Tow operator Julio did an outstanding job helping me get my vehicle towed to my preferred mechanic shop. He was helpful, professional, polite, and efficient.
I’m m also not one for writing reviews but since Airpark went above and beyond, I figured I should too. We had an intractable problem with an old, crappy car but couldn’t afford a (new) used car. Other mechanics threw their hands up and were unable to start and unwilling to try (this make/model has a horrible reputation). Airpark worked with us over a few months, bringing in specialists, to fix the problem as inexpensively as possible. Highest marks for their patience, persistence, customer service ( thank you, Wilson!), integrity and affordability.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take a moment to praise the entire crew—from dispatch to the guys in the shop. George was an absolute lifesaver, coming to tow my vehicle when I was stranded. As a woman alone with a child, I felt completely safe with him and truly appreciated his kindness and calming energy during a stressful situation.
Instead of rushing into a tow, George took the time to assess my vehicle and suggested we try a jumpstart first— a more conservative and affordable option. It worked! He even gave me helpful advice on how to conserve my battery until I could get it to the shop.
Unfortunately, my car died again about an hour later (my fault), but they sent someone out promptly for another jump and even gave me a discount on the second service.
When I made it to the shop, they were honest, fair, and didn’t try to push any unnecessary repairs. I never once felt on guard or like I was being taken advantage of. Plus, they got us in and out quickly.
We just moved to the area, and this experience has earned them a loyal customer for however long we’re here.
A totally professionally run operation. When you call the front desk, there is always someone there who is friendly who gives you all the info you need without any negative vibes or attitude. The guy who wound up towing my car from an impound lot (Ramon) was cool as all get out. Although I had to wait for an hour after he arrived for someone from the lot to move another car that was parked in front of mine, he made sure he didn't have any other calls to get to, and volunteered to stay until that car could be removed. I even got a ride to where my car was being towed, and wound up having great conversation with the young man. A total class operation all around.
I wouldn’t even dream of taking my vehicles anywhere else in Montgomery county. This is the spot for everything auto. Family run, transparent, and affordable.

These guys are the real deal. They are honest about what work your car needs *and* doesn't need. I've visited them on two occasions since I moved to the neighborhood -- the first time, I thought I only needed an oil change, but they discovered my tires were dry-rotting and replaced them within my budget and also within a single day. The second time, I was concerned about a small noise and they took me seriously, checked it out, determined it was nothing that would affect the car in any significant way, and sent me home with well wishes and no attempt to sell anything unnecessary, not even an oil change. I'm impressed, and I'll be coming back here for my car maintenance and repairs in the future. Highly recommend.
The Airpark Auto Team is the best! Leo and Wilson were highly personable and communicative. I needed a water pump replacement and my valves cleaned. Wilson let me know that they were going above and beyond to get the valves cleaned when the first method they tried didn't work to their liking. Talk about great customer service. Called them after someone attempted to steal my car. All I was looking for was a towing service. The person who answered was super friendly and let me know they offer body shop service as well. I didn't feel any pressure but genuine care and concern. I took the guy up on the offer and had my car towed to them instead. Don't regret my decision one bit. I was given an ETA of 20 to 30 min, but the tow came in 10 min. I wasn't ready, but the tow driver was patient and let me take everything out of my car and was very friendly. Not what you'd expect from a tow truck driver. Everyone I have dealt with has been super professional and courteous. These people know customer service.
My teenage daughter was rear ended (other persons fault), damage to back bumper. Airpark Auto did an awesome job, able to fix that area and another one, car looks like I just drove it off the lot. Really impressed with their work. Hope to never need them again, but will go back if needed.
This is the best tow company in the county. They are very friendly, accommodating, and fair pricing. We use them for our fleet, and they have been nothing but great. A huge plus is that they always show up with a flatbed! I highly recommend this company. We haven't used their repair services, but we would happily do so in the future.
David was delayed by 10-15 minutes but he kept me informed of his progress and ETA. He was very polite, friendly and professional. Getting your car towed is stressful, but he made me feel comfortable that my car was in good hands.
Wes rescued me in less than 15 minutes of me placing the call asking for help. I had ran out of gas and he allowed me to keep me and my family safe by getting us up and running and off the road and stellar time. Wes was also very kind and reassuring, a breath of fresh air. I will definitely be using his services in the future and I'm very grateful for all of his help yesterday.
Best place to go for any type of car service. I’ve been coming since they were the one shop off Airpark. My car wasn’t starting and they were the tow service my roadside service called. I haven’t gone to anyone else since. They are always professional and honest. They have never tried to make me do work that isn’t needed. They provide full detail of the quote before work and have never gone over the quote or came back saying more work needs to be done. I always feel comfortable bringing my car here whether it’s for routine maintenance or something bigger. I’m very happy for their business and that it continues to grow which is a testament for how they treat their customers on a daily basis.
Jose was super polite, and friendly! He kindly waited for me to retrieve all of the items I needed out of my vehicle! Nicest tow truck driver I have ever met. Oh, and did I mention they said it would take an hour for them to arrive and they actually arrived in 10-15 min !! Outstanding business! Would definitely use them again if necessary.
These guys are amazing, in particular the manager, Alex. And what a great name that is! They kept me up to date on my car and gave me a more than honest and fair price. They even picked my car up when my work schedule didn’t allow me to do it myself. I can’t express how happy I am with the services provided and how genuine they are. Another fantastic experience at their new shop on 355. Wilson, Tigran, Marcello, Danny and the rest of the crew were absolutely phenomenal. I added a lift to my Jeep among other things and they nailed it. If you’re on the fence about having work done here, get off of it and head on over! Thank you so much guys!
Amazing- called and they said they would be there in 1/2 hour. Driver called a moment later said he would be there in 10. He got there- had my car open in less then 5 min. Super nice driver! Geico Ins- so it was free with my policy!!
Best customer service skills! I had my 3 year old son with me and Wes let him help with the tire change. He was so friendly and professional. I would definitely give Wes a 10 star review!
My overall experience was great. Jesus was very nice! He was able to communicate properly and he got to me with no problem and I didn’t have to wait too long either. He kept me calm with our conversation especially during such a stressful time. So thank you Jesus!
The service man (mechanic) arrived. He performed the job perfectly. The mechanic is very polite and patient. I was attending an event at the hotel and didn't hear my phone calling and the mechanic was patient enough and waited. He is a good business man very professional and a perfect asset to the company if this is not his own company. He did his job as if he owns the business.

I lost my keys, my car was parked in a terrible spot BUT they were able to get it out which was fantastic. I called and got an immediate answer, got a great price, person who got the car was kind, professional, and courteous. They answered all of my (dumb) questions with no ounce of judgement. I overall great service, will recommend to all family, friends, and colleagues.
This was a friendly team that was an absolute joy to work with. Having your vehicle towed can be a very stressful endeavor, but this team took nearly all of the stress out of the experience and took excellent care of our classic 1965 VW Bus. The team went an hour in each direction to pickup and drop-off our bus for our wedding and handled the whole thing with expertise.
I know who I am calling the next time I am in a pinch or need a job done right!

Great Towing Company! I first called to get a quote and was expecting the typical unfriendly short answers I usually get when I’m in need of a tow, but it was quite the opposite.
The dispatcher was very friendly and answered all of my questions about loading my (lowered) car. The tow truck driver (Shawn I think) contacted me shortly after I hun up with the main office to let me know he was on his way.
The driver arrived quickly, took his time loading my car and was very friendly on the ride back to my house. It’s rare to have such a pleasant experience when dealing with a towing company, I highly recommend these guys.
