The company was founded in 1983 with one tow truck in Gaithersburg, Maryland. It grew through Mario's relationship building efforts with many mechanic shops, body-shop owners, and auto dealers in the Montgomery County, Maryland area. We owe much of our success to the shops who currently have accounts with us and have recommended Airpark Towing for all these years.

After calling 3 places, I found Airpark Towing. The gentleman in store told me Wes would be out in about 30 mins, and I received 2 follow up calls from Wes with updates on his timeframe, and he still showed up early! Quick process from start to finish, and Wes was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.
Marcelo Martinez and Julio worked efficiently to get my car safely towed. From calling to the arrival of the tow truck, Marcelo and Julio were excellent!
Great experience!! I had started changing my tire but my lift broke. They came in clutch and helped finish the job so quick! Next time I’m going to call them from the start of a flat tire.

I lucked out with Airpark Towing! My car broke down in Gaithersburg and I needed it towed to my mechanic in Rockville 7 miles away. Airpark Towing picked up the phone after one ring and said they could have a flatbed truck out to me in 45 minutes. My mechanic contracts with them so I got a discounted rate and the fee is going to be added onto the repair bill. This has been the most responsive and convenient tow service I’ve ever used. Their bright red flatbed heavy duty tow truck looked brand new, too! I can see why they have thousands of five star ratings.
Driver was quick, kind, considerate and efficient. My vehicle needed a bit of extra care and he gave it that and made sure we were taken care of without any damage. Highly recommend.
Today I had a wonderful gentleman come to tow my car off of 10721 Seneca Spring way. He was very punctual. Waiting time was perfect. Never thought I’d be gushing about a towing company. Super professional, equipment clean and in great shape, and care for my car as if it were their own. I trusted my 29 year old 911 C4 to these guys. Junior showed up with game-day enthusiasm and math teacher exactness. He even sent me a pic of my car at the shop where he dropped it off. This morning I got a flat tire, which unable me from driving to work, I put a request for a toll on my insurance app because to be honest I don't know how to change a tire to replace it with my spare tire. They are the only people I will call if I need a tow. The management is always so friendly and helpful. The drivers are kind and communicate very well. They arrive when they said they will and they make sure to contact you if they are running late. I’ve never had a bad experience with them in all of the times I’ve used them (at least 3).

I’m absolutely certain the worst part of life are car accidents. You’re stressed, confused, hurt, annoyed, among other big feelings. I was out of town when an accident happened in my family and Airpark was my third call (the first two didn’t even answer) - what a blessing they are!! The receptionist, Ana, was immediately pleasant and kind. She was patient, friendly, and helpful when I was certainly not at my best. She never broke her perfect customer service standard and helped me through the situation, even going as far as to help me find solutions when I didn’t know my next step.
The tow truck driver, Jackson, that showed up was just as wonderful! He didn’t rush us or force us through anything we weren’t comfortable or concerned with. He even went as far to ensure my family got home safely and continued to answer the phone when I had more questions.
I have NEVER had a better towing experience and I will forever be grateful for the entire team supporting me and my family at an incredibly vulnerable time of need. Call them for any towing need! Worth every penny!!

I have always had the best service with Airpark Towing, today was no different but exceeds all past experiences. Junior was our tow truck driver and we had a great experience with him, super friendly and kind, which is great especially when you are getting your car towed which is never a fun event in life.
