Total driver was great. Messaging could’ve been a little more concise. I received my first text message at 5:50 AM. After subsequent messages for updates, the tow truck driver arrived a little after 8 AM.

Based on my experience, this company appears to rely heavily on aggressive and questionable towing practices rather than clear communication or proper verification. It felt as though minor or technical issues were being used as justification to tow vehicles, which raises concerns about whether towing is being prioritized as a revenue source rather than a last resort.
The overall operation seemed disorganized, and interactions with staff did not inspire confidence in their procedures or decision-making. I would strongly encourage others to be cautious and thoroughly understand parking and towing enforcement before dealing with this company.

I had a very disappointing experience with Henry’s Towing. Angelita provided terrible customer service and handled the situation in an unprofessional manner. When the issue was escalated, her manager, everyone involved was equally unknowledgeable about proper towing procedures and protocols and was unable to clearly explain or justify their actions.
The situation stemmed from an error on their part, yet it was handled without accountability or professionalism. Based on this experience, I would caution others against trusting this company with their vehicle. My tow driver was exceptionally good. He called 15 minutes early to inform me that he was on his way. He arrived on time. He was clean, polite and friendly. He would rate him because he was . Thank you Geico for sending someone who left me with a smile on my face.

I was not told when the tow truck driver showed up. My car was towed without a phone call or text letting me know they were there. It was an inconvenience because then i had to get the repair shop it was towed to the car key

The tow driver called and let me know when he was nearby, which was very helpful. He was very courteous and friendly and very efficient and careful while hitching up our car. I would highly recommend him. If all your drivers are like him, I would recommend your service also. I wish I had gotten his name.

Very bad experience with Henry Wrecker. They charged over $600 for only 3 days of storage. They did not allow another tow company to pick up my car from their storage and forced me to pay $100 just to move the car from their storage to their front door. They also would not let me sit and wait while I was arranging another company to pick me up. Very unfair and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

First of all they towed my trailer truck from public parking. I have been parking there from 7 months and not just me a lot of my fellow truck drivers park there too. Yesterday when I went to pick my truck it wasn’t there. All the other trucks park were there. It is clealry discrimination. Secondly they unlawfully deattached my truck and trail. Whereas it can be towed together. During this process, my stuff was missing from my truck. And my trailer got scratched all over. Lastly, when I called them to check for my truck. The lady was rude and yelled at me. Upon my arrival they charge me double of the amount they told me on call. Their text mentioned they accept master card and even once I got there, they refused to accept my card. I wouldn’t even give them one star. I will get my insurance company involved and claim them for my damage too. They are the wrost.

I wanted to thank Griffin for his amazing service. I was stuck on the side of the road on Christmas Eve with a flat spare tire and he was prompt in his timing. He worked quickly to get my car up on his rig and he was very pleasant to speak with while he towed my car home. He was also very quick and efficient getting my car into my parking space and taking it off the rig once home. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a tow.

Disgusting. Even one star is a lot. I am on the road more than 3 hours and they keep updating time and make it longer and when I call them they scream and being very rude on top of bad service. Which is disgusting and they lie. The manager and the girl answering phone are extremely rude and liars.

Service was outstanding. 1st person who called was super accommodating and due to circumstances suggest someone pick me and my car up a little later in the morning. The 2nd driver was on time and very accommodating and respectful.

Mike came with smaller truck so it could pass the garage door that was so amazing. He was knowledgeable and persistent. He carried out his task to jumpstart the dead battery of my Prius Hybrid with such confidence. He was personable and a very cheerful technician and a great driver. He assured us that he would finish the job so he didn’t have to tow my car to the dealer today! He was right. He was absolutely fantastic!

Tow truck driver came out to tow my vehicle but as he started to hook up underneath\n He noticed that it was a loose cable that was not hooked up that was loose. I just got my vehicle back 2 days ago, he went underneath, told me what the problem was it took him about 10 minutes.\n To hook up the line, that was loose. My vehicle was fixed at Jim Jenkins, transmission on Eastern Avenue. Installing a transfer case that that cost me $2700Thanks to the tow truck guy , a easy fix to get back on the road. I appreciate it.

Great Seneca forest Germantown, visitor parking are full of cars with stickers and parked for month and they don’t do there job. Called because someone took my reservation spot and they ask you to verify, email, prove parking and other nonsense. Don’t know why they are in our association. Worst of the worst. I live in my association for 13 years. That will tell you how long their service is bad. That car was in my spot all day. Nothing I can do. Thank Henry towing

Terrible experience. I had a flat tire and my insurance contacted them to tow my car. They said they would be there in an hour. Called again and it was another hour. The run around continued for 4 hours. They finally sent a tow truck after I went office their office. Avoid if you can since they play games to waste time

I used this company last night for a tow through my roadside assistance plan, the driver was friendly & arrived within the hour. He followed my instructions about where the car needed to be parked & the whole process didn’t take more than 20 mins. I spoke to other people at the office trying to reach him & they were friendly as well. Definitely recommend them!

Let me start by stating that towing is a business and there are situations that cause vehicles to be towed, whether they are parked illegally or are in need of tow services due to a vehicle's malfunction. Upon calling Henry's Wrecker Service, I was greeted rather rudely by a young lady who stated that my vehicle was located at the Gaithersburg location. I arrived at the location and the attendant, King was behind the bar-protected/ covered window. He was extremely rude to each of the customers who were in front of me. I greeted him with a smile and hello, he barely spoke and asked me to fill out the Credit Card Agreement. I explained to him that my vehicle was not illegally parked and it shouldn't had been towed, and that grace and empathy should be a human response, given to all. He responded, "I don't have any empathy". There was no more for me to say. I was given the okay to search for my vehicle behind the gate and I noticed, rather quickly that my vehicle was not there. After alerting him of this, he said "oh well". I called the authorities and he then slid a sticky note through the window. The sticky note had the address to the Silver Spring location. There was a 30+ minute distance. The BBB has been contacted and local legislatures, Gaithersburg Mayor, Jud Ashman and Council members will be contacted. There is no way that businesses with such horrible and disrespectful customer service shall be allowed to operate. I will passionately ensure that I receive a refund and that this does not happen to anyone else.

Poor customer service. King answered the phone and left me on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up and called back. Other staff members are also unpleasant and not helpful. They also scratched my car and have yet to fulfill any sort if reimbursement. Very unpleasant to work with.

This place has absolutely no clue what customer service really means.
I had a family member parked in the same spot early morning I thought by enforcing what they told me would help the issue but when I called to report the vehicle all they said was “ if it is not my private spot it is not my concern because it was during the day” I got my car towed from the same spot during the day, of course it becomes my concern because it seems unfair that other people can park there and not get towed. After being on the phone with one of their representatives you can tell how rude and racist they are towards people.
I had to pay $170 for literally just having them taking my car to their Gaithersburg location. They like to humiliate people by doing preferences.Aug 24, 2025 -
I have worked with Henry’s when it was the tow company for our property and as a homeowner. While the staff are respectful, they are extremely inefficient. I have not had a successful tow when I needed. Always have to deal with their many requirements and lengthy wait. As many properties as they have with their signs, I am often told they only have 1 driver. It completely defeats the purpose for having a tow company. I always have to resort to other confrontational/non-confrontational means to deal with neighborhood parking issues because we can’t rely on Henry’s.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to after my recent experience. My car was towed, and when I went to pick it up, I had a few questions to understand the process. I’m always respectful, but the woman at the front desk was hostile from the moment I arrived. She yelled at me, refused to answer basic questions, and was very disrespectful.
It takes a lot to get me frustrated, but I’ve never encountered such unnecessary aggression and disrespect. I have every right to ask questions about my own vehicle, yet I was met with hostility instead of help.
Your business may not prioritize customer service, but I urge you to provide basic training or awareness for your staff. Most of us just want to get our cars back. Being pounced on by a receptionist like that is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your brand.May 31, 2025
