My inner tired rod was damaged due to improper handling of my vehicle. That’s understandable. What’s not is the run around and avoiding me after the fact. I don’t suggest anyone use this company EVER
I had a tire blow out on 95. I spoke to dispatch, and they nicely suggested a few places that could get me back on the road quickly. The driver showed up surprisingly quickly, and took me to where I needed to go and have my tire replaced. I certainly have no complaints.
Slow , no eta, no receipts , no good phone communication wouldn’t recommend. When it comes to police things of course they’ll respond fast , out of pocket payers , stay away
Dispatcher and driver were quick and responsive; stayed in touch since I couldn’t be with my vehicle and sent pictures when the car was hooked up and again when left with my mechanic. They set my mind at ease during a stressful holiday trip. Great job!

Driver was friendly and very pleasant to chat with, got my suv on and off the flat bed with no issues. Got me home safely and quickly. Dispatch kept me informed of the driver’s ETA and route, as well as followed up at the trip completion. I’d be very happy to have H&H Towing assist me in the future.
Called Geico Roadside Assistance who found these guys near where I was. Stated it would be a hr or so which the guy did arrive. Also was told he would call about 10 mins before which he did plus telling me he was coming around the corner. By the time he arrived, he took my spare tire and changed the flat with holes out within 20 mins. Great service! Quick & Fast!

This Company is awesome. The Customer Service was top tier, they were patient when I wasn’t and always remained professional which was the main reason I chose them. They came before the estimated time, the driver was polite and friendly, he called to let me know he was on the way. I 100 % recommend them & will continue to use their services.

The communications were perfect and directions were followed accurately. The truck arrived 10 minutes in advance to correct location. The entire towing process was taken care of very efficiently and I was also given a ride to the destination. It was a good experience and Hannan Towing is great to recommend to others.
I received first class service from Roberto and the company. I was contacted right away as soon as Geoco dispatched them to me. Roberto, the person who did the towing, stayed in contact with to let me know his whereabouts and arrival time. When he arrived, he made sure I was ok and also checked to make sure I had a ride home. Exceptional towing service on Sat., July 27, 2024, from H & H Towing from pick up to drop off! Mike and Miguel arrived within minutes of the time quoted. Professional, friendly, immediately identified the problem, took great care to ensure the vehicle was secured on the tow truck, and drop off to my driveway was fast. It has been years since I experienced this kind of service from a towing company. The owner/dispatcher kept in contact with me about the expected arrival time, confirmed the vehicle was picked up, and provided an easy and convenient way to pay the towing fee via mobile app. I raced to get home to tip Mike and Miguel but they were gone before I could get there. The owner said that a positive rating would be just as much appreciated. Clearly this company and these employees pride themselves in providing exceptional customer service and it shows!
Great experience! Akua was very understanding over the phone. My tire popping on the highway was distrustful, but it definitely was amazing in regards to the discounts I got and the fluidity of the whole thing. I’ll recommend this place in a heartbeat!!

I had a pretty bad flat tire and they came within 10-15 minutes of my call to change out the tire. The mechanic was so patient and quickly (and efficiently) changed the tire. He was also extremely cheerful and courteous which helped in a very stressful situation. So grateful for their help and I highly recommend them!

The dispatcher was professional and explained next steps. The tow truck driver was courteous, professional and patient. I had to remove items out of my sons car and the driver was patient with me as I did so. Timing was impeccable. They arrived early with constant communication. Would definitely recommend!!!
I made an appointment to get my car inspected. They were very thoughtful to send me a link to their address. I am new to Maryland. When I arrived my car got inspected, while I waited in a clean comfortable room. They treat people with respect and kindness and are efficient. Thank you so much for a great experience.
The gentleman was very helpful. He had some difficulty finding the area.However, he still arrived promptly. I would recommend not having personal video texts of family or mates while customers are in the vehicle. That did seem inappropriate.
Overall, I was happy for the services.
Kirby was a nice morning welcome today - helpful and friendly. Got my battery started, followed me down the street to the dealership on his way to his next job to make sure. Good thing. The moment I turned off the ignition, the battery died. But I had made it to the dealer, safe and sound.
