mirrors off of a 1980's F250 Lariat. Needed mirrors for my Ranger, they fit perfectly, guy gave a great deal for the set. Definitely coming back to look again.
Update: It looks like it’s under new management as most of the cars are gone and the usual folks there are no longer seen. Last time my brother and I went recently, we were told that the only cars available are on the right side but we had pulled a tailgate off of another vehicle. This trip was supposed to be to grab the doors. Since they told us we couldn’t go get them after purchasing an item (yelling at us, btw), I do not recommend this place.
I hit a deer with my 2007 honda civic it was totaled. I called them up spoke with Holly and she was very helpful she had a driver pick up the car the same day I called and they gave me good cash for it. I highly recommend this place for fair and honest transactions.
Very pleased with service & price. I dropped bye looking for a specific part for my Toyota Highlander. I previously did ebay research.. The owner helped me find a Highlander with the exact part needed. I got the price if I pulled the part or if they pulled the part. He explained the sales terms, which were reasonable. I had them take the item off the old car because the total price was excellent. I was out of their facility with what I needed within 15 minutes! Nice job guys !
Best experience I’ve had with a parts yard and business in general lately. Holly and Charlie were extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. They returned my calls promptly, answered all my questions and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I would absolutely recommend going to Hollywood, you can’t beat an honest, trustworthy, small business like this place.

I have never had a better experience at a pull it yard. Holly was excellent, amazing customer service, she was super helpful and extremely kind. I felt safe going through the yard. And they had fair prices.

I was in a local auto parts store, talking to the clerk about what I needed. 2 5.5mm screws to install a blend door actuator in my 05 Tahoe. Charlie just happen to come in at the time I was saying I didn't want to drive 45 minutes away for 2 screws at another u pullem parts yard. Charlie said "just follow me down to my salvage yard. I have what you're looking for." There I was, following him down the road. When we got there, after walking out into the yard to see their 05 Tahoe, he arranged for CW to acquire what I needed. Came back in and had a pleasant conversation with the front desk individual named Holly, while she rang me up.
All in all, EXCELLENT, most accommodating service! I would highly recommend this place!

Man this place is great! I own a 2008 Nissan quest, I'm not complaining, but it's the hardest thing to find parts for, it'd be easier fixing the lunar rover than our van, but believe me these guys have absolutely everything! We pulled up and asked if they had a quest we could strip for parts, and to my joy, I'd already seen one on the cameras in the office, and so we set out for the part. We found the car (kept very well maintained , all clean and in remarkable condition for repurchase for a possible parts job) and looked for the part (a driver's side sun visor) and it was there and in great condition! That's when I realized, I had completely forgotten the tools I had used to remove my own sun visor (just a simple Allen key). I was so mad at myself, so I went into the front office and asked if they had anything I could use, and they did me one better, they not only gave the the right tool to remove the part, but have me the tool that was the correct one for the job (as it turns out, a star-bit, not an Allen key....) and so I removed the part and went to purchase. Now, keep in mind, I'd already checked online for a part, and it was $150 from the manufacturer. Come on Nissan. Really? You can do better.... but anyway, I went to pay and well expected to pay at least $50, but no, nowhere close. I paid just $5 for the entire part, electrics hooked up and all. These guys are honest, fair, and an amazing family business, who as it turns out, also sell cars with clear titles, so if you've got a new driver, come here! A massive thanks to Holly, the person who showed me around and talked me through the process and to everyone else here, now I can drive without being blinded! Thanks so much and I'll highly recommend Hollywood Used Auto Parts to everyone I know.
UPDATE: Just gave our minivan it's 140,000th mile birthday! Thanks to all the continued support from Hollywood Used Auto Parts, with such a great resource to have as this place, I'm pretty sure our van has plenty of life left in it!!!
We had them pick up an old car and the tow driver was amazing! He was very friendly and went out of his way to get the car out of my very steep and hilly driveway. I will definitely be a returning customer.
Looking for parts for civic and found several useable items. Holly helped me research part numbers to verify they would fit. Cost less then 7 dollars and dealership was going to charge over 50! Awesome experience and will return.
